This research aims to examine the performance of pineapple farming and the benefit of prima-3 certification and SLPHT in developing sustainable pineapple farming in terms of economic, social and environmental. This research compares the practice of pineapple farming management of certified, SLPHT and non-SLPHT farmer. The research location is in Astomulyo Village, Punggur Sub District, Central Lampung District. The sample in this research are 75 farmers that consist 15 certified farmers, 30 SLPHT farmers and 30 non-SLPHT farmers. The benefit of prima-3 certification and SLPHT in economic terms determined by farm income, meanwhile the pineapple quality assuredness, social and environmental terms analyzed using sustainability index. The different test of F test (One Way Anova) and Post Hoc Test LSD is used afterwards to analyze the assessment of pineapple farming. The results show that farm income of the first year to the third year sequentially for certified farmers are Rp57.450.792; Rp136.367.252 and Rp17.330.297, for SLPHT farmers are Rp54.169.465; Rp137.874.183 and Rp19.220.465, and non-SLPHT farmers are Rp55.326.879; Rp127.256.986 and Rp14.798.958. Prima-3 certification program and SLPHT in economic terms that is determined by farm income have not provided benefits, but the assesment result of pineapple farming management towards the increasing of the pineapple quality assuredness have provided benefits. As well as benefits in social and environmental terms showed that there’s significant difference of the practice of pineapple farming management between certified, SLPHT and non-SLPHT farmers. ANALISIS FINANSIAL USAHA TERNAK AYAM PROBIOTIK : STUDI KASUS: KPA BERKAT USAHA BERSAMA, KOTA METRO Bayu Suci C. Sunarya; Zainal Abidin; Umi Kalsum

This research aims to determine the financial feasibility of probiotic chickens farming, and analyze the sensitivity of the feasibility of probiotic chickens farming at KPA Berkat Usaha Bersama in the event of price increases in DOC, feed, and decrease of production. This research is a case study at KPA Berkat Usaha Bersama at Village of Yosomulyo 21, District of Metro Center, in Metro City. KPA Berkat Usaha Bersama was selected on purpose as the research location. The data was taken from June to July 2015. The number of sample were 23 chicken farmers and 1 chairman of KPA Berkat Usaha Bersama. The analytical tool used NPV, Net B / C Ratio, Gross B / C ratio, IRR, Payback Period, ROI, the sensitivity analysis was also used in this study. The results showed that with 1000 birds population of probiotic chickens farming could generate net income Rp1.008.098 per season and the results of the financial analysis using six criteria for investment in probiotic chickens farming was feasible and profitable. The value of NPV was Rp53.613.075,93, Net B/C Ratio was 1,41, Gross B/C Ratio was 1,02, IRR was 24 percent, PP was 1,04 years, and ROI was 48 percent. In the event of a decrease production in the amount of 5 percent and an increase in feed prices by 6 percent, the feasibility and profitability of probiotic chickens farming could affect these changes. However, in case of DOC price increase of 6 percent, the feasibility and profitability had no effect on these changes. It could be concluded that the probiotic chickens farming at KPA Berkat Usaha Bersama was feasible to be developed, but if there is a change in feed prices by 6 percent, and if there is a decrease in production by 5 percent, the feasibility and profitability of probiotic chickens farming could affect these changes.Key words: financial analysis, probiotic chickens farming, sensitivity

This study purposed to analyze the comparison consumer’s attitudes of Sariwangi and Sosro teabag to upper and lower middle class households, and the relationship between consumer’s attitudes and satisfaction of Sariwangi and Sosro teabag to households income. This study was conducted in RT 12 Sukarame Baru Village of Sukarame District and RT 07 Beringin Raya Village of Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City. Total respondents are 60 households that consist of 30 respondents of consumers Sariwangi teabag and 30 consumers Sosro teabag. Sampling technique were using a simple cluster sampling and quota sampling. Data was taken on September until November 2014. Data was using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the consumer’s attitudes of Sariwangi teabag are better than Sosro teabag, the consumer’s satisfaction of Sariwangi teabag are higher than Sosro teabag, and there is relationship between consumer’s attitudes and satisfaction of Sariwangi and Sosro teabag to households income. This study purposed to measure supply chain performance of KWT Melati products and analyze value added of KWT Melati products. This Research was conducted in Tribudisyukur Village