Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial Instagram Terhadap Perilaku Cyberbullying Pada Remaja (Studi Pada Remaja Gampong Batoh Kecamatan Lueng Bata Banda Aceh)” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penggunaan media sosial instagram (variabel X) terhadap perilaku cyberbullying pada remaja (variabel Y). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 141 remaja yang bertempat tinggal di Gampong Batoh Kecamatan Lueng Bata Banda Aceh, dan setelah menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% dari jumlah populasi, maka besarnya sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 58 responden yang yang aktif menggunakan instagram. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Ketergantungan Media, dimana teori ini menjelaskan bahwa semakin sering seseorang menggunakan sebuah media maka akan semakin besar pengaruh media tersebut terhadap perilaku penggunanya. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner menggunakan skala pengukuran skala likert dan diolah secara statistik dengan program SPSS yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji regresi sederhana, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkian hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung adalah 6,218 dan nilai ttabel pada α 0,05 pada uji 2 sisi diketahui 2,002. Berdasarkan kriteria uji hipotesis yaitu jika thitung lebih besar ttabel (6,218 2,002), maka Ha diterima, artinya penggunaan media sosial instagram berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku cyberbullying pada remaja Gampong Batoh Kecamatan Lueng Bata Kota Banda Aceh. Kata Kunci: media sosial, perilaku cyberbullying, remajaThe Effect of Social Media Usage on Teenage Cyberbullying Behavior (A Study Case in Gampong Batoh Lueng Bata Sub-District Banda Aceh)This study titled “The Effect of Social Media Usage on Teenage Cyberbullying Behavior (A Study Case in Gampong Batoh Lueng Bata Sub-District Banda Aceh)” aims to evaluate the effect of instagram social media usage (variable X) on teenage cyberbullying behavior (variable Y). This study population is 141 teenagers who are residing in Gampong Batoh, Lueng Bata Sub-District, Banda Aceh, and after the slovin formula was used with margin of error of 10% from the population number, the samples evaluated are 58 respondents who are active users of instagram. The theory used in this study is Media Dependence Theory, where this theory explains that the more frequent someone uses social media, the more influencing the social media is towards the user’s behavior. The primary data in this study gained from the questionaire with likert scale and processed statistically with SPSS for validity and reliability tests, simple regression test, normality test, and hypothesis test. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the result of hypothesis test shows tcount as 6.218 and the value of ttable onα 0.05 in two-tailed hypothesis test is 2.002. Based on the hypothesis criteria, that if tcountis higher than ttable (6.218 2.002), the Ha is accepted, it means the usage of instagram social media is significantly influencing and positive on cyberbullying behavior of the teenagers of Gampong Batoh, Lueng Bata Sub-Distrcit, Banda Aceh. Keywords: Social Media, Behavior, Cyberbullying, Teenage.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul “Komunikasi Interpersonal Mahasiswa Kepada Dosen (Studi Aprehensif Komunikasi Mahasiswa Saat Bimbingan Skripsi Kepada Dosen Pembimbing di Universitas Syiah Kuala)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketakutan komunikasi mahasiswa saat bimbingan skripsi kepada dosen pembimbing. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa sebagai informan utama berjumlah 12 orang dan dosen sebagai informan pendukung berjumlah 3 orang pada Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Communication Apprehension yang menjelaskan bahwa ketakutan komunikasi pada umumnya menyangkut tiga keadaan. Pertama, Traitlike CA. Kedua, Generalized-Context CA. Ketiga, Person-Group CA. Namun penelitian ini hanya mengkaji mengenai Traitlike CA dan Person-Group CA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode wawancara, observasi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketika mahasiswa mengalami ketakutan komunikasi pada saat melakukan bimbingan skripsi kepada dosen pembimbingnya, komunikasi interpersonal menjadi tidak efektif karena ketakutan menjadi hambatan yang mengganggu proses penyampaian pesan dari mahasiswa kepada dosen pembimbing. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketakutan komunikasi tersebut terbagi menjadi faktor internal yaitu faktor kepribadian mahasiswa, persepsi kepada dosen, kurang percaya diri, pengalaman pribadi dan faktor eksternal diantaranya karakteristik dosen, situasi komunikasi, pengalaman mahasiswa lain dan frekuensi pertemuan. Ketakutan komunikasi yang muncul dapat dikenali dari gejala fisik, gejala behavioral dan gejala kognitif.