<![CDATA[This article examines laboratory management in an effort to improve the quality of learning in schools, how to plan, implement, and evaluate laboratory management in schools. Planning of the laboratory in the school by looking at the needs of goods and budget. This planning can be done at the end of each semester by means of coordination meetings between laboratory heads, infrastructure representatives, and principals. Implementation of the laboratory includes procurement, storage, structuring, inventation, use, and maintenance. Procurement is done in accordance with existing needs and adjusted to school budget. Storage is done by making the codes and placed sessuai with place and its usefulness. The arrangement is done according to the encoding per cabinet or shelf or locker or storage warehouse. Inventory is done by taking notes of newly arrived items by giving a code or sticker. Use of laboratory facilities and infrastructure is used in accordance with the needs and usefulness of each item. Maintenance by repairing lightly damaged goods and removal for heavily damaged items. The evaluation of the management of the laboratory in an effort to improve the quality of learning in schools is done by coordination meeting at the end of the year between the head of the laboratory, the vice principal of the facilities and prsasarana, and the principal. <![CDATA[This study aims to know and analyze the relationship of leadership principal teaching and work discipline to student academic achievement in school. This research uses quantitative method, the data is analyzed by using descriptive statistic and inference. Data collection using instruments, instruments compiled from various sources tailored to the research method used. The study was conducted on teachers in elementary schools in Jakarta. The study shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between the principal's teaching leadership and the students 'academic achievement with the correlation correlation value of 0.454, there is a significant correlation between the teacher's work discipline with the students' academic achievement with the correlation value of 0.576. From the results of the study can be concluded that the improvement and improving the quality of student achievement can be done with the improvement and improvement of the leadership quality of teaching the principal and the discipline of teacher work. Student achievement can develop well with the help and touch of a principal through good school management, as well as the discipline of a teacher in carrying out his work as an educator so that will provide a good quality of learning process also with the expected achievement of student learning achievement high in school. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the school culture values ​​associated with the implementation of the curriculum in the learning process at school. The study was conducted on teachers at SMK in Bekasi. The research used quantitative method with correlation analysis and regression analysis. Data were collected by using instruments on the variables used in the study, ie school culture and educational curriculum. <![CDATA[Politically, School Based Management (SBM) becomes the mouthpiece of all issues in the field of education that will be portrayed in schools, because the school is the last network of educational bureaucracy. SBM is also a form of operationalization of the decentralization or education autonomy policy in relation to regional autonomy. Theoretically, SBM is also a concept that offers autonomy to schools in order to improve quality, efficiency and equity of education in order to accommodate the interests of local communities as well as establishing close cooperation between schools, communities and governments. Operationally SBM is an idea that places the authority of school management in a system entity. Based on the above view, this article outlines the basic framework of SBM as a strategy for improving the quality of education. With SBM, principals, teachers and learners get the opportunity to innovate and improvise in schools related to curriculum, learning, managerial and others. So the principal serves as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator, figure, and mediator. <![CDATA[Less optimal role of school committee almost happened in every school, so far society perceive existence of school committee only role in terms of procurement aid of parasarana and education fund. This paper aims to explore the efforts of SMP Negeri 1 Pamarayan in optimizing the role of school committees in the protection of teachers in the implementation of education. The results of the study show that SMP Negeri 1 Pamarayan efforts always coordinate with school committees that are scheduled at least every two months, accommodate and channel the aspirations and initiatives of the community in giving birth to operational policies and educational programs, increasing responsibilities and community participation in the implementation of education, creating atmosphere and transparent, accountable, and democratic conditions. The perceived outcomes relate to teacher protection. The role of school committees in realizing teacher protection can be optimized by scheduling coordination between schools and school committees, all emerging cases can be addressed thanks to the school committee's role without causing a community reaction that harms both parties.
