The purpose of this study is 1) To know the teacher’s understanding of character education in MI Raudlatul Aulad, 2) To describe the implementation of character education through habituation and exemplary activities, 3) Know what obstacles are faced in the implementation of character education through habituation and exemplary activities. is qualitative research, informants of this study are principals and teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interview techniques. Data were analyzed through steps of data reduction and conclusion. The technique of checking the validity of the data is done by source triangulation and methods. Children's short stories are generally made by adults, contains a number of mandates that can be used as a tool of cultivation of character in students in primary schools. The intrinsic and extrinsic elements in the children's short story selected as teaching materials can be utilized as a medium of character teaching to the students in the elementary school. The best children's short story for children is a short story that gives children a place to look at their lives so as to broaden their insights and knowledge about the lives they live. Such short stories of children are included in the category of short stories that contain pedagogical values. Through the appearance of the characters, the children are enabled to identify the character and make the guidelines for behavior. Therefore, so that children are not wrong in identifying the characters in a story, it takes guidance and guidance from parents when at home and teachers when they are at school. However, sometimes teachers often find it difficult to choose a good child story. In choosing and presenting reading or stories for children, teachers must be selective. In an effort to support the implementation of excellent service or satisfactory then the library as an institution engaged in services need to pay attention to the necessary spatial arrangement in order to realize the prime or satisfactory conditions. Spatial design exist in the library needs to be designed specifically because it is different from the arrangement of space in general. In other words, a library should organize the library space as much as possible, so that the library visitors feel at home to linger in the library. With the arrangement of this library room in the library expected SMAN 1 Ciomas is more developed, as the foundation of educational institutions. This study aims to: 1) help develop the library space management SMAN 1 Ciomas 2) Knowing what constraints contained in the library 3) To increase knowledge, experience, recognition and observation. This research was conducted at a formal educational institution that is SMAN 1 Ciomas. The research method used is qualitative case study, respondents in this research is the head of library and librarian. The results of this study that the development of SMAN 1 Ciomas library has been there developments in the quality of infrastructure facilities through the arrangement of the library space. Keywords. This study aims to determine the implementation of boarding school programs in the formation of student characters in State Senior High School of Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School Pandeglang Banten. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research data was collected with several techniques, such as observation, interview, and documentation. Triangulation technique is done by means of triangulation method, that is by checking the information result of interview with documentation and observation. The results of the discussion of the implementation of boarding school programs in the formation of student characters include: There is guidance of character education that appear in State Senior High School of Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School Pandeglang Banten include: 1) Religious, attitude, and behavior; 2) Discipline, actions that demonstrate orderly conduct and abide by various rules and regulations. 3) Honest behavior based on an attempt to make himself or herself a person who can always be trusted in words, actions, and work. 4) Mandiri, 5) Responsibility of the attitude and behavior of a person to carry out his duties and obligations, which he should do, to oneself, society, environment (nature, social and culture), state, and god almighty. One of the learning strategies that can be applied to the subjects of Islamic Education and Budi Pekerti is the strategy of crossword puzzle. This strategy allows learners to learn optimally, because this strategy is one model of active learning, fun and resembles the play of words through composing verses of mufradat into a whole verse. The purpose of this material is as an answer to the teachers so that learners more quickly memorize the verses of the Qur'an on the subjects of Islamic Education and Character especially on the aspects of the Qur'an. This research aims to describe: 1) Planning of school library development; 2) An overview of the ideal school library as a learning resource; 3) Improve attractive habits for students. The study was conducted at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mathlla'ul Anwar Linahdotil Ulama (MALNU) Menes Center. The research method uses qualitative case studies. The research instrument uses human instruments. Data analysis techniques include: Data collection, data reduction, and data reduction. The results of the study: 1) Library The role of library managers also has a very important role for the development of library libraries to develop library support, motivation and creativity of library managers, even if the funding increases, library managers do not have three things there so that the library will walk in place. 2) To make the ideal library must depart from the school itself, then even in building an ideal library cannot be considered, therefore the development of library materials must be adapted to the needs of students who want to improve the curriculum and extra-school curriculum. 3) In increasing reading interest students must be able to motivate students to ask for reading interest. Students can increase students' interest in reading since the beginning need to increase the participation of all educators in educating students about the need to read. This study aims to determine how the role of principal In Improving Teacher Quality in Private MTs Nurul Falah Talok Kresek Tangerang District. This research is qualitative with Field Research approach (Field Research). In this research, it is found that the head of madrasah in improving the quality of teachers in private MTs Nurul Falah Talok Kresek Tangerang Regency can be achieved. Achievement and success are based on a number of findings in the research that took place, namely 1). The Head of Madrasah has empowered the effort to improve the quality of teachers by covering various practical and logical work such as teacher competence test, guidance of teaching program and improvement of teacher professionalism, Increase of income and teacher welfare. 2). Madrasah principals undertake various development and fulfillment efforts related to infrastructure and madrasah infrastructure facilities. Another result of this research is that the success of the madrasah head that can support the process of teacher quality improvement can occur due to several factors, among others 1). Madrasah principal can play an important role as a leader with its central power to always move the artery of madrasah life, 2). The head of Madrasah is also able to understand SOP, their duties and functions for the success of madrasah accompanied by a strong attitude towards the subordinates who lead in this case the teacher in his madrasah. This study aims to describe the plan, implementation, obstacles and redesain results of library discipline in SMA Negeri 3 Serang City. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction measures, data displays, and conclusions. The result of the research shows: 1) redesign planning of library discipline is good enough, it contains about how to use library materials, how many books can be borrowed, how long time of lending, who can use library, and sanction; 2) preparing materials for redesigning design, writing design and tatatertib and writing drawings, printing designs on banners, and finally installing or attaching the order and slogans to predetermined walls, corners or locations; 3) the place of placement of the order takes the stand in the unused living room; and 4) the results of redesigning the discipline and slogans in the library is good enough, seen in the view of the writing-shaped library rules illustrated color and image, followed by the making of slogans in writing form with illustrations of images and colors contains the himbaun to comply with and implement the orderly food of libraries and what librarians should and should do.
