Abstract

A jig is a special tool that serves to hold, hold, placed on the workpiece to keep the workpiece positioning the workpiece so that the manufacturing process of a product can be more efficient. Therefore, the author tries to make the position of the hole into the center of the seat chassis connectors, designing and making Jig Drill chair connector construction and selecting the Jig Drill material.After Jig created the author got some conclusions that are making the location of the hole into the center of the chair frame connector, that is by using the tools or Jig production process, the design of the chair frame connector by doing, observation of the dimensions of the seat chassis connectors, determine the surface parts to be clamped, and do the design with Software Solid Works, and the selection of Jig Drill material is by comparison, the material of Jig Drill must be stronger than the workpiece that is Brinell hardness for aluminum is 70HB and Tensile Strength value for aluminum is 345Mpa, while SCM440 Brinell hardlines is 217HB and Tensile Strength for SCM440 steel is 980Mpa, so the jig drill strength is harder than the workpiece. Abstract

Cooperatives are associations of people who join and conduct joint ventures on the basis of cooperative principles. So, getting greater benefits at lower costs through companies that are owned or supervised democratically by their members. Information technology is currently one of the needs that cannot be ignored for various activities in cooperatives. The role of computer usage is also expected to be a tool in every activity pengkoperasian where information needs can be more quickly and accurately, so that decision making in everything can be taken in a short time. Cooperative Employee Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Kokardan Majalengka regency is one form of cooperative that runs its business to provide services to members of the Business Unit Savings and Loans and Business Unit Waserda. With the creation of a data processing information system in the cooperative, it is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cooperative work.

Abstract

Course schedules are one of the important components in the successful implementation of teaching and learning activities in universities because all lecturer and student activities depend on the schedule, so the schedule must be arranged correctly at the beginning of the semester. The preparation of the course schedule by using a spreadsheet application manually, as was done at the Majalengka University Faculty of Engineering, requires high accuracy because it must pay attention to the constraints in scheduling (room, lecturer, student class, day and time) so that no clashes occur. Problems in preparing the schedule can be solved using a schedule plotting application that can generate schedules automatically using genetic algorithms and using GUI (Graphical User Interface). The schedule plotting application generated in the Job Training research has been successfully tested to schedule courses in the Informatics Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering, Majalengka University.

Abstract

Planning Structure of the Majalengka Garden Hotel Building according to SNI 03-2847-2002 article 23.2.3, states that for areas with earthquake risk medium, must be used special or medium moment bearer system, or an ordinary concrete structure or walls system specifically for carrying the styles caused by an earthquake. The building was designed using the Resisting Frame System Special Moments (SRPMK). Strongly designed against several combinations loading such as dead load, live load, and earthquake load. This system planned to use the concept of strong columns - weak beams, where the elements vertical of the structure (column) is stronger than the horizontal element of the structure (beam) so that the plastic joint is formed first on the beam section. Joint-joint on beam-column relationships must also be well designed so as not to occur collapse. The results of structural analysis using SAP2000 version 14 software for help determine the forces acting on the structure, then used to calculate reinforcement and check the strength of the structure. The stages of planning structures include analyzing the conditions and conditions soil, design the configuration of the building structure and its structural system, determination of the loads acting on the structure, determination of dimensions and reinforcement of structural elements, and finally design drawing.

Abstract

Perencana proyek sangat membutuhkan suatu metoda yang tepat dan akurat dalam menganalisis proporsi komposisi yang diinginkan. Hal tersebut harus dilaksanakan dalam perencanaan awal sebelum masa konstruksi dimulai, sehingga perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian yang detail terhadap faktor pembiayaan terkait dengan   komposisi  sumber  daya seperti  upah tenaga kerja, material,  dan  alat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Mengetahui hubungan antara beberapa variabel yang dimungkinkan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap  proporsi  sumber  daya,  untuk  kemudian akan diidentifikasi seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Dan melakukan pemodelan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh proporsi sumber daya pada proyek konstruksi berdasarkan kondisi proyek. Hubungan   proporsi   sumberdaya   proyek   dengan   tingkat   laju   inflasi mempunyai hubungan yang cukup signifikan.  Terutama pada sumberdaya material, dimana proporsinya mengalami kenaikan, sedangkan sumberdaya lainnya seperti manusia dan peralatan mengalami penurunan. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan nilai inflasinya.

