Abstract

This study aims to : 1) determinate the level of vulnerability to fire in District Guguak Panjang. 2) determinate the distribution of residential fire-prone areas in Guguak Panjang District. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a population of 287 residential block and sample of 36 residential blok. The process used in processing data utilizing geographic information system includes buffering, scoring, overlays and dissolves. The result that obtained is a map of residential fire vulnerability level are divide into three classes: high residential vulnerability level with 21,33 Ha, medium residential fire vulnerability level with 95,97 Ha, and low residential fire vulnerability level with 49,44 Ha. The highest vulnerability distribution is in Bukit Apit Puhun Village and the lowest is in Pakan Kurai Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for 1). Know how the water facilities are convening in the village of the Stake River. 2). Learn how Mckin The stake River Village is. 3). Find out how the waste disposal means in the village of the Stake River. 4). Find out how waste water disposal means in the village of the Stake River. This research is liquid descriptive research. Data used is primary. There were 74 people being samples of research respondents who were in 4 hamlets located in the village of Pasak River. Data retrieval by means of spreading Angket and analyzed using data analysis technology according to Ari Kunto. The results of this research are: 1). The availability of clean water facilities registered adequate but (10%) The river water is classified as clean. 2). Registered MCK conditions meet the terms and conditions of 95% of households with bathrooms and latinies. 3). Registered garbage disposal conditions meet the health requirements of the environment can be seen from 27% of people throw waste in their home trash, 68% of people throw waste in the land of quarry yard and 5% people throw waste directly to TPA. 4). The condition of waste air discharge has not qualified environmental health requirements can be seen from 7% unreachable communities of waste channels, 20% of the community's affordable waste channel of river Glory, 41% of affordable Community channels Waste of pool and 32% of people who have a waste channel of irrigation channels. Abstract

This study aims to determine: How much interest in geography subjects compared to other UNBK elective subjects of SMAN 2 Batang Anai and what are the basis for students in determining the choice of UNBK elective subjects. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The study population was all social studies students of class XII IPS, totaling 123 people. Sampling uses the Slovin formula, with the Proportional Random Sampling technique, so that 63 respondents are obtained. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaire distribution and documentation. Data analysis techniques use percentages. The results showed that: The mapping of interest in geography subjects as UNBK elective subjects at Batang Anai 1 High School based on internal factors was good. This can be seen from the average score obtained 3.76. The mapping of interest in geography as the chosen subject of UNBK in Batang Anai based on external factors is good. This can be seen from the average score obtained 3.65

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of ability of Geography teachers in making and developing technology in learning and utilizing technology as a media for mapping, remote sensing and geographic information systems. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method in the form of a percentage. Samples were obtained using the Total Sampling technique, which means that all teachers teaching geography at SMAN in South Solok totaled as many as 14 people. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS version 19.0 program consisting of descriptive analysis, test data analysis requirements and descriptive analysis or percentage descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the level of technological knowledge of Geography Teachers in 5 indicators, namely basic computer operating knowledge, use of number processing programs, word processing, teacher presentation programs, how to access the internet, and utilizing IT to help understand the concept of Geogarfi Teachers in teaching, is still relatively low with percentage of 57% Keyword: knowledge, technology, geography teacher ability Abstract This study aims to determine the level of ability of Geography teachers in making and developing technology in learning and utilizing technology as a media for mapping, remote sensing and geographic information systems. Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of community participation in the form of energy, thoughts, goods and money in supporting the KOTAKU program in Kurao Pagang, Nanggalo District. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The study population was the RW 8 community in the Kurao Pagang Village. Theresearch sample is the population of Kurao Pagangvillage in RT 1 and RT 2 and aged> 20 years, totaling 79 people. Data analysis technique is percentage. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Community participation in the form of personnel2) Community participation in the form of thoughts, namely giving opinions when asked/needed. 3) Community participation in the form of goods, namely providing assistance in the form of food to the people who participated in mutual assistance and 4) Community participation in the form of money, namely providing financial assistance for the activities of making fences and money given by the community is at a low nominal value of >Rp. 50.000.

