Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu tempat untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dan menambah keilmuan. Salah satu program kerja yang dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi adalah melakukan proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru.  Proses ini merupakan salah satu yang harus dilakukan oleh sebuah perguruan tinggi, karena hal tersebut dapat mengetahui minat calon mahasiswa baru dalam menentukan program studi. Menetukan program studi yang diminati oleh calon mahasiswa baru adalah gambaran dari kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh calon mahasiswa baru. Dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan membuat klasifikasi dalam menentukan program studi bagi calon mahasiswa baru menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dan Decision Tree. Penelitian yang sama pernah dilakukan dengan Medote Naïve Bayes dalam menentukan minat calon mahasiswa baru dalam memilih program studi. Dan hasil yang diperoleh untuk nilai akurasinya 96.68%. Ada beberapa prosedur yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data cleaning, data collection, menentukan kriteria yang akan digunakan untuk melakukan training dan testing, dan Menentukan probabilitas dan pengujian. Pada penelitian ini record data yang digunakan sebanyak 2256. Setelah dilakukan data cleanin dan data collection memperoleh record data sejumlah 1671. Dari jumlah record data tersebut kemudian dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yang pertama untuk data training dengan prosentase 70% memperoleh jumlah 1158 dan untuk data testing dengan prosentase 30% memproleh jumlah 513. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan pengujian mendapatkan nilai akurasi dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes 96.68% sedangkan menggunakan metode Decision Tree memperoleh nilai akurasi 51.56%. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa metode Naïve Bayes dalam melakukan klasifikasi untuk menentukan minat calon mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi sangat baik dibandingkan metode Decision Tree. Hasil pemilihan program studi yang banyak diminati calon mahasiswa baru dalam klasifikasi ini adalah program studi DIII Farmasi.

Abstract

Incorrectly designed login forms can result in malicious credentials being exploited to gain unauthorized access. Designing the appearance of the form is enough to have a role so as not to make the user confused when faced with the login form page. In order to make it easier for users to access certain pages, the user must register first. Register also means the registration process (in the register) or system, with the display of the register on the login form, it will make it easier for users to register individually so that they can enter the application. Because previously the KBM master data login form application did not have a register, the author added a register form on the KBM master data application login form page, and needed to add another label that served as a link to the member registration menu that we had created. To do so, click the Standard tab > Labels (StdCtrls), then change the text on the Properties tab. B. "Click here to register on the registration form (Whida, 2018). After testing the login application and the added registration form, the test did not detect any errors and passed all tests. The results according to this test can be used as a reference to improve your application in sync using what is needed and to ensure that the application we develop works as expected. With the development of the KBM master data application, security needs to be implemented as well, such as the vehicle database in the KBM master data Not guaranteed and there is always a risk of misuse of the KBM Master Data. To mitigate this, Master Data can be protected by using Shuffle Technologies (Cryptography, Encryption). Cryptography is sensitive information and is intended to prevent the use of information transmitted over networks such as LANs and the Internet. Known and used by other people and unauthorized parties. Encryption is a method of encoding a message or information into unreadable text and is closely related to encryption, which is a method to protect a message from being read by third parties. In this study, the author uses the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to create a PHP source code encryption application. The AES algorithm was chosen to provide a high level of security. The development of this registration form uses the AES cryptography method, the results of the development of this registration form have been tested and run well.

Abstract

This Library System aims to facilitate the process of exploiting data and information in the library and to increase student reading interest. The library at school there are various books that can help the learning process. At this time in data processing in the library still using a manual system. The purpose of this library application is designed for optimal service so that the data stored is very accurate and makes it easier for admins to process data. In this Library Information System uses the waterfall method which is a classic method that is systematic sequentially in building software from the beginning of the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. Tools used for software modeling use unified modeling language (UML) such as use case diagrams. This library application can be used by admins / library staff and students. Library admins can use this library application to process books, procure books, lend books, and manage reports. Meanwhile, students can use this library application to fill in member visits, book searches, and borrow books from the library. Thus, library applications can make it easier for admins in the data processing process so that book lending transactions will also be more effective and efficient so that errors in data processing can be reduced.