at Kebun Tebu Subdistrict, West Lampung. The research data was collected on April 2015 using survey method. Sample size was 25 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. Analysis Data Method used for supply chain management performance was Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR) 9,0 and for value added analysis was Hayami method. The result of this study showed that (1) Based on the result of this study, there is an ineffectiveness on management cost especially on Total Supply Chain Management Cost (TSMC) metric for all products of KWT Melati, this is caused by the amount of cost spent on producing (2) The most profitable product of KWT Melati is coffee package 25gr with value added ratio 55,68% and gave added value Rp52.400,00 for every kg coffee production. The objectives of this research were to analyze the pattern of Siger Rice consumption, factors controlling Siger Rice demand and household satisfaction of Siger Rice in Lampung Province. This research was done in Bandar Lampung and South Lampung. The data was collected in Mei 2015. The technique used for sampling was non probability sampling with 60 respondents. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research showed that the househould of KWT Tunas Baru consumed 5,47 kg per month,this was much than the household of KWT Agung Lestari, 2,99 kg per month. It was related to the reason of KWT Tunas Baru respondents (60%) consuming Siger Rice which was for health while KWT Agung Lestari respondents (40%) consuming Siger Rice for their custom. Consumption frequency of Siger Rice by consumerwas 8 to 12 per month. Factors affecting the household demand of Siger Rice in KWT Tunas Baru were the price of paddy rice, the price of fish, and the number of family member, while in KWT Agung Lestari werethe price of paddy rice and the price of fish. The CSI of Siger Rice in KWT Tunas Baru and KWT Agung Lestari were 73,8% and 67,8% there were in satisfied category. According to IPA result, the attribute which had to be the main priority of Siger Rice KWT Tunas Baru and KWT Agung Lestari to be fixed was price. This research purposed to analyze the benefits of Indonesian Organic Farm Certification (INOFICE) toward the development of coffee farm sustainability from economic dimension, environmental dimension and social dimension. This research was conducted at Air Hitam sub district Lampung Barat district. Sample of research are 30 farmers each from certified farmer and non certified farmer. Economic benefits was analyzed through on farming analysis by counting productivity, cost efficiency and income then was tested with t test to know if there any difference. The economic, environmental and social benefits were analyzed using Mann Whitney U test. The result showed that (1) INOFICE certification had not given benefits toward of coffee farm sustainability. Certified farmers who has been sustainable on economic, environmental dan social were 73,33.% while noncertified farmers were 96,67% categories in sufficiently sustainable on economic, environemental and social. (2) INOFICE certification had not given economic benefits like increasing of productivity and income, but it gave benefit like increasing cost efficiency. (3) INOFICE certification gave benefits in sustainable coffee farm application in term of economic, environmental and social. The application of sustainable coffee farm in economic, environmental and social form was higher significantly on farmers certified than nonsertified farmers. The purposes of this research are to analize about 1) The level of people’s participation in Gedung Aji Baru District, Tulang Bawang Regency on GSMK’s Program, 2) People’s group role on powering people’s participation on GSMK’s Program in Gedung Aji Baru District, Tulang Bawang Regency, 3) The relationship between people group role and people participation’s level on GSMK’s Program at Gedung Aji Baru District, Tulang Bawang Regency. This study was conducted in Gedung Aji Baru District, Tulang Bawang Regency. The number of samples on this research were 98 respondents choosen by Proportional Random Sampling method, and the method of analysis used Rank Spearman correlation. The results showed 1) Most of society have already participated very well on GSMK’s program in Gedung Aji Baru subdistrict of Tulang Bawang regency, although there are society of Village Sido Mekar who haven’t well participated yet. 2) Most of people’s group role moved the society participation in Gedung Aji Baru subdistrict of Tulang Bawang regency was acted very well, although there are people’s group role act activeless whitin identified self-supporting potential and people’s participation are people’s group role of Sido Mekar village. 3) The research result show that people’s group role as high as level of society participation.
