Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of retail business model strategy in form of entrepreneurship activities based on local wisdom, along with the challenges to implement it. The objects of this study is Pelanusa Community; a business community in Malang City that implements a retail business model based on local wisdom. A qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation were used. The informants were selected purposively. The results of the study show that creativity and product innovation that accentuates local culture is the strength of Pelanusa Community to produce final product that has value proposition. This strength is supported by training activities that enhance technical and managerial skills. Strict quality control is also an important element to maintain product quality. However, Pelanusa Community faces challenges in terms of production scale to implement the strategy for its retail business model.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the issues of entrepreneurship and financial competence that exist in Beautypreneurs. This research chooses the qualitative approach using a phenomenological study, which involves in-depth interviews with six Beautypreneurs who are active in building businesses and developing their financial competencies. This phenomenological study is developed based on four main categories, namely are 1. Socio-economic problems, 2. work-life balance, 3. financial knowledge, 4. self-improvement. This study suggests that, firstly, Beautypreneurs have a discursive learning pattern when developing their financial competencies. The second thing, this study found that the personal resilience they try to build based on the cognitive deepening process obtained from the crisis, so these Beautypereneurs needed high mentoring by the mentor who understood the Financial knowledge. Third, they see investation as the best way to develop their financial literacy

Abstract

Improving SME performance sourced from technology and resources that make it competitive advantage of innovation. SMEs with the support of empowerment programs, are expected to innovate based on local wisdom in order to have a competitive advantage so they can maintain future business performance. Innovative research on marketing performance is widely researched on a large business scale, however small businesses are still lacking. The research aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence of green innovation, competitive advantage and empowerment on marketing performance. Quantitative research methods by taking data through questionnaires with a sample of 43 respondents, data analysis using multiple regression. The result is competitive advantage and empowerment have positive and significant effect on marketing performance, but green innovation has a negative and not significant effect on marketing performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on green innovation, competitive advantage and empowerment on the marketing performance.

Abstract

This research is about industry revolution 4.0 which supports disruption in agriculture and management (advertising). Qualitative method with case study analysis is used in this research, specifically on Mr Basiri case as the subject, who is the condito sine qua non, known for his hidroganic invention. According to the analysis, it can be concluded that, by using YouTube to spread his knowledge, he was able to promote himself and obtain a source of income. Besides earning revenue from YouTube, a lot of people and organizations who are interested in his uploaded videos actually come to meet him or communicate with him through mobile phone to implement his farming model. Everything that had happened unexpectedly made him viewed as unique, as he loves to share, help, think ahead, follow the rules, do continuous research, and live religiously

Abstract

Based on PP. 74 of 2012 on the change of hospital status to Public Service Board (RS-BLU) changed the perspective of the responsibility of the hospital in informing its operational performance. The practice of preparing and presenting the RS-BLU financial statements in Indonesia is not in accordance with PSAK 45, thus indicating financial management that is not in accordance with the financial accounting standard (SAK) that has been determined and affects stakeholder decision-making related to budget acceptance accessibility due to limited relevance of performance information sources on its financial statements. The purpose of this research is to analyze the increase of financial reporting value stakeholder through presentation of financial statements based on PSAK 45 with internet financial reporting as a detector to build stakeholder trust and increase source of RS-BLU budget revenue. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method describes, describes, compare a data with theory based on literature study that obtained from the source of publication documentation (The Asian Sun Life Index of Health in 2017). The results show that most of the RS-BLU in Indonesia do not apply financial reporting according to PSAK 45 and have a negative image in the eyes of their stakeholders, low capital financing and RS-BLU health service quality decreased by 65%.
