Abstract

Communication plays important role in the operation of an organization. Communication is able to push or block the productivity of an organization. Tembalang district government as organization that provide services to the community need good communication climate that can push members’s productivity to service community. This research aimed to examine the communication models and patterns in Tembalang district government. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research data was collected through in-depth interviews. The results showed that communication pattern applied in the organization has been highly affected by communication pattern and leadership style of its chief as the highest commander. Openness, egality, transparent, and giving sample as the applied communication style by the chief has been pushing organization members to respond the communication in an instance or passing through some leader’s levels.

Abstract

Permitting is considered a very complicated, difficult and take a long time. Maind-seat it makes people reluctant to take care of permissions. Plus cases encountered either directly or indirectly, often distinguish social class. Quality services are closely related to customer satisfaction.This research was conducted in BPMPPT (Investment Board and Integrated Licensing Service) Pekalongan, using qualitative research methods, informants and people who take care of licensing related parties, selected purposively. Data retrieved through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research instruments: the researcher himself, and implementation process using tools: a tape recorder, interview guidelines and documents. Research to identify any implementation issues of licensing services. Data analysis is descriptive analysis using a technique Tri angulation.The result: BPMPPT have assessed IKM in 2012, 2013, and 2014; Results of the assessment in 2012: 76.50 score with a score of 74.0 in 2013 and 2014: a score of 73.8; These results indicate that during the three years from 2012 s / d 2014: decrease. Elements decreased: Getting Justice Services; Courtesy and hospitality Officer; Fairness Service Charge; Care Cost Certainty, Certainty and Security Services Schedule Services.

Abstract

Businesses increasingly globalized trade with the technology in the application of product marketing . By using the internet, consumers are able to purchase goods or products freely without attachment time. The form of marketing on the Internet is known as e - commerce or electronic commerce. E commerce or electronic commerce is spread, purchasing, sales, marketing goods and services over electronic systems such as the Internet or television, www, or other computer networks such as the social media one. The more rapid development of e-commerce today is strongly influenced by the people's confidence in e –commerce.This study aims to determine consumer confidence ( ablity ,benevolence and integrity) of the purchase intention fashion products on the Facebook social media on student S1 FISIP Undip Semarang .Based on a simple regression analysis showed that the ability ( ability ) sellers a significant effect on consumer purchasing intention of fashion products , benevolence ( kindness ) shop online seller does not significantly influence consumers' purchasing intention of fashion products , integrity ( integrity ) shop online sellers a significant effect on purchase intentions consumer fashion products . The results of multiple regression showed that ablity , benevolence and integrity towards purchase intention poduk fashion on the Facebook social media simultaneously significant effect .Advice can be delivered in this study is an online shop needs to use some social media other than Facebook, need to pay attention to product quality, conformance with product photos, and timeliness need to be considered in serving the wishes of potential customers, need to improve in terms of honesty transaction.

Abstract

Dalam perjalanan sejarah, birokrasi selalu memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis serta memiliki kekuatan besar dalam menentukan pencapaian tujuan negara. Dengan demikian, birokrasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya harus profesional dan Netral yaitu  tidak memihak kepada salah satu kekuasaan. Sedangkan pada kenyataannya Birokrasi Indonesia sampai saat ini masih belum netral dari berbagai intervensi kepentingan. Pada Pilgub Jateng 2013, ternyata birokrasi juga belum bisa netral, misalnya terlihat dari adanya aparat desa yang tidak netral, dan adanya PNS yang menjadi anggota partai politik; Gejala tidak netral itu terjadi pada 20 wilayah kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah. Sehingga untuk menjamin agar birokrasi bisa netral pada ajang semua pemilu, maka “birokrasi sebaiknya tidak diberi hak pilih”.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the form of strategic alternatives to support and provide the development of economy,  the weakness of SMEs: capital, credibility, labor (minimum wage and social security), the high direct costs, the limited variant of effort, and the limitation of preliminary quality product. Research aims: determine perceptions and attitudes, social and economic impacts of the existence of convection in the City Semarang. Methodololgy: cross sectional, descriptive qualitative analyzed descriptively, presented in narrative form, in five SMEs convection select purposively, resources: SME owners, labor , public figures (head of RT), and community members.                     Results and discussion: Perceptions and attitudes from the environment mostly positive: do not feel any negative effects, SME owners are friendly, willing to socialize with their environment, respond well if there are complaints from environs residents.UKM already have License and non-formal (resident permit and “RT”), but there is a small proportion of the less support because there is less socially SME owners with the surrounding community, there are some employees who behaved arrogance by turning on the music too loud and the use of diesel machhine which cause noise (when the lights went out).  Positive social impact: The owner of SMEs participating in environmental activities: giving donors, doorprize, sports uniforms, ease when residents messaging products, the negative impact: less concerned about an environmental cleanliness, noise music, the use of diesel when the power goes out, the parking of motor less attention to the environment. Positive Economic Impact: Opening recruitment of employment (women), from within and outside the SME environment, with skills and experience, recruitment via the "gepok tular" through the existing workforce, the media (newspaper ad). The development of groceries stores and stalls eating, boarding house  and rented houses around UKM.

Abstract

Central Java Provincial Government in 2013 organized a Candidate Registration Regional Civil Servants (CPNSD) on line system. Selection is done by stages: Selection Administration and Basic Competence Test (TKD) through Computer Assisted Test (CAT) with the facilitation of the State Personnel Board (BKN) .The researchers have assumed that the acceptance CPNSD in Regional Government of Central Java Province in 2013 is better than the previous year. In general, the implementation CPNSD 2013 in Central Java Province has been implemented and run better when compared with the previous year CPNSD implementation. Indications are good transparency in the registration stage to the stage of graduation announcements. At the registration stage, the transparency shown by the use of the Internet media that can be accessed by all people. In the explanation, the public can see clearly the requirements and application procedures CPNSD. However, in the online registration is still frequently encountered obstacles such as the presence slowness internet access by prospective applicants CPNSD in Central Java. Acceptance CPNSD in Central Java in 2013 that uses CAT system has many advantages and can minimize cheating because its value can be directly known to be more objective, in addition to the basic competence test execution process faster, practical and efficient which will save costs.

Abstract

Research entitle "PDI-Struggle Strategy in Central Java in General Election of President and Vice President in 2014" is a qualitative research that momentum Presidential Election 2014. This study begins from the observation of the PDI-P in Central Java province in Pilgub in 2013 who  take a decision to nominate candidates for the pair of internal party, namely Ganjar Pranowo and Heru Sudjatmoko. The success of the PDI-P in the year 2013 was also continued with victory in the legislative elections held in april 2014, PDI-P Central Java Province scooped 27 seats, up four seats compared to the 2009 election. Two such events have a strong attraction for study because in 2014 there was also a general election for president and vice president. On the one hand the PDI-Struggle Central Java two wins in the race for political office, on the other hand suffered two defeats in the presidential and vice presidential elections in 2004 and 2009. For this reason this study was conducted to determine the strategy chosen in the elections until the end proved to victory.
