Abstract

Teknologi telekomunikasi seluler telah berkembang ke generasi keempat, yaitu jaringan 4G. Meskipun hampir semua operator penyedia layanan telekomunikasi seluler telah menyatakan bahwa mereka siap dengan jaringan 4G, pada kenyataannya, tidak semua area di kota Yogyakarta tercakup oleh layanan jaringan 4G. Kondisi ini dikeluhkan oleh banyak pengguna. Kinerja jaringan 4G di wilayah Yogyakarta perlu ditelusuri lebih lanjut sehingga pemanfaatannya lebih optimal dan tidak mengecewakan pengguna jaringan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja jaringan 4G LTE dari berbagai operator layanan telepon seluler di wilayah Kota Yogyakarta, diwakili oleh dua operator. Parameter kinerja yang diukur adalah Daya Sinyal Referensi yang Diterima (RSRP) dan Kualitas Referensi Sinyal yang Diterima (RSRQ). Dalam studi ini tes drive dilakukan untuk menentukan kualitas sinyal seluler di berbagai daerah yang mewakili daerah perkotaan, suburban dan perkotaan padat di kota Yogyakarta. Dari hasil pengukuran tes drive, kesimpulan dari hasil tes untuk operator A, RSRP nilai maks -57dBm, RSRP min -117 dBm, RSRP rata-rata -85.35dBm, RSRQ max -4 dBm, RSRQ min -23 dBm, dan RSRQ rata-rata -13,02 dBm. Sedangkan untuk operator B diperoleh nilai maks RSRP -51 dBm, RSRP min -105 dBm, RSRP rata-rata 76,92 dBm, RSRQ max -4 dBm, RSRQ min -21 dBm, dan RSRQ rata-rata -8,94 dBm.

Abstract

Makalah ini akan menyampaikan bagaimana peningkatan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi melalui ProgramKemitraan Masyarakat yang bekerjasama dengan Kelompok Wanita Tani Rahayu Desa Bangunharjo,Kabupaten Bantul. Dalam program ini telah berhasil diimplementasikan suatu mesin untuk menggiling tempe,sehingga tempe siap diolah menjadi nugget tempe. Penggunaan mesin telah mampu meningkatkan kapasitasproduksi secara signifikan, dari 1 kg/jam menjadi 3 kg/jam. Melalui tulisan ini penulis mencoba menunjukkanhasil perancangan dan implementasi mesin pengolah nugget tempe tersebut. Melalui mesin penggiling bahannugget tempe, pembuatan nugget tempe menjadi lebih cepat dan lebih efektif. Selain implementasi mesin, telahdilakukan upaya pendampingan dalam penyusunun standart operating procedure dalam melakukan produksinugget tempe, sehingga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dapat seragam dan lebih baik.Kata kunci: nugget tempe, mesin penggiling, kuantitas produksi, kualitas produk

Abstract

Lumbricus Rubellus (earthworm) has various benefits: serving as livestock feed, medicine, cosmetics ingredients, and organic fertilizer from vermicompost. Earthworm cultivation is not difficult, but requires extra monitoring due to various challenges that affect their growth and development. One key factor to consider is the weather, as prolonged hot temperatures during droughts can disrupt the growth of earthworms. To address this challenge, a monitoring and control device was designed to regulate the temperature and humidity of the cultivation area automatically. Additionally, the device provides information about the age of the cultivated earthworms for predicting the harvesting period. These functions were realized by utilizing various sensors, such as the DHT11 sensor for room temperature measurement with 95.05% accuracy and the Soil Moisture sensor for soil humidity measurement with 96.3% accuracy. Furthermore, a fan and water pump were employed to automate temperature and humidity regulation. The main control unit for this system is the NodeMCU ESP8266. Telegram application was used as a platform to monitor and control this IoT-based device remotely. With this device, the process of earthworm cultivation is expected to be more accessible.

Abstract

Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta (UTY) operates several computer laboratory rooms used daily by students according to their scheduled times. Sometimes, these rooms experience sudden schedule changes, causing conflicts with other room bookings. This research aims to employ an Augmented Reality (AR)-based application for monitoring the dynamic schedule of lab room usage. The method utilizes a marker-based AR application, tested through black box implementation. The application successfully reads markers at distances of 10–90 cm, tilt angles of 10–80 degrees, and light intensities ranging from 40 to 250 lux. Under these conditions, the markers are readable, and the application responds by displaying virtual objects. Users of the lab rooms can utilize this AR application to identify changes in the scheduled usage plans at UTY as they occur.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the impact of classical piano music on emotional responses among professional pianists compared to non-professionals. The piano, known for its extensive pitch range and dynamic versatility, serves as a pivotal instrument in both classical and popular music. Previous research has examined how music influences individual’s styles and behaviors. In our investigation, we analyzed electroencephalogram (EEG) signals to assess emotional responses in both groups, employing coherence measures. Listening tests were conducted to evaluate the effects of pitch and dynamics on emotional characteristics. Findings revealed that all ten emotional categories were significantly influenced by variations in pitch and dynamics. Specifically, emotions such as Happy, Romantic, Comic, Calm, Mysterious, and Shy generally increased with pitch, though a decline was observed at the highest pitches. Conversely, Heroic, Angry, and Sad emotions tended to decrease with rising pitch levels, while Scary emotions were pronounced at extreme low and high pitches. Regarding dynamics, emotions like Heroic, Comic, Angry, and Scary were more intense with loud notes, whereas Romantic, Calm, Mysterious, Shy, and Sad emotions were enhanced with softer notes. Notably, the emotion Happy showed no sensitivity to dynamic changes. These results provide valuable insights into the quantification of emotional characteristics associated with piano music.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in piano education through a qualitative review of six recent academic sources. AI technology has brought about significant transformations in music learning methods, particularly for the piano instrument. Various AI applications such as automated performance feedback systems, musical accompaniment generators, technical error detection devices, and adaptive learning platforms have enabled new approaches to teaching and learning. AI provides instant feedback, tailored exercises to individual abilities, and creates more interactive and flexible learning environments. These innovations are considered to support the development of students' technical skills more effectively, while increasing learning motivation through personalization and ease of access. Furthermore, this study examines the information systems that support these AI applications, including human-computer interaction, audio signal processing, and the use of machine learning models to recognize playing patterns and technical errors. While AI offers significant benefits, concerns arise regarding its limitations in understanding and responding to the emotional aspects of music. AI is not yet capable of fully supporting the development of subjective and complex musical expression. Over-reliance on this technology is also feared to undermine students' critical thinking, artistic sensitivity, and creativity. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of a balanced integration between AI technology and human pedagogical roles, with the teacher remaining the primary facilitator in fostering expression, interpretation, and artistic values in piano learning. The study recommends further research on emotionally responsive AI, blended learning models, and long-term evaluation of AI's impact on students' artistic and musical development.

Abstract

The occurrence of the Covid 19 pandemic and followed by restrictions on people’s activities caused a decrease in sales turnover for Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Rahayu. Tempe sales had experienced a decline of up to 50%, as well as a decrease in processed products made from tempe. Reducing community activities requires a breakthrough to survive in the era of less economic contact. This community service program is carried out to provide socialization and assistance related to the development of online marketing, e-commerce, and the development of packaging that is acceptable to the market.
