<![CDATA[In this study the authors use Cryptographic Algorithms Rivest Shamir Adleman Chinese Remainder Theorem (RSA-CRT) and steganography technique Random Least Significant Bits (LSB). RSA-CRT is basically the same as usual, but utilizing RSA CRT theorem to shorten the bit size decryption exponent d by hiding d on congruent systems that accelerate time decryption, the difference in the key generation process and the decryption process. Cryptographic algorithm RSA-CRT produce ciphertext stored into a picture (image) using Steganography technique Random Least Significant Bits (LSB). The workings of Random LSB is storing the message (ciphertext) in the first bit or the second bit random key for use random number generator Pseudo Random Number Generator (PRNG) with Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) method. Ciphertext stored in a picture (image) has extracted key re-use random number generator at the time of inserting the message. Then the ciphertext is decrypted back by the algorithm RSA-CRT to produce the original text (plaintext). Merging Cryptographic Algorithm RSA-CRT with Steganography Technique Simple LSB than with Random LSB generate higher PSNR and MSE is lower, which means better level of data security and more resistant to attack. Has more difficult to find a secret message by cryptanalysis and steganalyst.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the promotion in an institution by considering many factors, and the submission must be conducted objectively, not subjectively. To be able to give an objective assessment results in every employee by considering all the assessment criteria, one of the methods that can be used is the method of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). From the results of research using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method showed that the greatest weight virmansyah discount the value that is equal to 80.78 so a great opportunity to get a change or a promotion. Decision to change positions, it gives the rank order value candidates as a recommendation for promotion to employees. So with the Decision Support System with Analytical Hierarchy Process method can help and facilitate career planning manager (sale or transfer) to save time, costs, and more objective.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of edmodo in learning English for Business was aimed to described the use of edmodo in teaching learning English for Business. The subject of this research was the second semester of Information System students in STT Harapan Medan. This research was research and development and the method was qualitative research and the data used was observation among English lecturer and students. The result of this research was classroom interaction among English lecture and students in edmodo application, teaching learning English for Business become interesting and students were active to use their English because the lecturer push them to use English in writing comments, message and also when they had presentation infront of the class. However, there were some students’ mistakes when they wrote comments, and also when they had English presentation.]]>

<![CDATA[Designing test items manually done by the teachers of SMA Harapan I Medan isn’t effective and effeciency. It is proved by the teachers who collected answering test late. It is happened because a teacher in the certain field makes test items with various types in a short time. Beside an uneffective and unefficient time, it is seen many papers’ distribution not only for test items with various types but also students’ answering which is prepared by the school and there is students’ amnipulating in doing examination. In solving this problems in the school and developing technology, the school comitee wants to change test system manually to be computerized. It means that the students do using computer (computer based test) by using wondershare quiz creator application. Wondershare Quiz Creator is an aplication which is used in making online test (electronic test) by upload test in a website and the users are able to do test in web by using computer connected by the internet]]>

<![CDATA[Separating of inheritance according in sciences of faroidh each heir does not get the same part depending on their relationship to the inheritance recipient. This is because the needs of each heir are different, such as heirs of boys and girls differ the reason boys have a big responsibility and if already married should have been obliged to offer for his family while the daughter if already have family responsible for the necessities of life. In addition, in sciences of faroidh also there is a hijab or a barrier where heir can get a share can also not get a part depending on whether the heirs prevented it causing its own complexity in the calculations. Nowadays it is very difficult to meet people who understand about this division of inheritance. Just little of people are experts distribute inheritance based on faroidh. So created a web-based application to aid in the calculation and distribution of inheritance properly and managed computerized that can ease people in solving this problem.]]>

<![CDATA[Health is the most crucial thing in the life of society, for that in every country must have a responsible institution in that case. Indonesian has an institution in charge of health. BPJS Kesehatan is a social insurance provider body established by the Indonesian government to give health insurance for the society. BPJS Kesehatan is a government-run social security agency that providing health insurance for the society. In accordance with vision of the BPJS Kesehatan that is Coverage Universe 2019, the entire population of Indonesian must have a national health insurance before January 1 2019. Therefore, it is necessary to mapping that can cover the subject, so that BPJS Kesehatan will be easier in prioritizing any regency or city in Indonesia (especially in North Sumatra) have given socialization first. These districts and cities would be informed of the benefits of health care and protection in meeting basic health needs organized by BPJS Kesehatan. Mapping has done using ArcView GIS.]]>
