Adolescence is a period of transition from child to adulthood. Many problems experienced by adolescents in this biological transition, for example is free sex. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence teenage couples aged 13-22 years for free sex in the districts Tretes Prigen Pasuruan regency. This study used a cross sectional analytic design. Independent variable in this study is the family factor, sex education, and environment. Dependent Variabel is free sex. The sample was mostly couples teenager in Tretes Pasuruan District Prigen that totaling 34 people. Sampling technique that is accidental sampling. This study was conducted in June 2014. Results showed the majority of family factors (55.9%) is less. Factors sex education the majority (67.6%) is less. Environmental factors most (61.8.%) Is less. Teen couple who are free sex is majority (64.7%). Analysis using chi square test showed association of family factors, environmental factors, and the factor of sex education to teen couple sex free.Need for Sex explanation that correct and proper manner that is based on religious values, culture and ethics, so the teenager will avoid that are negative things and reprehensible associated with problem-free sex.

One of the factors that affect the frequency of the pulse is the emotion caused by acute pain and anxiety to increase sympathetic stimulation, it is can increase the frequency of the pulse, respiration rate, tension of blood. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy on changes vital signs in patients postoperative fracture who experienced of pain in RSUD dr. Harjono Ponorogo. Design research is a one group pre - post test with Pre Experimental approach. The population studied were all patients postoperative fracture in dr. Harjono Ponorogo, by using a sampling technique accidental obtained sample was 26 respondents. The instrument used was observation. The results were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test (α = 0.05). The results showed Effects of music therapy on blood pressure with a significan p-value (0.002), pulse rate with p-Value (0.025), Respiratory with p-value (0.014), and that no significant is the body temperature p-value (0.180). This is because the music therapy can stimulate the production of serotonin that can stabilize vital signs. The conclusion of this study is blood pressure, pulse and respiration can be affected by music therapy..Advice for nurses is expected to provide music therapy to patients by giving the impression that the music is relaxing and beautiful so as to bring the patient to a state of relaxation. The high numbers of patients with an angry expression of asertif with a history of violent behavior that average caused hallucinations, need to get attention and serious handling for all parties concerned especially the nurse on duty in rsj dr. Radjiman wediodiningrat lawang. This is because the patients in acute conditions as mentioned above. may harm or threaten the safety of the patient or the safety of others. Research purposes which is to dig experience nurse in giving an orphanage nursing in patients behavior violence caused hallucinations in melati room rsj dr. Radjiman wediodiningrat lawang. The method of this research is to use qualitative research designs with descriptive phenomenology of approach. Participants who participated in this research as many as four people room nurse melati rsj dr. Radjiman wediodiningrat lawang. The result of analisi with the methods colaizzi against the transcript verbatim produce three themes the steps the preformance of the process of nursing, self-awareness, and empathy. A conclusion that obtained from the results of this research is a nurse in to treating a patient behavior violence caused hallucinations there has been a cycle is turning which is that of self- awareness, empathy, and carry out steps in the process of nursing. Each pregnancy can develop normally, but it is difficult to know before that the pregnancy would be a problem, Antenatal care is an important way to monitor and support the normal maternal health and to detect any abnormalities in normal pregnancy. This study aims to determine the correlation of Pregnant mother’s Regularity in visiting Antenatal Care (ANC) on the Results from Early Detection of High Risk Pregnancy in Poli KIA RSUD Gambiran Kediri. This research is analytic correlation using a case-control study design. The populations in this study were all third trimester pregnant mother with high risk in Poli KIA RSUD Gambiran Kediri. The number of samples is 28 people who were taken with simple random sampling technique. Measuring instruments used KIA books and Antenatal care documentation. The results will be analyzed using Chi Square test with one sample with a standard error 5% (0,05). Based on the analysis results obtained values � = 14,28 > 3,841 so it can be stated that there is the correlation of Pregnant mother’s Regularity in visiting Antenatal Care (ANC) on the Results from Early Detection of High Risk Pregnancy in Poli KIA RSUD Gambiran Kediri. The results are mostly high-risk pregnant mother are irregular in implementing Antenatal care. The recommendations of this research is needed to conduct counseling from a health counselor to all pregnant mother about the importance of prenatal care regularly to add the knowledge about pregnancy and also to allows health workers to detect early if there is a complication of pregnancy and as an effort to increase utilization of health services for mother pregnant. Children are future generations which are the most important asset in order to achieve Nation’s success to realize it is needed to apply Clean and Healthy Life Behaviors (PHBS) by no smoking, right personal hygiene, regular physical exercise, and no drugs by using multimedia method extension towards students’ knowledge of Clean and Healthy Life Behaviors (PHBS) on educational aspect in SMA Negeri 1 Gondang Mojokerto. The research design is used Pre-Experiment, which is applied One-Group Pre-Post Test Design. The populations of students which join School Health Program are 101 students, and the samples are 81 students taken by probability sampling (Simple Random Sampling). The independent variable is extension through multimedia method and the dependent variable is students’ knowledge about Clean and Healthy Life Behaviors (PHBS) on educational aspect. The data is taken by the using of puzzle game crosswords form which is use after and before extension. After all of data collected and data processing statistical test followed by Wilcoxon sign test SPSS17, the result showed Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 and α of 0.05. Because Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) <α 0.05 then H0is rejected and H1 is accepted, it means that there is an influence using multimedia method extension towards students’ knowledge of Clean and Healthy Life Behaviors (PHBS) on educational aspect in SMA Negeri 1 Gondang Mojokero.
