The concept of character education has been implemented in school and campus since long time ago, but the result is not so good.The Policy of character education provision for new students began the school year 2012/2013 , then continued in 2013/2014 was motivated by the policy of the University . The University considers that new students need to be equippedÂ moral values that are expected to form the character of students and change their mindset from properties that are not commendable as , inappropriate character , denied when ordered , lack of discipline etc. Shape the implementation of character education provision in order to establish a Public Administration graduate be material submitted by the faculty and the games were hosted by students , coordinated by HMJ and Senate and BEM. There are several factors that support the successful delivery of character education: The support of the faculty , faculty staff and students themselves , infrastructures facilities , LCD, air conditioning , loudspeakers , material factors , the game . The other hand, there are some factors hamper as not all the facilities function properly , the absence of strict sanctions for those who do not participate , also for those who are not active, which is not optimal coordination factor, the perception by some students who think character education is just playing games , not compulsory lessons or lectures etc.

The role of public relations in hospitality industry had been significantly increasing along with the rapid growth of the industry. A study of the issue in 2 respective hospitals and a hotel indicates that each had set a different level of position within the management. Regardless to the type of the organization, public relations with the higher level of position had a better access to resources and decision making, which consecutively put them as expert prescriber. Converssely, a stumpy management value had dispose public relations as a merely communication techniÂ cian. Organizational culture and communication climate were considered as determinants to how the management perceives public relations.

The corporate crisis is still considered a scary specter. Not a few companies are desperately avoiding a crisis without them realizing that could happen to anyone and anytime. Crisis can not absorb the feathers that will come to the company which one with which management system. Even companies that already have a big name, can still be hit by the crisis. Moreover, some preventive measures to cure the crisis, is also very important to enter the fall of the company to avoid bankruptcy. At this stage the role of Public Relations holds a very important position. Public Relations talks about strategic functions that are expected to position itself as a golden stone both from internal and external companies. The ideal spirit, crisis management of a company that made the public Public Relations is expected to be able to muffle and cure the crisis as bad as any condition that befall. The writing of this article aims to find out how the management of the company "First Travel" in the face of corporate crises by using descriptive qualitative analysis method found that "First Travel" should provide a role to Public Relations specifically because the crisis can not be handled quickly and easily.

Coastal zone management is complex, from the results of the research showed that many stakeholders involved in coastal management. Among them are from government agencies (Department of Marine and Fisheries, Bappeda, Department of Culture, Tourism and Sport, Department of Transportation, Office of Environment, DPRD), Private and Public sector. The key role is in the Department of Marine and Fisheries, while BAPPEDA have a very important role in the coordination between stakeholders. Efforts can be made to involve stakeholders better is through understanding the role of each stakeholder, and then optimize the role of coastal zone management in order to obtain effective and efficient.

Globalization has been seen as the main power of development. it becomes the buzzword of economic advancement. The success story of several countries including China, India, and also Indonesia being noted as the good side of Globalization. The main theme of my paper is on globalization and equality. Further, question for consiedaration in this paper I discussed wether globalization enhance economic inequality. By reviewing several indicators that used to be seen as the indicator of globalization of economic, hence put more emphasis on more micro-economics indicators I argue that globalization actually endager economic equality. the â€œfairy taleâ€ of globalization economic prosperity arise due to the using of â€œtheatrical macro economicsâ€ Indicators. In a nutshell this macro-economics indicator conceals the real face of globalizationâ€™s economic consequences.

Interpersonal communication should ideally in face to face, until the achievement of intimate communication. Instant messenger makes interpersonal communication easier and more efficient. However, it also resulted in less effective communication to occur, because it only uses text messaging as a means to convey a message so frequent miscommunication. This study wanted to see how the use of instant messenger among teenagers in interpersonal communication. The theory used in this study is a Computer Mediated Communication, Ecology Media and Interpersonal Intimacy. The method used in this research is phenomenology. The results of this study indicate that the instant messenger is a medium that is considered to be practical and easy to communicate interpersonally with family, friends, and lovers. Interpersonal communication process through instant messenger can not reach the stage of intimate relationship, because of interactions that occur frequently experienced miscommunication due to an incorrect perception. Interpersonal communication is more effective if it is done face to face. Teens when communicating via instant messenger, tend not to believe and to tell the truth.

In the growing international agreements as a consequence of Indonesia’s wider participation in the global community, the existence of free market harms the domestic industrial sector, especially to the community. The number of treaties which have been ratified by the government considered as incomparable to the losses incurred, particularly to the possibility of human rights violations of information dysfunction, and the lack of public participation as well as evaluation functions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach where data is obtained from primary and secondary data. The purpose of this study is to find out the conceptual and practical considerations faced in the possibility of violations of human rights. Moreover, the article also addresses the form of diplomacy carried out by the public regarding several government policies in the Free Trade Agreement and its relations to human rights. The study suggests that the government must guarantee human rights by involving affected communities as a form of collective understanding. Furthermore, the government must also monitor, evaluate, assess, as well as strengthen the communication from various stakeholders to eliminate the hidden costs that can harm the community.

This study explored the usage of internet for study enrichment and pleasure. Understanding online media audience was becoming increasingly important in Social and Political Faculty, because internet access was one of the academic source used by the student. Most of students did not have sufficient knowledge for self information filtering to provide realible materials from internet and various online sources that fulfilled the academic and scientific requirement. Small number of student explored some opportunities for getting academicÂ sources through internet, but unfortunately most of them did not have througly understanding to difer valid and reliable information for completing their academic tasks and research.

Through this study, some topics which were ever communicated by participants together in a meeting of Support Group, examples violence cases expe-rienced by each member, and the form of gender emancipation. The process of com-munication taking place in the Support Group has resulted in producing members who are able to overcome their problem. One of the results can be detected from the members' attitude, when communicating in the forum, namely dare to tell their problems. Essentially, the success of realizing a therapy in group depended on the communication competence and the commitment having to be possessed by those discussion participants.

One of the agendas for transforming public services in Indonesia is to transform licensing services. The licensing service transformation in Jakarta Special Region Province is carried out by transforming the licensing service provider organization, i.e. the One-Stop Integrated Services and Investment Agency of Jakarta Special Region Province. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach and aims to explore or describe how the licensing service transformation is carried out and how it impacts on the regional income of Jakarta Special Region Province. The results of the study found that the One-Stop Integrated Services and Investment Agency transformed by changing the organizational structure, people, and the use of technology. The transformation carried out by DPMPTSP of Jakarta Special Region Province is proven to be able to increase the realization of investment achievement and the realization of regional levies revenue that comes from certain licensing fees.
