Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of labor discipline on employee performance . Discipline is one of the factors that affect the performance of employees . Good work discipline of an employee will affect the performance of employees , so the work will be completed effectively and efficiently . The samples in this study using a sample that is saturated all employees sauce Industry pecel WAHYU TUMURUN Madiun as many as 20 people were sampled in this study. Data collection method using a questionnaire with Likert scale to explore the data and performance of employees working Discipline sauce Industry pecel WAHYU TUMURUN Madiun.Based on the results obtained by the magnitude of the F test results obtained by the value of F is 10.756 4.414 was Ftable Sighitung0 magnitude on the other hand , 004 and Sigprob 0.05 this means that the value of F ≥ F table ( 10.756 ≥ 4.414 ) or ≤ Sighitung Sigprob ( 0.004 ≤ 0 , 05 ). In the t-test can be made following the regression line Y = 8.442 + 0.741 X, meaning that if the increased labor discipline one employee 's performance will increase as much as 0,741 % , if other factors remain . The value of t is 3.280 and 1.734 T Table , on the other hand the magnitude Sighitung Sigprob 0.004 and 0.05, this means that the value of t ≥ t table ( 3.280 ≥ 1.734 ) or ≤ Sighitung Sigprob ( 0.004 ≤ 0.05 ) . On the basis of correlation test , F test and t-test it can be concluded that there is influence between the Employee Performance Discipline Work on pecel sauce company WAHYU TUMURUN Madiun.

Abstract

         Learning process is the logical essence of college education in affectingthe quality of output. Infact, the implementation of teaching and learning process in the classroom are faced on the problems that hinder the succes of the learning process. The troubling problem that occurs is the student low participation, which tends to just sit down, be quiet, and just listen without giving a response that is relevant to the learning process takes place.        The implementation Group Investigation of cooperative learning model wasdifficult to reach expectations. Researchers tried to use opinion form to solve the low of students participation on the discussion process of teaching and learning in STKIP PGRI Trenggalek.        The design of this research is classroom action research (Kemmis and Taggart design) that consist of three cycles, using constructivist approach with qualitative data. Data were collected by the method of observation, interviews and giving assignment. Then, it is analyzed descriptively (datareduction, datapresentation, and inference).         The results of data analysis showed that the use of opinion form can improve students’ participation in cooperative learning on the subject of Belajar Pembelajaran, students are able to changetheir habits that tend to be passive to be students who has a willing to study hard and aware how to pose themselves and take part actively especially in delivering question, giving opinion and responsible to their duties of becoming students. The use of opinion form facilitate lecturerto motivate students to actively participate in the learning process because they are not only get an invitation and verbal motivation but also acts directly on the work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pengaruh besarnya jaminan terhadappemberian kredit di Bank. Jaminan tambahan untuk mengamankan kepentingan bank dalampenulisansumber kredit. Hak dan jaminan yang digunakan memberikan daya ke bank untukmendapatkan pembayaran tersebut. Sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan sampelsampling dimaksudkan dengan mengambil data pelanggan atau nasabah dari BPR JAWATIMUR (BankUMKM Jatim) Cabang Magetan. Dalam hal ini peneliti hanya membatasiuntuk aplikasi dan mengukur jumlah jaminan pinjaman, sedangkan penelitian ini dilakukanantara Februari dan April, sedangkan pada analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi (r).Berdasarkan tingkat hasil yang signifikan akan digunakan dalam analisis hipotesis dalampenelitian ini (á) = 0,05 r_Tabel dengan df = 50-2 = 48 adalah 0,279 sedangkan nilai r_XY =0,450724827 Dari hasil perhitungan statistik menunjukkan bahwa r_XY> r_Tabel kemudianH_o H_a ditolak dan diterima. Kesimpulan dari pengujian hipotesis dengan analisis statistikbahwa "Ada pengaruh dari jumlah jaminan terhadap pemberian kredit di BPR JAWATIMUR (Bank UMKM Jatim) Cabang Magetan".PENGARUH BESARNYA JAMINAN TERHADAP PEMBERIAN KREDITDI BANK BPR JAWA TIMUR (BANK UMKM JAWA TIMUR)CABANG MAGETAN TAHUN 2012/2013
