Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influences of product quality, after sales service, and direct marketing oncustomer trustto impact sustainability relationship. Using these variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within customersCV. Mitra Kasih Perkasa. Statement of this problem is how increase sustainability relationship?.The samples size of this research is105customersCV. Mitra Kasih Perkasa. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that product quality, after sales service, and direct marketing oncustomer trustto impact sustainability relationship.The effect of core product quality on customer trustare significant;The effect after sales service on customer trustare significant;The effect of direct marketing on customer trustare significant;The effect customer truston sustainability relationship are significant; and The effect direct marketing on sustainability relationship are significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyze the influence of Corporate’s Images and the satisfaction of customers against the brand to rise the customer’s repurchase intentions. The research’s object which do in this case, are the Tupperware’s Customers in Pekalongan City, who does bought Tupperware’s products with minimal twice purchasing, and the segmentation are 20 years old buyers. Purposive sampling technic are use in this research . There are 120 respondens that according to the minimum sample size rules on the fourth construct’s variable.The data analyze technic which used in this case istheStructural Equation Model (SEM) dari software AMOS 21.The model’s that proposed in this research’s case can be accepted after fulfill the assumptions of normality and Standardized Residual Covariance ±2,58and the value of Determinant ofSample Covariance with the Matrix’s results are5,597.The results from SEM’s analyze to fulfill the model’s criteria of Goodness of Fit – Full Model are chi square = 52,199; CMIN/DF = 1,065; probability = 0,351; GFI = 0,937; AGFI = 0,900; TLI = 0,994; CFI = 0,995; RMSEA = 0,023.The results of this modelscan be use in this research case.The results from the fourth hypothesisis provethe existingof therejected hypothesis. According to the results of this research,we can take the conclusion that thecorporation’s images can increase the brand trustment and the repurchase intentions. Otherwise from it, the customer’s satisfaction can increase the repurchase intentions. Mean while thecustomer’s satisfactionscan’tto influent the brand trustment. According to this research, there are a fewlimitation oh this research and the upcoming research’s agenda that can be done in the next research.

Abstract

This research was conducted in workshop PT. AstraInternational-DaihatsuSales Operation,Semarang branch. Started from a finding which showed an indication that the consumer’s decision to utilize the service of workshop PT. AstraInternational-DaihatsuSales Operation Semarang branch is still low. The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of service encounter, service convenient and product knowledge on purchase intention and purchase decision.The approach in this research involved five variables, namely service encounter, service convenience, product knowledge and purchase intention that can allegedly explain the low purchase decision of services of workshop PT. AstraInternational-DaihatsuSales Operation Semarang branch. The analysis of this research used Structural Equation Modeling method.The results showed that service encounter, service convenience and product knowledge proved positive and significant effect on purchase intention and purchase decision. While purchase intention had negative but not significant effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze the influence of product advantage, bank location and service quality to increase saving decision at sharia banking. The research’s object which do in this cases are the customers of Bank Muamalat and Bank Syariah Mandiri in the Semarang city. There are 150 respondents and this research used purposive sampling technic.The data analyze technic which used in this case is the structural equation model (SEM) by AMOS 22 software. The result using SEM showed that criteria goodness of fit full model ischi-square= 221,661, probability = 0,000, CMIN/DF = 1,539, GFI = 0,870, AGFI = 0,828, TLI = 0,864, CFI = 0,886, and RMSEA = 0,60. The results said that the models in this research can be used.The results showed that the product innovation does not have effect on product advantage, product advantage has a positive and significant effect on saving decision, bank location does not have effect on saving decision, salespeople competence has a positive and significant effect on service quality, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on saving decision. According to this research, there are a few limitation on this research and upcoming research’s agenda that can be done in the next research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the core services quality, peripherals service quality and customers value to the brand image in increasing interest referencing. The object of this study is the inpatient service users of RSUD Ungaran. There were 101 respondents in this study and the research methods used was purposive sampling technique.Data were analyzed using structural equation model (SEM) by AMOS 23 software. SEM results indicate that the full model goodness of fit criteria is achi-square= 175.880, probability = 0.185, CMIN/DF = 1.099, GFI = 0.856, AGFI = 0.811, TLI = 0.984, and RMSEA = 0.032. The results said that the model in this study can be used.The results showed that the quality of core services have a positive and significant impact on brand image, peripherals service quality have a positive and significant impact on brand image, customers value has a positive and significant impact on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant impact on the interest referencing, core services quality have a positive and significant impact on the interest referencing, peripherals service quality have a positive and significant impact on the interest referencing and customers value have a positive and significant impact on the interest referencing.

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the influence of WOM, online shopping experience, perceived ease, and risk perception of interest in online shopping through online shopping attitude.Sample was men and women that is've shopped at Elzatta Hijab online through the website, a number of 135 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was run by AMOS software was used to analyze the data, analysis showed that WOM online shopping experience, perception and perception of risk through a convenient online shopping attitude positive influence on interest in shopping online.Empirical finding to indicate that WOM positive effect on perceived ease, WOM positive effect on the perception of risk, online shopping experience a positive effect on the perception of convenience, online shopping experience a positive influence on risk perception, perceived ease of positive influence on attitude online shopping, perception of risk has positive effect attitude towards online shopping and online shopping attitude positive influence on interest in shopping online.
