Abstract

The purpose of this study is to also learn how where efktivitas system used in the company, from this study are expected to provide benefits for the company in Batam, especially PT Shimano Batam, regarding the effectiveness of information systems RVMS PT Shimano Batam For Employees in doing their job. This study attempts to examine how the Effectiveness of Information Systems Employee Motivation RVMS influence on Shimano PT Batam. This study uses one independent variable and one dependent variable. The impact of the independent variables was analyzed by simple regression model. The results showed that there is a relationship of mutual dependence between variables significantly related.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Utilization Management Information Systems and Organizational Structure on Decision Effectiveness. Effectiveness Decision may be interpreted as a result of the company or individual in carrying out its work effectively, efficiently and legally controlled undertaken in order to achieve the mission and vision of the company. Factors that may affect the effectiveness of decision making allegedly dominant enough to have an influence on the effectiveness of decision making in Indonesia is PT UT Quality Utilization Management Information Systems and Organizational Structure. These factors are interrelated to one another on the Effectiveness of Decision Making in PT UT Quality Indonesia. Thus these factors have a relationship that can be combined to achieve higher effectiveness of decision making. Decision effectiveness is influenced by many other factors that need to add to the existing theories.

Abstract

The long term goal of this research is benefiting manufacturing company in Batam regarding effectiveness of employees in doing their job. This research attempts to examine how Information System and Competence of Employees affect Effectiveness of work. This research uses 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Abstract

The previous researches showed that Value was normally influenced by Service Quality and Website Quality. Limited attention has been paid to treating those aspects as Construct. This research attempts to examine how Service Quality and Website Quality affect Value. This research uses 3 latent variables which consist of 2 exogenous constructs and 1 endogenous constructs. The impact of exogenous variables on endogenous variable was analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results show that there are significant interrelated dependence relationships among constructs.

Abstract

Progress and needs between software and hardware is always running in time, it is difficult to assess which one is superior. Both are two sides of the coin, on one side of the new software innovations require new hardware specification with technical specifications that can meet the requirements of the software, the most advanced hardware and vice versa can not be used if the software is not up to date. Instinctively and naturally as the user, have always wanted to try and have the latest software and hardware especially if they are need to support the smooth work. Green computing or the concept of environmentally friendly activities can be used as one form of manifestation of consciousness for people to care about the environment. This concept began to be introduced in 1992 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The purpose of this study was to obtain research results between penggaruh use software and hardware to green computing company Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Research object is located in Batam with a sample size of 100 companies using a multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the survey results and analysis, the percentage contribution of influence in getting the software and hardware to variable computing companies green PCB at 60.5%

Abstract

Trade on stock exchanges, is now beginning to change slowly toward highly sophisticated. As the capital market management authorities in Batam, Batam PT Royal Assetindo still experiencing no little trouble in giving access to the capital markets for the whole society. So the writer is interested in conducting research on the effects of e -trade and the behavior of investors psychographic PT Royal Assetindo Batam. This study aims to determine how much influence the e -trade and psychographic behavior of investors towards Batam PT Royal Assetindo partially. And to know how big the influence of e -trade and psychographic behavior of investors towards Batam PT Royal Assetindo simultaneously. Authors conducted a study using two causal research design is the design or verification . With the number of respondents 96 investors from PT Royal Assetindo Batam. The findings of this study E -trade and psychographic positive and significant impact on investor behavior Batam PT Royal Assetindo either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought changes for humans to meet their needs. If any of the technology has been used, then a new technology so the old technology will gradually be abandoned by the user, this will require technology investments that have been incurred should be able to adjust to existing conditions or changes in the function and purpose of existence so as to keep the business going amid threats tenologi competitors. There are two things that need to be maintained in achieving organizational resilience to increase customer loyalty and technology in order to keep using the service, namely the behavior of the users of information technology and information technology quality, so however the development of competing technologies, but remain loyal customers using these technologies. Customer loyalty is done by a level of customer loyalty based on the comparison between the perceived outcome desired expectations.

Abstract

Long term investment in information technology systems leads to the cost advantage of low-cost leadership. Providing online customer service makes the company's operations become easier and efficient and one form of online services is web-based system. Trouble Ticketing System is a web-based system that is commonly used in dealing with any customer complaints against interruption or the decrease of quality of the internet perceived. In addition, this system can also handle upgrade or downgrade requests, mutation of the customer and receive customer complaints report through e-mail, telephone and client applications on the system. In this case, a support/csc plays an important role in controlling every activity on the system. The main task of this support/csc is to create trouble ticket or any other requests ticket, completing the task to the first level corresponding to the SOP and run interference escalation to a higher level, until the trouble ticket is completely processed. For those who work in the network field or network administrator, Trouble Ticketing System is an application that is also called a trouble report, a mechanism used by a company or organization to track or to detect report and resolution of various types of problems. Trouble Ticketing System contains complaints and requests for support/hepdesk, and is equipped with ticket escalation feature to the company management. By this, any form of customers complaints and request can be responded quickly and in turn will facilitate the management internal policy or decision-making.

Abstract

By looking at the influences on the development of management information systems employee performance improvement with the information systems used in PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam. And to identify the variables in a more comprehensive and see how much influence the system variable management information on the performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of Management Information Systems at PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam, to obtain an overview of the performance of employees at PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam, to gain influence on the performance of Management Information Systems employees at PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam. Management Information Systems required six components of information, human as an information processor, system concept, the concept of organization and management, the concept of decision-making, values ​​and information to support employees' performance, namely: the ability, initiative, punctuality, quality of work, research communication. Method used is descriptive research method, Verikatif with a quantitative approach that is research is research that uses numerical data (numbers), which is then processed and analyzed to be taken conclusion. So that results obtained from this study is the management information system significantly influence performance of employees at PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam.

Abstract

In a change from developing countries to developed countries requires a great effort by the government. With that goal the government to make changes in the system of government that is implementing the E -Government. Accelerate the process of procedures, transparency of information and ease of access to information as the purpose of this implementation. E-government is in need of some new information technologies as a support system. With the use of new information technology then there are some government employees who are less mastered for operationalizing. So the government provided training for these problems. Place the training of government officials called the IT Center. With the background of the research carried out to determine how the effect of E-Government and IT Center to Work Employee Productivity Results. E-Government measurement variables are informativeness, Information Format, Easy of Use, Timeliness, measurement Reliability. Variabel IT Center ( IT Training Center ) is Intsruktur, modules, training results. While the measurement variables for employee productivity is Job Performance, Initiative, Cooperation, Responsibility, Honesty.
