Abstract

Now days, The most needed of digital images is influenced by the people will that want to take a part of moment life into digital image. The good digital image has the big filesize, so it will need more space memory to saving more images. There is technique in image processing to decrease file size that is compression. By combine wavelet transformation method and Principal Component Analysis in developing application can produce the good compression technique.

Abstract

Water is one of life's resources for all living things. However, at this time the available net amount is very limited. Efforts that can be done is to utilize the best possible air. One of them by regulating the air bath by controlling the level of air in the air shelter. In this final task used an automatic faucet using ultrasonic sensor is a sensor that will detect the object and remove or turn off the air automatically with the main driving media using servo motors. In the filling of an air-conditioning tub to prevent overflow of ultrasonic sensors which will automatically charge when the air volume distance does not match the specified and will also automatically charge at the same time. Abstract

School Participation Rate (APS) is known as one of the indicators of the success of the development of educational services in regions both Province, Regency or City in Indonesia. The higher the value of the School Participation Rate, then the area is considered successful in providing access to education services. The purpose of this study is to predict School Participation Rates based on Provinces in Indonesia from Aceh to Papua. The prediction algorithm used is the backpropagation algorithm using the gradient descent with momentum & adaptive LR (traingdx) training function. Traingdx is a network training function that updates weight values and biases based on gradient descent momentum and adaptive learning levels. Usually, the backpropagation algorithm uses the gradient descent backpropagation (traingd) function, but in this study, the training function used is using gradient descent with momentum & adaptive LR (traingdx). The data used in this study data on School Participation Figures for each province in Indonesia in 2011-2017 aged 19-24 years were taken from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The reason for choosing this age range is because at this age is one of the factors that determine the success of education in a country, especially Indonesia. This study uses 3 network architecture models, namely: 5-5-1, 5-15-1 and 5-25-1. Of the 3 models, the best model is 5-5-1 with an iteration of 130, the accuracy of 94% and MSE 0,0008708473. This model is then used to predict School Participation Rates in each province in Indonesia over the next 3 years (2018-2020). These results are expected to help the Indonesian government to further increase scholarships and improve the quality of education in the future..                                                                                                 Keywords: Prediction, APS, Backpropagation, Traingdx.

Abstract

In accordance with the regulations set out in a company in carrying out the promotion process, criteria are needed to determine who will be selected to fulfill the position especially in the sales manager division. In the process of determining this position a decision support system is needed. One method that can be used for Decision Support Systems is to use the Profile Matching method. In this study, a case will be raised, namely finding the best solution based on employee competencies in a company using the Profile matching method. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best candidates from a number of existing employees, in this case the intended candidates are employees who are entitled to occupy positions available based on the specified criteria. The research was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, such as examples of aspects of intellectual capacity, aspects of work attitudes, and behavioral aspects, then a ranking process was conducted that would determine the optimal alternative, namely the best employees.Keywords: Profile Matching, Competence, Promotion, Decision Support Sytem

Abstract

Labuhan Batu District Police Station is a Resort Police office whose job is to serve the community. One of the services is the making of a driver's license. The process of making a driver's license is still done manually, such as filling out the application form and assessing the value of the driving license. The system used in the operational activities of making driving licenses is not optimal, because it is still done manually, therefore a decision support system is needed in determining the passing of the driving license exam so that the assessment process will be more objective and efficient. In that system the applicant must register first, then the applicant can take a theory and practice exam. And testers will judge based on existing criteria. The results of the assessment will be obtained by the applicant as evidence of the results of the exam. For this reason, the author applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the Decision Support System for Graduation of Driving License Tests at the LabuhanBatu District Police Station. Keywords: Manual, System, Objective, Efficient

Abstract

Smart home or smart home is a system that can facilitate and increase the comfort of the homeowner specifically in terms of controlling electronic equipment in the house so that it can reduce waste in the use of electronic equipment and provide security to the homeowner so that the electrical short circuit is used the owner is wet. Abstract

The Livestock Sector is one of the most promising agribusiness sectors. Selection of the right type of cow is the duty of cattle farmers to get cows with quality. The aim of the study was to recommend the best type of cattle using the SMART method. Data sources were obtained by interviewing and giving questionnaires to 25 random beef cattle farmers in the parbalogan village, Tanah Jawa Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency. The six types of cattle (alternative) are used such as Lemosin (A1), Simental (A2), Bali (A3), Dairy (A4), Brahma (A5) and Madras (A6). While the assessment criteria are used, namely: Origin (C1), Price (C2), Age (C3), Weight (C4), and Size (C5). The results of the study state that the type of Lemosin (A1) Beef is the first recommendation with the final value of 1 and the type of Bali cow (A3) as the second recommendation with the final value of 0.702543.. Keywords: DSS, Beef, Breeders, SMART Method, Pematangsiantar

Abstract

The availability of the right raw materials is closely related to the number of products to be produced. Therefore the prediction of production must be adjusted so that the stock order of raw materials can be calculated correctly. Inventory problems are problems that are always faced by decision makers in the field of inventory. Supplies are needed because basically the demand pattern is irregular. Inventories are carried out to ensure that there is certainty that when needed these products are available. The problem in inventory is the difficulty in determining the amount of inventory that must be provided in meeting the number of requests to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of drug purchases at Garuda Sentra Medika with the Mamdani method fuzzy inference system based on inventory data and sales data. This study uses three variables, namely inventory, sales and purchases by having two inputs, namely inventory and sales and one output, namely purchase. The results of the application of the fuzzy inference system Mamdani method can help the company to determine the amount of drug purchases with a success rate of 99.35869%.Keywords: Drug Sales, Fuzzy Inference System, Inventory, Purchasing.

Abstract

Development of expert systems have been penetrated in the medical’s world, including amongothers is used to measure the level of certainty and probability in diagnosing symptoms thathappen to get an information about the illness, but to be able to know the methods that can havea high degree of accuracy the best results needs to be done the analysis comparison method,especially compared Classycal Probability method of Certainty Factor, in a comparison of thismethod refers to the case of identifying the type of poison venom in patients exposed to toxicvenom, so that this application can help the medical personnel and the public in doing thediagnosing to generate information quickly and accurately in order to do further treatment.Keywords: Expert System, Classical Probability, Certainty Factor, Type Snake Venom
