Abstract

Pada saat ini masyarakat baik Muslim maupun non-Muslim dalam menggunakan atau mengkonsumsi produk makanan dan minuman olahan, obat-obatan dan kosmetika berkecenderungan bagi produk-produk yang sudah dijamin kehalalan dan kesuciannya. Sementara itu, sertifikat halal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPOM MUI belum menjangkau semua produk makanan dan minuman olahan, obat-obatan dan kosmetika produk dalam negeri apalagi produk luar negeri. Hal ini menjadi beban dan tugas MUI yang selama ini concern untuk menanganinya. Dengan ruang gerak MUI yang sangat terbatas dan tidak memiliki daya paksa bagi produsen, maka pemerintah harus ikut ambil bagian dalamnya. Untuk itu, pemerintah menerbitkan UU No. 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal.  Dengan terbitnya Undang-Undang Nomor  33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH) merupakan instrumen hukum yang memberikan perlindungan dan menjamin masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi dan menggunakan produk halal. Akhirnya, kewenangan MUI dalam menangani sertifikat halal semakin sangat terbatas. Namun sebelum UU ini berlaku, Sertifikat Halal yang telah ditetapkan oleh MUI dinyatakan tetap berlaku   dan MUI tetap menjalankan tugasnya di bidang Sertifikasi Halal sampai dengan BPJPH dibentuk.Peran Perguruan Tinggi, dalam mengamalkan Tri Dharma harus dapat berkontribusi di dunia halal, karena permasalahan halal bermacam-macam dan bukan hanya ada pada aspek produk makanan saja. Perguruan Tinggi hendaknya dapat meresponnya dengan berbagai upaya seperti sosialisasi produk halal dan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat, di samping dapat membentuk Pusat Kajian Halal dan bisa dikerjasamakan dengan instansi terkait maupun MUI. Abstract

Religion Blasphemy addressed to Jakarta Governor who is also a candidate for Jakarta Governor Election 2017 is the beginning of a series of polemic along process of Jakarta Governor Election 2017. This case triggers friction between Islamic society as a civil society and government as authority. This research explored this case by using theory of power relations Foucault. The result shows that the mass movement of Islamic society is power from Islamic society knowledge. Power structure tries to discipline this movement by hegemony in form of discourse. However, hegemonic discourse from civil society (Islamic society) also tries to challenge. The fight of hegemonic in form of discourse becomes so viral in all media, element and institution. This research shows that the discourse of Leader and Diversity is a signifier empty which be contestation of giving meaning.   Keywords: knowledge, power, Foucoult, religion.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the distribution of mudarabah/musyarakah financing to the performance of mudarabah/musyarakah financing in Sharia Rural Bank Banten Province as well as to build a model of mudarabah/musyarakah financing that is effective in improving the performance of Sharia Rural Bank in Banten Province. The research method used is survey method with quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using SPSS v.17 software. Data collection techniques used are documentation, survey, and interviews. The population of this research is all the leaders and staff of financing in Banten Province, with 40 samples. The results showed that the variables of Third Party Fund Mobilization, Minimizing Dependence on Subsidies, Incentive System for On-Time Payments, and Building Good Relationships with Customers have a significant positive effect on the Mudarabah/Musyarakah Financing Performance, while the Selection Process and Control Process on Business variables have no effect on Mudarabah/Musyarakah Financing Performance. Abstract

الاسلام هو دين  يتسم بالوسطية. والمعالم التي تميز الاسلام الوسطى :هى:الجمع بين السلفية والتجديد. والموازنة بين الثوابت والمتغيرات.والتحذير من التجميد والتجزئة والتمييع للإسلام .والفهم الشمولي للإسلام. و للاسلام الوسطى الحنيف مصدران اساسيان. و هما القرآن الكريم  و السنة النبوية. و هذان المصدران مكتوبان بالعربية , فمن اراد ان يفهمهما فهما صحيحا وسطيا فعليه ان يفهم العربية. فلذلك  لا بد للاندونيسيين من نشر اللغة العربية بين اوساطهم لنشر الاسلام الوسطى و نبذ الفهم اللبرالى و الرديكالى.

Abstract

Many factors that affect a person's interest in doing something, in this case the author intended is the selection of interest in choosing the community of Islamic banking services. A person's interest in choosing a product is influenced by his perception and knowledge of the product. This study aims to know and analyze the perceptions of the scholars, the leaders of  Islamic organizations and academics of sharia banking and its influence on the growth of Islamic banking in Banten. Teknik data collection used in this research is convenient sampling method. Convenient technique is used because the number of scholars in Banten is very much and the researchers chose the board of MUI of Banten Province as the representative of the ulama in Banten. The type of data used in this study is primary data collected directly by researchers from the field. The data source used in this research is field research (field data) and library research (library data) .The data collection techniques used in this study survey through questionnaires and interviews with the respondents. Based on the results of questionnaires research on 3 groups of Respondents: MUI (30 respondents), Academics (30 respondents), and Islamic Organizations (30 respondents) can be concluded that respondents from academic groups agree on the suitability of the practice and marketing mix of sharia banking with average value 3.77, while respondents from the MUI group and Islamic organizations strongly agree on the suitability of the practice and marketing mix of sharia banking with an average value of 4.11 and 4.35.
