Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis mengenai kepemimpinan gaya Korea di Indonesia pada salah satu perusahan multi nasional di Indonesia. Penelitian lintas budaya ini sebaiknya dibatasi oleh beberapa dimensi terkait budaya nasional. Untuk memperoleh kedalaman informasi mengenai kepemimpinan gaya Korea, terdapat enam dimensi dari konsep Kluchkhon dan Strodtbeck serta lima dimensi dari pola-pola Parson yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan multi nasional di Semarang yang terdiri dari manajer ekspatriat dari Korea dan karyawan lokal dari Indonesia. Hasi peneletian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan sesuai dengan gaya manajer Korea pada perusahaan multi nasional yang berlokasi di Semarang dimana mencakup dimensi mengenai bagaimana mereka melihat karakter dasar manusia, fokus tanggung jawab, hubungannya dengan lingkungan, aktivitas, waktu, ruang, afektif atau netralitas afektif, universalisme atau partikularisme, askripsi atau prestasi, spesifitas atau kekaburan dan orientasi diri atau orientasi kolektif.

Abstract

This research  was held to test the influence of DER, profitability,  and liquidity  toward  DPR to increase  company  value. The problems  in this research gap from the former  research and the fenomena bussiness gap from the manufacturing company data over period 2010-2012 in the Indonesian  Capital  Market  Directory.  Therefore a deeper  research  to obrserve the problems  which  influent DPR and company  value with reasonable theory is needed.  The factors consist of DER, profitability,  and liquidity  variables.Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria  as manufacturing  industry in IDX who provide financial report and traded during period 2009 through 2012 and forwarded to ICMD.  The Data is based on publicity Indonesia Market Directory since 2009 to 2012. Obtained by amount sampel as much 15 company from 185 manufacturing industry in IDX2009-2012  period. Analysis technique used is doubled regression with smallest squareequation and hypothesis  test use t-statistic to test coefficient of regression  partial and also f-statistic to test the truth of collectively influence in level of significance  5%. Others also done a classic  assumption  test covering normality test, multicolinierity test, and heteroscedastisity  test.During research period  show  as data research was normally distributed.  Based on multicolinierity test, and heteroscedasticity  test variable digressing  of classic assumption has not founded, its indicate that the available data has fulfill the condition to use multi linier regression model. From the result of analyse indicate  that ROA  in partial significant toward  DPR and  DER, DPR and  ROA in partial significant  toward company value

Abstract

The problem in this study is the declining performance of employees in Kanwil DJP Central Java   I. On the basis of these problems , the formulation of the research problem is : How transactional leadership and job motivation developed in Kanwil DJP Central Java   I was able to create job satisfaction , which in turn has positive effects on employee performance . On this occasion will be investigated whether the employee Kanwil DJP Central Java I keep the spirit to work for the survival of the organization . The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transactional leadership and work motivation on job satisfaction in influencing employee performance.The research was conducted in the Kanwil DJP Central Java I city of Semarang   , respondents who used as many as 111 employees , using regression analysis and the Sobel test to test mediation.The results are shown as follows : a positive significant effect of transactional leadership on job satisfaction , work motivation has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction , work motivation significantly positive effect on employee performance , job satisfaction has a positive significant effect on employee performance , and transactional leadership significantly positive effect on employee performance . Based on the Sobel test , showedthat job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of transactional leadership and workmotivation on employee performance DJP Semarang Central Java I always strive to improve the welfare of employees by providing salary and bonuses , allowances Additional Activities, job and life insurance benefits / health .