Abstract

This study purpose to find out (1) the factors that caused the transfer of type A terminal locations from Aia Pacah to Anak Air in Koto Tangah Subdistrict, Padang City, (2) factors for type A terminal location selection in Anak Air, Batipuh Panjang Village, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The research subject was determined by purposive sampling technique with the consideration that the person was considered the most knowledgeable about the object of research so that there were 5 informants with descriptions of one person from the Padang City Transportation Agency, one person from the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Padang and three people from the Planning and Development Agency Padang city. Based on the research, it is known that the causes of the transfer of type A terminal locations from Aia Pacah to Anak Air are (1)the terminal location far from the city service center , (2) lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure and (3) earthquake disaster. Whereas the factors for selecting the location of type A terminals in Anak Air, Batipuh Panjang Village are (1) terminal locations connected with arterial roads, (2) terminal locations related to AKAP, AKDP, and railway lines, and (3) locations close to the city service center.

Abstract

This study was conducted in the Solok city with the aim to determine variations in population pressure on rice fields in the city of Solok. The source of research data is secondary data. The method of calculating population pressure (TP) in research uses the Otto Soemarwoto model II formula. The research is described by quantitative analysis presented in tables and maps. The results showed in general the city of Solok had occured population pressure (TP> 1). The urban village with low category are Nan Balimo (3.93) and Laing (4.45). The urban Village with medium category are VI Suku (9.88), Sinapa Piliang (9.68), IX Korong (8.23), Aro IV Korong (11.65), Koto Panjang (11.76), Tanjung Paku (8.98), and Kampung Jawa (10.26). The urban village with high categories are Tanah Garam (18.14), Pasar Pandan Air Mati (16.46), Kampai Tabu Karambia (17.04), and Simpang Rumbio (16.84). The rate of population growth that continues to increase and land use change will lead to population pressure on agricultural land.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research aims to determine the mapping of the water resources, Shalter and Mount Sago climbing routes for the development of Ecotourism special interest in climbing. This research approach is quantitative descriptive, where quantitive research will produce descriptive data. Descriptive research is a study conducted to know the value of independent variables, Either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or linking with other variables. This research uses participatory methods of data collection, which is putting the community as the main perpetrator in this research. This research uses FGD to get an agreement with the community regarding the process of obtaining research results. The results of this study are an alternative map of sago hiking trails through Nagari Sikabu-Kabu. This alternative line has a length of 4.6108 km with 2 water sources and 2 shalters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types and factors that cause child violence in the city of Padang. This study uses secondary data analysis in 2017-2018. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses a percentage analysis. The results showed that the dominant type of violence that occurred in Padang City was molestation in 28 cases or 67%, secondly, there were 11 cases of persecution or 26%, then online cases of the prosthesis as many as 3 cases or 7%. Factors causing child abuse consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of parenting, family economic conditions, trauma to violence so that victims become perpetrators, as well as parents who are not intact or broken home. External factors consist of indifferent environments and unattended use of technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of the Even Semester Final Examination items in terms of Validity, Reliability, Difficulty Level, Distinguishing Power and the Effectiveness of Deceiters in Class X IIS Geography Subjects in 2018/2019 Academic Year 1 of SMA Pertiwi Padang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was all students of class X IIS at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School, totaling 86 people. Sampling using the Slovin formula obtained by 42 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation by collecting data in the form of exam questions, student answer sheets. This data analysis technique was carried out using ANATES multiple choice software rocks Ver 4. 0. 9. The results of research conducted showed that (1) (1) in terms of validity, item A and B items were declared valid at 36.7% and invalid 63.7%. (2) Reliability of Item A package shows the value of 0.85 is categorized high. In Package B showing a value of -2, 41 are categorized as very low. (3) The difficulty level of Package A items is 10% easy, 50%, and 40% difficult. In Package B that is 16, 5% easy, 56.6% moderate, and 26.7% difficult. (4) Distinguishing Power of Package A items, namely 6.7% is very good, 30% is good, 23.3% is sufficient, and 40% is bad. In Package B, 3.3% is very good, 13.3% is good, 23.3% is sufficient, and 60% is bad. (5) The effectiveness of Deception items on Package A is 76.7% very good, 13.3% is good, 10% is good enough and 0% is not good enough. In Package B, 36.7% is very good, 36.7% is good, 23.3% is good enough and 3.3% is not good.