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Aprehensif Komunikasi, Mahasiswa, Dosen Students’ Interpersonal Communication toward the Lecturers (The Study of Students’ Communication Apprehension during Thesis Supervision with the Supervisors at Syiah Kuala University) Abstract: This research was entitled "Students’ Interpersonal Communication toward the Lecturers (The Study of Students’ Communication Apprehension during Thesis Supervision with the Supervisors at Syiah Kuala University)". The goal of this study is to know how the interpersonal communication and factors affected the apprehension of students’ communication during thesis guidance to the supervisor. The subjects of this study were 12 college students as the main informant and 3 lecturers as the proponent at the University of Syiah Kuala. The apprehension of communication was used as a theory to explain that the apprehension of communication generally involve of three situations. First, Traitlike CA; Second, Generalized-Context CA; Third, Person-Group CA. However, this study only focused on Traitlike CA and Person-Group CA. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data in this research was obtained through interview, observation and analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification technique. The result of the research showed that when students experience communication apprehension during thesis supervision with their supervisor, interpersonal communication that occurs is less effective because the anxiety has become an obstacle that can disrupt the process of delivering messages from students to supervisors. The factors affecting Communication Apprehension are divided into internal factors, namely student personality factors, perceptions to lecturers, lack of confidence, personal experience and external factors such as the characteristics of lecturers, the situation of communication, other student experiences and the frequency of meeting. Communication Apprehension can be recognized from physical symptoms, behavioral symptoms and cognitive symptoms.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Communication Apprehension, Students, Lecturers

Abstract

ABSTRAK, Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Implementasi Fungsi Anggaran Tuha Peut Gampong (Studi Kasus Gampong Keude Panga Kecamatan Panga Kabupaten Aceh Jaya). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis implementasi serta  mengidentifikasi hambatan terkait pelaksanaan fungsi anggaran Tuha Peut Gampong. Teori yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini yaitu teori implementasi, teori kebijakan publik, teori peran dan teori good governance. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposif sampling, dimana peneliti menetapkan sejumlah kriteria untuk pemilihan subjek atau informan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian, dalam hal ini informan berasal dari lembaga Tuha Peut Gampong, Pemerintah Gampong, Tokoh Masyarakat, dan Pemerintah Kabupaten. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi fungsi anggaran Tuha Peut Gampong Keude Panga belum dijalankan secara maksimal serta belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Aceh Jaya Nomor 5 Tahun 2007 Tentang Tuha Peut. Hal tersebut didasarkan pada 2 temuan penelitian utama. Pertama, kurangnya partisipasi Tuha Peut Gampong Keude Panga dalam Musrenbang gampong pada tanggal 26 Februari 2018. Dari total 7 orang anggota Tuha Peut, hanya 2 orang yang hadir pada Musrenbang Gampong Keude Panga tersebut. Kedua, kurangnya pengetahuan Tuha Peut Gampong mengenai fungsi anggaran.Kata kunci : Tuha Peut Gampong, Fungsi Anggaran, Musrenbang The Analysis of Implementation of the Budget Function of the Tuha Peut Gampong / Village Government (A Case Study of the Keude Panga Village of Panga Sub-District, Aceh Jaya District).ABSTRACT, This study is entitled The Analysis of Implementation of the Budget Function of the Tuha Peut Gampong / Village Government (A Case Study of the Keude Panga Village of Panga Sub-District, Aceh Jaya District). The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation and identify obstacles related to the implementation of the budget function of the Tuha Peut Gampong. The theories used in this thesis are implementation theory, role theory, public policy theory and good governance theory. The approach method used was descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The selection of informants was by using purposive sampling technique, in which the researcher determined a number of criteria for selecting subjects or informants based on the research objectives, in this case the informants came from the Tuha Peut Gampong institution, the village government, community leaders, and the District Government. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of the budget function of the Tuha Peut Gampong in Keude Panga had not been optimally implemented and not fully corresponding with the Bupati of Aceh Jaya's Regulation Number 5 of 2007 concerning about Tuha Peut. This is based on 2 main research findings.The first is the lack of participation of the Tuha Peut Gampong Keude Panga in the Gampong Musrenbang (Development Planning Council) on February 26, 2018. From the total seven members of Tuha Peut, only two attended the Musrenbang of Gampong Keude Panga. Second, the lack of knowledge of Tuha Peut Gampong regarding the budget functions. This led to a shift in authority on the implementation of the budget function which should be the full authority of the Tuha Peut Gampong.Keywords: Tuha Peut Gampong, Budget Function, Musrenbang (Development Planning Council)
