The aims of this research are to analyze the level of food security, the factors that affect the level of food security, and the efforts to increase the level of food security of fisherman household. The location of this research is chosen purposively in Sukajaya Lempasing Village, Teluk Pandan Subdistrict, Pesawaran Regency in which respondents are 51 fisherman households. The data of this research are primary data and secondary data,collected in February ? May2018 and analyzed by cross-classification between the share of food expenditure and availability in addition to food sufficiency level, ordinal logistic regression, and descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the research showed thatthe majority of respondent classified as less food were68.63% of respondents.The rest respondents were classified as foods secure13.73%, vulnerable to food 5.88%, and food insecure11.76%. The affecting factors on the level of food security were formal education level of housewives and household food expenditure. The efforts to increase the level of food security by Government were through monitoring food availability and food reserves, developing food distribution and stabilize food prices, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), and Raskin.While the efforts by fisherman household themselves werefood loan (92.16%) andchanging dietary habit(7.84%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan, persepsi petani dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi petani terhadap Program Upsus Pajale. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 orang petani responden yang dipilih secara acak. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, tabulasi, dan Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Upsus Pajale belum berhasil. Sebagian besar petani belum menerapkan tahapan-tahapan dari Program Upsus Pajale, petani jarang mengikuti rapat terkait pelaksanaan program, serta produktivitas padi mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2018 sebesar 2,42 ton/ha/musim tanam dan produktivitas jagung mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2018 sebesar 2,30 ton/ha/musim tanam. Persepsi petani tentang Program Upsus Pajale sangat baik, karena penyuluh pertanian lapangan maupun ketua kelompok tani cukup sering memberi informasi tentang Program Upsus Pajale. Petani cukup tahu mengenai tujuan, ruang lingkup, dan sistem pendanaan pada Program Upsus Pajale. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi petani dalam Program Upsus Pajale adalah pengalaman berusahatani, motivasi, dan tingkat pengetahuan. This research aims to assess the impact of P-LDPM on Gapoktan performances and rice farmers incomes member of Gapoktan in Natar District South Lampung Regency. The sample of this research includes two Gapoktan’s chairman, and 26 rice farmers from Gapoktan Pendowo (P-LDPM recipient) and Gapoktan Mekar Sari (non P-LDPM recipient). The data collection was conducted from April to May 2015. Performance of Gapoktan was analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis; income of rice farmers was analyzed by independent t-test of two samples. The result of this research showed that P-LDPM gave impact on Gapoktan performance. This could be seen from the recipient of P-LDPM Gapoktan performance that showed a good performance, in two performance indicators set by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2013. While, non recipients P-LDPM Gapoktan only showed good performance in one indicator. Income of the farmer was not impacted by P-LDPM yet, this could be seen from the results of independent t-test of two samples analysis that showed no significant difference in the average income per hectare between recipients and non-recipients of Gapoktan members.Key words: gapoktan performance, impact, rice farmer’s income, P-LDPM