Abstract

This case study aims to understand the implementation of job analysis and do job analysis correctly  and objectively, real, transparent, also comprehensive  and complete  on all job information in order to prepare the Akamigas organization  toward  STEM “Akamigas”.   This materials case study is consisted by the results of job analysis; they are job description and the job specification.  In addition,  this case study also illustrates  the constraints which are faced in the implementation of the results of job analysis.This study  is a qualitative  research,  where  the data collection  is done through observation, interviews,  and documentation  study, also obtains information  through  the Forum Group Discussion  (FGD) with intent to obtain the results of objective interpretation, so it is able to explore more about the Job Analysis Implementation  in order to prepare the organization Akamigas  toward  STEM “Akamigas”.  The results  of data collection  were analyzed by qualitative methods using descriptive paradigm. Phenomenological approach which is reinforced by ethnography to find insight that is used to describe  a deep understanding  on the implementation of the analysis by the existing positions.The findings  of this study indicate; generally, the results of job analysis that ideal has not been achieved, although  the employees and leaders understand the significance of job analysis. There are some  errors  in the implementation of job analysis, including  process, implementation,  evaluation position,  individual assessment, development training, job competency,  lack of human resources at this time, lack of communication that caused the problem.  Furthermore, analyzing all job information toward organization of STEM  “Akamigas” through  a study that is systematically  and regularly collecting  all the information  and facts that relate to a position. The result of study indicate; (1) there are job description which have not been included in old job analysis. (2) there is a change in the organizational structure of college that affect change in the echelon, number of position avalaible and nomenclature changes of organizational units.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji  pengaruh  variabel CAR, NIM, LDR, NPL, dan BOPO, terhadap  ROA. Permasalahan  dalam  penelitian  ini adalah adanya research  gap dari penelitian terdahulu dan fenomena business gap dari data kelompok  bank umum  di Indonesia, tahun2002-2010  pada Statistik Perbankan Indonesia sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutanyang meneliti  permasalahan  faktor-faktor  yang mempengaruhi  Return On Asset (ROA) dengan didasari  oleh teori yang mendasar. Faktor-faktor tersebut  terdiri  dari variabel CAR, Net Interest Margin (NIM),  Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing  Loan (NPL), dan Biaya Operasional  terhadap  Pendapatan Operasional  (BOPO).Teknik sampling   yang  digunakan  adalah  purposive  sampling   dengan  kriteria  bank  umum  diIndonesia yang menyajikan laporan keuangan periode 2002  sampai dengan 2010  dan bank umum yang memperoleh laba periode 2002-2010.  Data diperoleh berdasarkan publikasi Direktori Perbankan Indonesia periode tahun 2002  sampai dengan tahun 2010.  Diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan dari 26 bank umum di Indonesia periode 2002-2010. Teknik  analisis  yang  digunakan   adalah  regresi  berganda  dengan  persamaan   kuadrat  terkecil dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik  untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta f- statistik  untuk menguji  keberartian pengaruh  secara bersama-sama  dengan level of significance  5%. Selain itu juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi  uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas  dan uji autokorelasi.Selama periode  pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa data penelitian  berdistribusi  normal. Berdasarkan uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas  dan uji autokorelasi tidak ditemukan variabel yang menyimpang  dari asumsi  klasik, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa data yang tersedia telah memenuhi  syarat untuk menggunakan model  persamaan regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil  analisis  menunjukkan  bahwa  data LDR, NPL, dan BOPO secara  parsial  signifikan terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Modern drugstore franchise network that recently entered the Indonesian market retail pharmacy industry is bringing new concepts in retailing of pharmaceutical products. This makes the competition in the pharmaceutical world especially the drugstore increasingly competitive. One effort to increase the competitive advantage of the pharmaceutical products retailers is through quality of service strategy. This study was conducted to develop a strategy based on the quality of service at PT. Kimia Farma Pharmacy business unit Yogyakarta.Key success factors of the quality of service based strategy are developed from thepolicies in PT. Kimia Farma Pharmacy business unit Yogyakarta related with the quality of service that includes speed of service, range of products, hospitality services, and professionalism of the officers. Data about the performance and the customer expectations regarding speed of service, range of products, hospitality services, and professionalism of officers were obtained through interviews with 291 customers who arrived at the Kimia Farma pharmacy Yogyakarta business unit during the study period. The data were then analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis.The result of the Importance Performance Analysis shows that speed of service variable indicator which is non-stop service, located in keep up the good work quadrant, service time warranty of non dispensing drugs and dispensing drugs are in possible overkill quadrant, the availability of service delivery is at the low priority quadrant. The range of products variable indicator, namely the completeness of imported drugs in the low priority quadrant while the other four indicators, namely the completeness of the local production,the authenticity of drugs guarantee, OTC drugs completeness, and completeness of generic and patent drugs quadrant are keep up the good work; variables hospitality services,namely officer responsiveness indicators in quadrant concentration here, the ability to sell, said hello tenderness, and thank you in keep up the good work quadrant; greeting in the low priority quadrant, and customer orientation in possible overkill quadrant; salespersonprofessionalism variable shows two indicators that are in keep up the good work quadrant which are the pharmaceutical field experince and pharmacy management capabilities and one indicator in low priority quadrant which is product knowledge

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji  pengaruh variabel DER, profitabilitas,  firm size, dan likuiditas terhadap DPR dan nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur  yang listed  di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2009-2011.   Peneltian ini dilakukan karena adanya research gap yang ditemukan pada penelitian terdahulu seperti  Kapoor, (2006);  Baert dan Vennet, (2009); Okpara, (2010);  Al Shabibi dan Ramesh, (2011);  Al Najjar, (2012);  Mehta (2012);  .Moradi et al., (2012);  Eldomiaty, (2012);  dan Jie Kun (2012).Dari hasil  analisis  menunjukkan  bahwa data DER, profitabilitas,  likuiditas  dan DPR secara parsial berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan DPR mampu  memediasi pengaruh DER, profitabilitas,   firm size, dan likuiditas  terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara bersama-sama  (DPR, profitabilitas,  likuiditas,  DER dan Size) terbukti  signifikan  berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur listed  di BEI pada level kurang dari 5% (dengan  level of significance 0.05). Kemampuan prediksi dari kelima variabel tersebut  terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 36,3%  sedangkan sisanya 63,7%  dipengaruhi  oleh faktor-faktor  lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model  penelitian. Penelitian ini hanya terbatas  pada rasio profitabilitas  dan likuiditas dengan 22 sampel  dan periode  pengamatan tahunan selama 3 tahun, disarankan agar dilakukan penelitian  lanjutan dengan memperluas  faktor  lainnya seperti faktor makro ekonomi.