Abstract

TracerSstudy merupakan studi yang tujuan utamanya untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai lulusan yang sudah bekerja dan belum bekerja. Selain itu tracer study bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pendidikan dalam bentuk penguasaan dan pemerolehan kompetensi lulusan yang diaplikasikan di dunia kerja serta transisi dari dunia pendidikan tinggi ke dunia usaha. Pada penelitian ini penulis memilih Fakultas Teknik Universitas Majalengka  sebagai objek penelitian. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membangun system informasi alumni (tracer study) berbasis web di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Majalengka. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu adalah wawancara dan observasi dalam mengembangkan system ini penulis menggunakan metode extreme programing, yang terdiri dari beberapa langkah yaitu penentuan dan analisis spesifikasi , desain system dan perangkat lunak , implementasi dan uji coba unit, integrase dan uji coba system , dan operasi serta pemeliharaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dibuat system informasi manajemen parkir kendaraan pada lahan parkir Fakultas Teknik Universitas Majalengka dengan menggunakan PHP dan MYSQL Server.

Abstract

Lately in the scope of horticultural agriculture starting from production to marketing still using manual methods or untouched technology, especially in the field of agricultural investment. The farmers in Cikaracak Village in the capital sector still rely on bank loans which are binding, of course, this is burdensome for farmers who are mostly middle to lower. Application of Agricultural Investment Information System is made to facilitate farmers in the capital and make it easier for investors to search for agricultural potential data. This research uses Extreme Programming method and using PHP My SQL. This Information System application can make it easier for investors to find agricultural data to cooperate with farmers in the capital, with the applicable provisions. The results of the research are expected to facilitate farmers in the capital and facilitate the investors to make transactions and invest. That makes work easier and more controlled.

Abstract

Absensi merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan untuk siswa. Dalam melakukan absensi masih menggunakan cara manual. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem absensi siswa yang dapat melakukan pendataan dan pengelolaan data agar dapat dilakukan secara cepat, efisien, dan akurat. Pembuatan sistem absensi siswa ini dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisa sistem, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java Netbeans IDE 8.0 dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan database. Sebagai hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah dibuatnya aplikasi berbasis dekstop Sistem Informasi Absensi siswa Berbasis dekstop Menggunakan Java Netbeans IDE 8.0 yang memiliki fasilitas seperti: manajemen data siswa, manajemen data guru, manajemen absensi siswa, manajemen absensi guru. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan proses absensi akan lebih efisien dan dapat dipantau dengan mudah oleh dosen dan oleh pusat.

Abstract

Bussiness outside the home such as work affairs, schools, etc., is often an obstacle for people who have pets. Where pet owners have to travel for long periods of time and leave their pets at home, the feeding schedule of animals will not be regular, so pets are starving and may result in poor health of the animal itself. The purpose of this study is that the automatic feed system can provide long-term feeding so as to meet the expectations of animal owners as a solution to the problems faced by pet owners. The research method used in this research is using data collection method, identify problem and prototype method as system development. The design of this smart pet feeder consists of Arduino microcontroller as the main regulator of the system and ultrasonic sensor acts as a remnant of feed remaining in the storage tube. The result is an automated animal feeding system with the right portion, adjustable scheduling, and real-time monitoring. Cat feeding time can be adjusted as needed.

Abstract

It has long been a serious problem in the community, this is because it has become a culture when the existing waste is thrown away, whether organic or inorganic waste. Whereas if people can use it well, the waste can provide more value and even the selling value for Majalengka community. Multimedia-based visualization is one of the methods used as a community service that helps the DLH party in providing information to the community about the prevention and utilization of waste into useful goods for the community itself. In this study, the authors use Adobe Flash Professional CS6 application to create a multimedia-based visualization with MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. This visualization contains how to utilize organic waste into compost and biogas, and inorganic waste for handicrafts and in addition can also be recycled back into plastic. With this visualization as a public service media is expected Majalengka community can be more concerned about the environment. In addition, the community also has knowledge how to overcome the organic and inorganic waste in order to be used as a product that has a sale value.