Abstract

Ilmu manajemen proyek saat ini sudah berkembang dengan pesat, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada era revolusi industri 4.0 semakin memudahkan dalam proses manajemen proyek. Dalam manajemen proyek ada beberapa software yang dapat digunakan. Untuk software QM, punya kelebihan utama yaitu memiliki tools yang banyak sehingga dapat digunakan dalam berbagai keadaan dan kondisi sesuai realita proyek serta dapat dipadukan dengan permasalahan lain yang muncul pada saat pengerjaan proyek. PERT-CPM merupakan salah suatu metode yang memiliki tujuan untuk sebanyak-banyaknya mengurangi penundaan yang mungkin terjadi, mengkordinasikan dan mensingkronisasikan divisi kerja yang ada menjadi sebuah kesatuan pekerjaan dan mempercepat waktu penyelesaian proyek. Dengan mempergunakan metode PERT dan CPM akan mempermudah manajemen proyek untuk menyelesaikan target proyek diantaranya memperhitungkan waktu untuk menyelesaikan proyek dengan mencari dan menggunakan jalur kritis, mengidentifikasi mulai dan selesai waktu setiap pekerjaan untuk mendapatkan jadwal proyek dan memperhitungkan total waktu slack dalam setian kegiatan. Setelah data diolah dengan software QM menggunakan metode PERT dan CPM, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa sebenarnya proyek pembangunan MDT Nurul Ummah bisa diselesaikan dengan waktu 14 minggu, atau lebih cepat 3 minggu dari rencana awal 17 minggu.

In the back of the various learnings about pemrograman, it's miles necessary to create a website that offers getting to know about pemrograman, from records, substances, to creating the application itself. Internet site software development is made the use of the Agile improvement version technique, that's a way so as to begin again from the start after the application is completed. Packages which have been completed to the review stage will return to the planning stage by using accumulating records and feedback from users to eventually redevelop the application by adding numerous features to be able to make the website even higher.

Abstract

CV. Andi Jaya is a form of business entity that was established on August 31, 2010, in the city of Surabaya, precisely at Jalan Merak Raya Rewwin No.6. CV Andi Jaya is a company that provides cheap medical devices in Surabaya. Based on the results of direct interviews with customers who have purchased goods through the website, there are several obstacles felt by customers, namely the process of selling goods on the website does not go well, there are several menus that cannot be accessed by users, the appearance of the website makes users not interested in making purchases such as product catalog is not well organized. Apart from the customer side, there are several obstacles in the business process, namely in the process of recording transactions the data is not updated in real time so that incomplete records often occur and the admin and users cannot see the status of ordering goods. From the prototype, an evaluation was carried out by distributing a system usability scale (SUS) questionnaire to 26 respondents to evaluate the product and as a benchmark for user perceptions. From the results of testing the prototype, an average of 73.6 is included in the "good" category, which means that the design is accepted by the user.

Abstract

In an activity in the education unit, the Helpdesk Ticketing System can be an information technology facility to improve service quality. At SDN Babakan 01 the complaint process for information technology problems does not use a system, so IT operators who receive incident reports, come and confirm the problem directly, this creates a problem, namely in the complaint report documentation process it is not recorded properly and quickly. In designing information technology Helpdesk Ticketing System at SDN Babakan 01, the authors conducted interviews and observations first before designing a website-based Helpdesk Ticketing System where the model used was SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and the method used was the Waterfall method, so that the system designed can be used by SDN Babakan 01 operators to accommodate and organize any problem reports properly, so that reports can be structured properly, minimize communication errors with IT operators, and can present report data quickly.

Abstract

SD Muhammadiyah 3 Ciledug adalah sekolah yang belum juga menggunakan sistem informasi sebagai salah satu bantuan kepada warga di bidang pendidikan. Berkembangnya teknologi membuat komite sekolah mengharuskan untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang tepat dan baik, diantaranya di SD  Muhammadiyah 3 Ciledug. Pembuatan media sistem informasi akademik berbasis website ini nanti nya bisa berfungsi sebagai produktivitas guru dalam melakukan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka. Metode pada pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akademik ini memakai metode waterfall. Pada tugas yang diberikan pada pertemuan 1 yaitu membuat paper. Kelompok ini akan membuat Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akademik dengan menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem perancangan ini dapat mengatasi beberapa proses, yaitu : mengelola data siswa, data guru, data ruang kelas dan data jadwal pelajaran.
