Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan model matematika dari Vehicle Routing Problem with Compartment (VRPC) dengan karakteristik split delivery, multi product, dan time windows. VRPC adalah varian VRP yang merupakan pengembangan dari Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) dengan kendaraan yang digunakan memiliki kompartemen untuk misahkan beberapa jenis produk yang akan didistribusikan. Penerapan konsep VRPC dalam sistem nyata, dapat ditemukan pada sistem pendistribusian bahan bakar, minyak, limbah daur ulang, maupun pendistribusian makanan. Model matematika yang dibangun bertujuan untuk menentukan rute optimal dengan meminimasi jarak. Perangkat lunak AMPL dengan CLPEX solver digunakan untuk menyelesaikan model matematika yang dibangun. Model matematika yang dikembangkan berbentuk Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP). Eksperimen numeris digunakan untuk mengilustrasikan pengggunaan model yang dibangun. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun lulus uji verifikasi dan validasi. Kata Kuci: VRPC, split delivery, multi product, time windows, CPLEX, MINLP

Abstract

Air Traffic Management (ATM) is a discipline that manages the movement of flights in the air and on the ground. Its functions are to maintain the safety level required by the authority and to provide the capacity required by the airlines. The challenges in ATM come from the in-balance between the market growth and the available infrastructure and also the gap between the regulations and the technology. The research in ATM provides the solutions by introducing new methods or technologies to cope with those challenges.  The effort in organizing and cataloging the Body of Knowledge (BOK) in research of ATM is presented in this report. This BOK is a complete set of research concepts and activities in term of managing the air traffic to improve the air transportation safety and its capacity. Considering the latest publications in the last 5 years, the BOK consists of five areas of operation which are enroute, arrival, terminal, departure and connectivity. Each area of operations consists of several knowledge units that contain several research topics. In this report, a special attention is given to the development of ATM research in Indonesian. It characterizes with the challenges that commonly faced in Indonesia such as high density air traffic, in-sufficient infrastructure/technology, in-balance demand and supply during peak hours and major disruption by natural disasters (volcanoes and earth quakes).The report summarizes that the trend of ATM research in Indonesia is in the knowledge unit of capacity optimization. Additionally, it recommends to explore research activities by implementing new air traffic concepts such as the trajectory based operation and the integrated of departure and arrival management to improve capacity, efficiency and safety.

Abstract

Teknologi telekomunikasi seluler telah berkembang ke generasi keempat, yaitu jaringan 4G. Meskipun hampir semua operator penyedia layanan telekomunikasi seluler telah menyatakan bahwa mereka siap dengan jaringan 4G, pada kenyataannya, tidak semua area di kota Yogyakarta tercakup oleh layanan jaringan 4G. Kondisi ini dikeluhkan oleh banyak pengguna. Kinerja jaringan 4G di wilayah Yogyakarta perlu ditelusuri lebih lanjut sehingga pemanfaatannya lebih optimal dan tidak mengecewakan pengguna jaringan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja jaringan 4G LTE dari berbagai operator layanan telepon seluler di wilayah Kota Yogyakarta, diwakili oleh dua operator. Parameter kinerja yang diukur adalah Daya Sinyal Referensi yang Diterima (RSRP) dan Kualitas Referensi Sinyal yang Diterima (RSRQ). Dalam studi ini tes drive dilakukan untuk menentukan kualitas sinyal seluler di berbagai daerah yang mewakili daerah perkotaan, suburban dan perkotaan padat di kota Yogyakarta. Dari hasil pengukuran tes drive, kesimpulan dari hasil tes untuk operator A, RSRP nilai maks -57dBm, RSRP min -117 dBm, RSRP rata-rata -85.35dBm, RSRQ max -4 dBm, RSRQ min -23 dBm, dan RSRQ rata-rata -13,02 dBm. Sedangkan untuk operator B diperoleh nilai maks RSRP -51 dBm, RSRP min -105 dBm, RSRP rata-rata 76,92 dBm, RSRQ max -4 dBm, RSRQ min -21 dBm, dan RSRQ rata-rata -8,94 dBm.

Abstract

The outpatient queue system at the Pratama Clinic still uses manuals so that it can implement computerized technology (mobile) to improve health services for patients. In making this outpatient queue system application using the Priority Scheduling method which is a priority scheduling algorithm. Each process is equipped with a priority number (the smallest integer value is usually the biggest priority). This outpatient queue system is mobile based with the aim that patients can register online. Test results using a comparison of smartphones from the Android 4.1 version of Jelly Bean to the Android 7.0 version of Nougat can run. Comparison of distances in applications with google maps, get the same results and test application users using a questionnaire that is calculated with a Likert Scale to get 81.8% results including the "Very Good" category.

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve the application used in the calculation of the sunshine duration. The research that has been done using the opening method for segmentation of the pias card. The error or failure of segmentation is caused by a small burning object of the pias card and or a thin but translucent object, so that the object is partially lost or forms an object's separation area. Based on the error or failure of segmentation in the above research, the research will be done is to develop similar applications by replacing one of the methods  with erosion morphology. The test was carried out with 92 data and the results stated that Erosion with Radius = 3 became the best alternative method in this research with RMSE 3.14.Keyword: segmentation, object, pias card,opening, erosion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki pengaruh kecepatan landing vertikal terhadap ketahanan beban impak rangka landing gear menggunakan metode elemen hingga. Analisis tegangan dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Autodesk Inventor Professional 2017. Material rangka landing gear menggunakan Aluminium paduan 5083. Pesawat UAV memiliki berat 100 kg dan waktu impak 0,5 detik. Kecepatan landing vertikal yaitu 7 m/s, 8 m/s, 9 m/s, dan 10 m/s. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa rangka landing gear cukup aman untuk menahan kecepatan landing hingga 9 m/s karena memiliki faktor keamanan sebesar 3,201.

Abstract

Processing of waste paper into recycled products has been carried out. Young coconut fiber and waste paper can be used as recycled paper for the industry. This research was conducted with the aim of designing the design of recycled paper presses to accelerate the drying of paper sheets made by manual processes. The research variable used is the composition of young coconut fiber (SKM) raw materials and used paper (KB) of 25: 75; 50: 50; 75: 25 (%) on variations in the proportion of PVAc adhesive types, namely 2% and 5% respectively. The results of this study produced a recycled paper press tool to dry paper sheets and the most optimal composition in producing paper for industrial needs, namely the composition of SKM: KB raw materials of 25: 75 (%) on the variation of 2% PVAc adhesive. Keywords: recycled paper press, tensile strength, tear resistance, HVS type used paper, young coconut fiber

Abstract

Industry 4.0 tidak hanya membawa peluang besar namun juga berpotensi membawa imbas negatif bagi perkembangan industri di Indonesia. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk membangun taksonomi strategi penerapan Industry 4.0 di Indonesia melalui pemetaan 33 sektor manufaktur di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan statistik kinerja sektor industri besar yang diukur berdasarkan tujuh variabel yaitu: jumlah perusahaan, input, output, nilai tambah, biaya tenaga kerja, dan perubahan modal. Dengan menggunakan analisis klaster, kami mendapatkan bahwa penerapan Industry 4.0 di Indonesia dapat dibagi menjadi 4 strategi utama, yaitu: automasi, kolaborasi, biasa, dan bisnis model baru. Taksonomi strategi ini relevan bagi perencana kebijakan publik dalam menerapkan Industry 4.0 di Indonesia.
