Abstract

Underlying the percentage of critic that is quite numerous about the sales force competency and service quality and noticing the decrease of the effective account that create the dissatisfaction of the customer outlets and then dropping the loyalty. Noticing this situation, PT. Sinar Majapahit needs to establish some efforts in order to maintain and to increase the number of its customers by giving more attention to the customer loyalty. Therefore, the purpose of this research is trying to answer of “How to improve the customer loyalty.”To answer the question, data is collected from 100 respondents that are consist of the customers of PT. Sinar Majapahit Purwokerto. They were asked to complete the questionnaires. Items of the questionnaires were purposively arranged in order to obtain the information about the sales force competency, service quality and customer loyalty. Then the data is analyzed using the multiple regression method.The result of the multiple regression method shows that the salesforce competency has a positive and significant impact on the loyalty of PT. Sinar Majapahit Purwokerto customers, service quality has a positive and significant impact on the loyalty of PT. Sinar Majapahit Purwokerto customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang nasabah. Kepuasan nasabah terhadap kualitas pelayanan jasa dan mutu produk jasa akan sangat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup suatu organisasi jasa dalam jangka panjang.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional,data diambil menggunakan prosedur purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 125 orang, dimana respondennya adalah nasabah Pegadaian Cabang Pedurungan Semarang yang telah melakukan peminjaman kredit lebih dari dua kali. Alat analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) pada program AMOS 7.01.Hasil analisis SEM memenuhi kriteria Goodness of Fit Index, yaitu sebagai berikut : nilai Chisquare= 122,109; Significance probability = 0,105; RMSEA = 0,064; CMIN/DF = 0,614 ; TLI =0,955; CFI = 0,957; GFI = 0,978 dan AGFI = 0,917. Dari hasil analisis data terlihat bahwa dari tujuh hipotesis, hanya enam hipotesis yang diterima.

Abstract

Product Quality in housing is qualified as low. This is indicated by complaints from the consumers to their developers. Data from YLKI (Yayasan Perlindungan Konsumen Indonesia/The Indonesian Consumers Foundation) shows that there are lots of complaints received from the housing consumers about the developers. There are also many housing consumers that sent their complaints in mass media. Based on these facts, this research tries to answer the problem of how to improve the consumers' satisfaction.To answer the problem, a conceptual model with three variables is being established. The variables are core product, extended product, and consumers' satisfaction. From the model, two hypotheses are formulated. To test the hypotheses, data is collected by conducting interviews to 138 respondents who are the owner of the house in the Housing of Sembungharjo Permai using questionnaires. Then, the data is analyzed with Multiple Regression Method.The test result under the multiple regression method shows that all the two hypotheses is statistically acceptable. It means that the housing consumers' satisfaction is affected by core product and extended product of the housing.

Abstract

This research analyzes factors which influence the decision to pay electricity bills. Object of this research is the customers who are in arrears at APJ (Area Pelayanan dan Jaringan – Service and Network Area)Surakarta office. PT. PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara – State-owned Electricity Company). The problem of this research refers to high delinquent payment and receivable account in the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI), which are still high. Because of that, the problem of this research is formulated as follows : the influences of customers’ behavior to the customers’ decision to pay the delinquent electricity bills ?In analyzing the influences of customers’ resources, customers’ knowledge, customers’ attitude, the influence of customers’ personalities, and also customers’ social class and status to the decision to pay, this research uses questionnaires to collect data from 150 respondents, who are as samples from the customers, who are in arrears in the working areas of PT. PLN APJ Surakarta office, covering the Surakarta City, Sragen Regency, Wonogiri Regency, Karanganyar Regency, and Sukoharjo Regency. The data collected are then processed by using SPSS program version 14.The result of this research shows that customers’ resources gives positive influence to the decision to pay, the customers’ knowledge alse give positive influence to the decision to pay, the customers’ attitude influences positively to the decision to pay, the customers’ personalities has positive influence to the decision to pay , social class and social status also give positive influence to the decision to pay the electricity bills.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu jenis usaha jasa yang saat ini berada dalam iklim persaingan sangat ketat. Perjuangan untuk menciptakan bisnis yang berulang dengan pelanggan menempati titik sentral dalam upaya rumah sakit untuk tetap unggul pada persaingan jangka panjang. Kualitas pelayanan, nilai pelanggan dan keunggulan produk menjadi hal yang penting bagi rumah sakit.Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan untuk menciptakan minat mereferensikan jasa rumah sakit di RS Paru – paru Sukasari Husada Sukoharjo.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya kesejangan atau perdebatan pada penelitian akan anteseden dan konsekuensi dari kepuasan pelanggan. Permasalahan lain adalah terjadinya penurunan jumlah pasien rawat jalan secara terus menerus pada empat bulan terakhir serta adanya peningkatan jumlah keluhan dari pasien. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 pasien dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan acidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang dijalankan melalui program AMOS sebagai alat bantu analisisnya. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, nilai pelanggan dan keunggulan produk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mereferensikan jasa rumah sakit. Semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan, nilai pelanggan dan keunggulan produk maka kepusan pelanggan semakin tinggi dan menyebabkan minat mereferensikan jasa rumah yang semakin tinggi.

Abstract

The reseach about affected on brand trust to buying decision has been done by manyresearchers. This research was conducted to analyze factors, that influence on buying decision. The research problem which proposed in this research is how to improve decision of buying. To answer the question, the research has developed a model and fout hypotesis has proposed in the reseach.Sample used in this research are 100 responden. They are student of Program PascasarjanaMagister Manajemen Diponegoro University, term 30, 31, 32, and 33.The data analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS 7,0 program.The result of SAM analysis complete the Goodness of Fit Index criteria namely: Chi Square 107.633, probability 0,283, RMSEA 0,028, GFI 0,885, AGFI 0,843, TLI 0,988, CFI 0,990, CMIN/DF 1,076.Result of the analysis tells that four hypothesis are accepted, H1 : Advertising positively and significantly affecting Perception of Quality, H2 : Advertising positively and significantly affecting Brand Trust, H3 : Perception of Quality positively and significantly affecting Brand Trust, H4: Brand Trust positively and significantly affecting buying decision.