This research aims to analyze the participation level of P3A member on the irrigation network development (PJI) program and to find out the factors related to participation level of P3A member on the irrigation network development (PJI) program in Fajar Esuk Village, Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency. The location was chosen purposely in P3A Fajar Tirta Kencana with 72 samples. This research was conducted in September 2016 using a survey method. Data were analyzed descriptivel and used rank Spearman nonparametric statistics test. The results showed that most of P3A membesr has low participation. The factor related to participation level of P3A members on the irrigation network development (PJI) program in Fajar Esuk Village, Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency is intencity of communication. The faremer’s age, level of formal education, the level of knowledge about PJI program, and the level of expectations to benefit program do not have a significant relationship with the participation level of P3A members on the irrigation network development (PJI) program in Fajar Esuk Village, Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency. The purposes of this research are to analize about 1) The level of people’s participation in Gedung Aji Baru District, Tulang Bawang Regency on GSMK’s Program, 2) People’s group role on powering people’s participation on GSMK’s Program in Gedung Aji Baru District, Tulang Bawang Regency, 3) The relationship between people group role and people participation’s level on GSMK’s Program at Gedung Aji Baru District, Tulang Bawang Regency. This study was conducted in Gedung Aji Baru District, Tulang Bawang Regency. The number of samples on this research were 98 respondents choosen by Proportional Random Sampling method, and the method of analysis used Rank Spearman correlation. The results showed 1) Most of society have already participated very well on GSMK’s program in Gedung Aji Baru subdistrict of Tulang Bawang regency, although there are society of Village Sido Mekar who haven’t well participated yet. 2) Most of people’s group role moved the society participation in Gedung Aji Baru subdistrict of Tulang Bawang regency was acted very well, although there are people’s group role act activeless whitin identified self-supporting potential and people’s participation are people’s group role of Sido Mekar village. 3) The research result show that people’s group role as high as level of society participation. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the P-LDPM and the difference between the performance of program recipient farmer groups and non-recipient. The research is a survey conducted in Bekri District, Lampung Tengah Region, as Bekri is an area chosen by government as P-LDPM receiver. Respondents are organizers of farmer groups chosen purposively by consideration that the organizers are the people who receive the program directly. The research data are collected in January – February 2018 and analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that implementation of the P-LDPM was started in 2013, which known by the donation from government amounted Rp150,000,000.00. The rate of performance of farmer groups recipients of the P-LDPM program was as high categorized. Meanwhile, the rate of performance of farmer groups that do not receive the program was in a medium category. P-LDPM had significant impacts on the rate of performance of farmer groups. This study aims to examine the implementation, the level of farmers’ participation, and factors related to the level of participation in the Upsus Pajale program in South Rawa Jitu Sub-District of Tulang Bawang Regency. This study data was collected in January-February 2017 by envolving 54 farmers’ respondents. This study was conducted by survey method and its data was analyzed descriptively and statistically by Rank Spearman Correlation. The results showed that factors related to farmers’ participation in Upsus Pajale Program were production, group communication behavior and intensity of program socialization. Farmers' participation in planning activity was mostly (59,26%) in moderate category, participation in implementation activity was mostly (83,3%) in high category, participation in monitoring and evaluation activities was low (46,3%) and participation in the utilization of development outcomes was high (100%). In overall, most of farmers' participation in Upsus Pajale program in Rawa Jitu Selatan sub District wass moderate (48,15%) .Key words: farmer, participation, Upsus Pajale

This research aimed to formulate the Marketing Strategy of PT Sayuran Siap Saji Bogor Regency of West Java. This research used a case study method at PT Sayuran Siap Saji of Sukamanah Village, Megamendung District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The samples were GA-HRD, distribution marketing manager of the company, two employees of the marketing division (distribution), one of costomer of the highest number of purchases, and the ex-customer. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis and QSPM. The results of this research showed that for strategies combination value IFE was 2,96 and value of EFE was 2.29 in the IE matrix shows that the position the business in quadran V. It meant that the company was in the growth area. On QSPM it was known that the marketing strategy of PT Sayuran Siap Saji was to maintain and improve product quality in order to excel in trading, improved the company's marketing management and optimize product publication in order to increase consumer interest, wider promotion and partner with new supplier, products to be more competitive in the market.Key words: marketing strategy, QSPM, Sayuran Siap Saji

The purpose of this study are to analyzethe success level of PUAP program, the level of the AEW’roles on PUAP program, and the factors related to the success of the PUAP program. This research was conducted in Sungkai District of North Lampung Regency. The samples are 52 farmers selected randomly and 12 Agricultural Extension Workers selected purposively. The data analysis methods used are qualitative-descriptive analysis, tabulation, and Rank Spearman correlation. The results showed that the PUAP program has been successful, inrelation to output, outcome, benefit, and impact.The level of AEW’sroles towards the success of PUAP program was in good category, in the roles as the diseminator of information/inovation, facilitator, supervisor, monitoring, and evaluator. The factors related to the successof PUAP Program were the level ofAEW’sroles, the level of farmer’s participation, the level of managementfunds received by farmers, and farmers' level of knowledge about PUAP program.Key words: Agricultural Extension Worker,PUAP program, role, success
