Abstract

This research aims to exmine the effect of competence on audit quality, examine the effect of motivation on audit quality, examine the effect of competence and motivation on audit quality, testing independence can moderate the effect of competence on audit quality, testing independence can moderate the effect of motivation on audit quality. The object of this research is the North Sumatra Province Inspectorate Office. The sample in this study was50 (fifty) auditors and supervisors at the North sumatra Utara Province Inspectorate Office. Data collection is carried out by means of the questionnaire method. The method used is multiple linier regression analysis and MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). The result of this study indicate that there is an effect of competence on audit quality, there is a motivational effect on audit quality, there is an influence of competence and motivation on audit quality, independence moderates the effect of competence on audit quality, independence moderates the effect of motivation on audit quality.

Abstract

The transformation of education in the world of Pesantren, from traditional to modern, is a bit of a question of impact on the system, institutional, and curriculum. Among the consequences is a shift in the important position of the yellow book. Modern boarding schools are considered to be focusing on learning about them and focusing too much on learning About Arabic for conversation. This research aims to find a complete picture of the actual tradition of yellow book learning still valid in pesantren, despite its modern typology. Located at Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah, Medan, research conducted through observation, interview and document studies with miles-huberman analysis method found that the study of yellow book in Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah boarding school through three stages; (1) classical mastery of tool science, (2) basic training stage through study groups, and (3) applicative stage in fath al-Kutub program for final class students. With such a picture, this research is expected to contribute a wealth of yellow book learning design in pesantren that can be applied in other pesantren institutions.

Abstract

This article is based on the discursion that Amin Abdullah discussed as the Third Generation of Disrupsi Era Higher Education. He mentioned that the era termed also as Industrial Revolution 4.0 will demand a new way of thinking and management of higher education governance so as to be able to compete in the recruitment of teachers, researchers, and professors superior in the world. Therefore, in the scientific sphere he mentions that paradigms, which are not only monodisciplinary, even multi-, inter- and transdisciplinary are urgently needed. The problem is the absence or absence of inspiration about the figure who can do that, when, inevitably, it must be lived. Through library research, this paper seeks to bring about ahmad khatib biography and bibliography, which is expected to be an inspiration or reflection of a scientist's personality. Despite living in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, his thinking continues to be reviewed to this day. The results of the study found that Ulama Nusantara from West Sumatra was very competent to see the phenomenon of society as he was then adept at providing solutions in writing, which at the same time accommodated several scientific disciplines even in contact with other experts. It was also found that his self-image was recognized in a global and international context, although it did not dispel his deep concerns on his own country's issues.

Abstract

Law No. 23 of 2011 provides institutional strengthening in integrated zakat management into an integrated system. The research aims to answer the problem How to manage ZIS, What are the implications of Law No. 23 on the collection and distribution of ZIS and Are there any obstacles encountered in the management of Zakat. This research is a qualitative study using the approach of legal sociology. The results showed; (1) that the Implementation of Management Law No. 23 of 2011 in the management of ZIS management has not been implemented optimally in accordance with the mandate of Law No.23 of 2011; (2) the impact of the implementation of Law No.23 of 2011 has not been maximized, as evidenced by the minimal amount of zakat receipts and its management and allocation are unclear; (3) The constraints in managing ZIS are very influential on the interest to pay ZIS in mosque, ACT and BAZNAS Medan City.

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the number of general public complaining about the decline in ethics and manners of teenagers. The decrease in the ethics of teenagers resulted in frequent juvenile delinquency in Indonesia. The decline of the nation's morale, especially youth due to the weakening of cultural and character education both integrated in formal education and non-formal education. Many factors that can cause the emergence of deviant behavior among students, including the lack of a strong grip on religion, the lack of effective moral or character coaching by families, schools and communities, the rapid flow of materialistic, hedonistic, and sectarian culture, and the lack of a genuine willingness of the government to conduct coaching on the morals of the nation, Through literature studies (library research) the author will present the terms of character in Islamic education , so that problems with children will be found, with it will know the values of character taught in Islamic education and also know the problems of planting character values to students.

Abstract

Capital markets provide opportunities for people to participate in the development of an economy. With the capital market, companies can more easily get capital from the community so as to create broad jobs and increase taxes for the government. The capital market as an instrument is not separated from various influences, especially the economic environment. The influence of the microeconomic environment for example the performance of the company can be seen from the financial ratios of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of return on equity, deb to equity ratio and current ratio on the share price of companies listed in jakarta islamic index with price earning ratio as variable moderating. The population and samples used were jii-registered companies from 2015 to 2019. The results show that by using a significant rate of five percent, roe variables have a significant influence on the share price, DER variables have a significant influence on the share price, CR variables have a significant influence on the share price, PER variables can significantly strengthen the influence of roe variables on the company's share price, PER variables can significantly strengthen the influence of DER variables on the company's share price , and per variables can significantly strengthen cr's influence on the company's share price.

Abstract

The current phenomenon, many Indonesian people, especially in the city of Binjai, ended their household ark with divorce, one of which was drug. Then the mayor issued a regulation that is the mayor regulation number 39 of 2017. One of the contents is a prenuptial urine test as a requirement to get a control card / NA. Every rule / policy issued certainly has a purpose. Then Islam has rules (Shari'at) which aim to produce benefits and reject mafsadat. as for the benefits to safeguard religion, self, reason, descent and wealth. This study aims to determine the purpose of shari'ah (maqāṣid asy-syarī’ah) towards the mayor's regulation number 39 of 2017 concerning premarital urine tests in the city of Binjai. The application of the mayor's regulations has resulted in the benefit of the Binjai community in safeguarding religion, self, reason, descent, and property. Then the general goal of the mayor's regulation is to map which areas are high in drug users. Whereas the review of maqāṣid asy-syarī'ah is to safeguard religion, self, reason, descent and wealth.
