Decision Support System or DSS is a system that helps managers solve problems in a semi-structured. Many of the techniques used to make the DSS, onewith Fuzzy Logic Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Fuzzy logic is oneproblem on feelings. Where the degree of membership is usually representedwith a value of 0 and 1, with Fuzzy Logic is the degree of membership can be represented with a value between 0 and 1, which can be more balanced. High School Angkasa Yogyakarta is a place to educate students thus the students can be useful for Nation.In realizing, the need for good quality teachers who can become role models for students, so that teaching and learning process will be better. Thus the need assessment conducted by the student or the principal to determine the ability of ateacher, both in the process of teaching or outside the teaching process. In the process of assessment needs to consider several factors than affect teacher performance. These factor related to teaching and learning process outside the process of theaching anyothers on the Indonesian Government Regulation Number 74 Year 2008 about the master of pedagogical,competence, personality, social and professional.High School Angkasa in conducting an assessment to each teacher based on the result of the vote. So , to help assist in making selection for decision support of teacher to be made SPK. DSS will use fuzzy logic techniques that apply MADM SAW method in its calculation. It is expected that DSS can be an alternativein the selection of exeplary teacher in High School Yogyakarta.

The more commercial flights now, will be result more the number of aircraft operated and the competition to become the airline can keep operating even more difficult. Some airline companies can not compete with other companies, has gone out of business. This is one of them caused by the inaccuracy of an airline's decision in the selection of aircraft types. Type of aircraft used for flight routes should be tailored to the needs so that it can provide benefits to the company. The selection of planes is determined based on market analysis with indicators of the number of passengers, aircraft, engineering aspects of the commercial aspects or the operational costs of aircraft and competitor analysis. Aircraft direct operating costs are costs directly related to the operator of the aircraft in flight routes. Direct operating cost is very influential in the selection of aircraft types that will be used. On certain conditions the determination of the decision must be taken quickly, in which one of the conditions is the availability of relevant information. Information is the output system that can be utilized by the parties in need. Decision support system to determine the type of aircraft is a computer application that provides output in the form of aircraft operating cost information that can support managers in making decisions determining the effective fleet at the new flight routes.

Therefore, we need an alternative form of information storage decisions to be based recommendations for the specific results. For the results calculated by the method of the average daily balance is multiplied by other factors such as per classification average balance bank of funds, and the ratio(%). The average balance is the accumulation of sediment balance is divided by the number of days in a month. The application of fuzzy inference systems Tsukamoto and madman will be compared to the recommended savings will be applied to the system. Fuzzy logic is one of problem-solving techniques where the degree of membership which are typically represented by values 0 and 1, with Fuzzy Logic is the degree of membership can be represented with a value between 0 and 1 so that it can be more balanced. KPPN Yogyakarta in determining an employee on leave not yet have an application, and is still done manually. Therefore, to further assist in making the determination of the employee on leave should be made DSS. DSS will use fuzzy logic techniques MADM applying TOPSIS method in the calculation process. SPK expected this may be an alternative in the determination of an employee on leave in KPPN Yogyakarta later. Decision Support System determination of an employee on leave with TOPSIS method is to obtain results that are not much different from the calculations manually, so it can be applied to support the decision in the determination of employee leave.

Advances in technology are increasing rapidly, especially in the field of information and communication technology provides convenience in exchanging information. One widely used communication tool today is the mobile phones which have facilities sending messages or SMS (Short Message Service). With the mobile phone application development, application technology of short message or SMS widely used for more general purposes, one of which is in the academic field. To facilitate the exchange of academic information, including financial data, grades, and exam schedules, distributed systems into tools that are able to provide and process information dynamically.To facilitate the exchange of academic information between the school and students, they invented a system that is distributed for the dissemination of academic information that can be accessed via SMS.Academic information dissemination system based on short message or SMS can enhance the effectiveness of the dissemination of information between the school and students. With a system of information exchange is expected to be faster and more controlled because the cost for all messages can be recorded.

Library of Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi “Adisutjipto” Yogyakarta has developed rapidly according to the world development and the increasing number of library members and book collections that are owned by the library. The billing system which is running now is able to serve books borrowing and returning services to the members, but is unable to provide an alternative book recommendation according to a certain book borrowed by a member. Book Recommendation Expert System for Library of Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi “Adisutjipto” Yogyakarta with collaborative filtering method uses historic book borrowing data, building, and maintaining profiles of the members of library based on the major taken by the member and the favourite reading topic of each member in order to provide some alternatives when a member borrow a book. After passing the test period, this system is claimed effective to be used in the library, make the library service become more efficient in providing alternative book recommendations, and is able to provide user satisfied alternative book recommendations.

Franchising is essentially a marketing concept in order to expand the network of one way that is as strong just a conventional marketing strategy in developing the business franchise is considered to have many adventages, especially regarding financing, human resources and management, unless the brand owner’s willingness to share it whithothers by member of the franchise to pay some money to get the ringht conoperation and sale of a product, as well as selecting a highly effective distribution channels tobring products to consumers. Wireless networks / hostspot using wave or signal transmission media. Waves or signals emitted from a device called an access point having a particular frequency. Signal beam is formed a circular pattern in which the antenna from the access point to the source signal. In a wireless network signal is captured and used a computer to be able to communicate with each other. PING technique is a method to double check the connection by sending data packets from the sending computer to the destination computer. This process can be seen from the travel time required to transmit data packets. So there is some problems how to convert time obtained from the PING into the distance. Algorithm Jawa can be used to convert units of time-based PING the wireless LAN / hostspot into the distance. Basically, two computers that are in a wireless LAN / hostspot will form a triangular pattern. This pattern will be used algorithm jawa to determine the distance between two computers within the wireless LAN / hostspot by utilizing modifications pythagorean theorem for isosceles triangular pattern and the large angle of 400.

Development of the world's information and communication technology-based growing rapidly. The development of these technologies has given rise to another dimension in human life, namely the need for computer use. Application of machine vision applications where a computer has the ability to understand the data in the form of image and make decisions based on data obtained from a real object, in this case is generated through the capture image from webcam. The images (digital images) of a real object through a webcam can be done in many ways capture the object. In this research object retrieval using an object of activity is captured on the webcam through the motions of objects. Digital image acquisition is performed with the tool in the form of software (Obtion Remote Version 1.0). Obtion (Object Detection) method works with the system of comparison between that time frame the previous frame captured by the camera at the time of recording the object. Comparison of the difference in the frame will be accommodated in a place that will be used to support the execution of an object by counting the number of pixels that exceed the value of the difference in number of field values with regulator frame to frame changes in the location of the object motionObtion Remote Version 1.0 will take a digital image of the object with trigger object motion detection performed. Digital image acquisition (capture the object with a webcam) will be done automatically if the object has been successfully detected. The detected object will be stored automatically in the directory are executed as a digital image storage.
