Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to describe about interpersonal communication in learning perspective of Koran (the study of interpretation in Q.S.: As saffat (102-111). The type of this research is library research with a qualitative approach. The research method used is the method of interpretation that is tahlily method. More over, the source of this research is Koran, Tafsir, and literature relating to the interpersonal communication in learning, while the technique of collecting the data was by collecting Mu’jam al-Mufahras lil Alfazil Alquran Karim, which was composed by Muhammad Fuad. Technique of analyzing the data was performed by using content analysis. The results of this research were interpersonal communication used by Prophet Ibrahim and Prophet Ismail to be dialogical, open, and empathy. Prophet Ibrahim as an educator, provides the best education for his children or learners with full loyalty. Thus, producing obedient children, obedient and patient when facing problems as well as words that are well organized and polite. Besides, the interpersonal methods of learning in Q.S. As-Shaffat 102-111 which is dialogue method, discussion, informative telecommunication, persuasive, and instructional method, used to dear call method, reward method, and exemplary method. Keywords: Interpersonal communication, Learning, Koran.

Abstract

Abstrak: The purpose of this study is to examine the content of Islamic education values in the story of Prophet Ibrahim As in chapter Al-an'am verses 74 to 81 and chapter Al-Anbiyâ verses 51 to 70. Both stories have a thematic relationship from the message they carry. If at chapter Al-an'am verses 74-81, Prophet Ibrahim p.b.u.h found the presence of God by observing the signs in nature then in chapter Al-Anbiyâ verse 51-70, the prophet Ibrahim p.b.u.h conveyed instructions about the presence of God to his people by means of discussion to his people. The methodology used in the study is the Library Study Method. This research belongs to the literature study using the method of content analysis with the Tahlili Method. There is also the research method used is the method of interpretation of the maudhu'i, namely the method of interpreting the Qur'an thematically by summarizing the verses of the Koran that are relevant to the values of education to be studied. The data sources used in this study are the Qur'anic translation of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, the exegesis of Ibn Kathir, the exegesis of Muhammad Quraiys Shihab al-Misbah, the exegesis of Muhammad Mutawalli Sya'rawi and the exegesis of Fi Zilal Quran sayyid qhutub. The results of this study show the values of Islamic education in the aspects of Aqidah, the story of Prophet Ibrahim p.b.u.h in the chapter Al-an'am verses 74-81 teaches the values of true Aqeedah as follows: 1. The value of Aqeedah. Almighty Allah will not have the "drowning" nature which means that he will not leave his creatures and supervising will always be there for his creatures, Allah will give guidance to His creatures, Allah is the Almighty so that Allah is not equal. 2. Moral values. Morals to Allah (habluminallah): if Allah gives instructions to his servant and answers prayers, then it is an obligation for His servants to accept His instructions and guidance and not obey them. While the values of Islamic education in the story of the prophet Ibrahim p.b.u.h in Al-Anbiyâ chapter verses 51-70, are as follows: 1. The value of Aqeedah, Idols are not worthy of being considered gods because they cannot protect themselves from being destroyed so how can idols protect the devotee. Idols cannot even tell who has destroyed him so that the idol itself cannot also guide his devotee, 2. The Value of Ukhuwah, Morals displayed in the story of Prophet Ibrahim p.b.u.h are noble morals both in the face of his infidel father and facing his people infidel He was not hostile to his father and even prayed for his father. He invited his people to dialogue in conveying the truth. The value of ukhuwah here is ukhuwah insaniyah, 3. The educational value of discussion, Prophet Ibrahim p.b.u.h in conveying the truth and rectifying the mistakes of his people in worship by means of dialogue using logic and persuasive style.Keywords: Chapter Al-An'am, Chapter Al-Anbiyâ, Prophet Ibrahim P.B.U.H, Values, Education, Aqidah, Akhlak, Ukhuwah

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to: 1) analyze the innovation ability of Islamic religious education teacher(PAI) in improving the quality of teachers in the SMP IT Khairul Imam Medan; 2) To analyse the effortsmade in enhancing the innovation and quality of Islamic education teachers (PAI) at SMP IT KhairulImam Medan; 3) to analyze the supporting factors and inhibitions increase the innovation of the teachersof Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in improving the quality of teachers at SMP IT Khairul Imam Medan.This research is a qualitative study with thePhenomenology method. Its data analysis techniques usinginteractive models of Miles and Huberman consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results showed that the innovation ability of Islamic religious education teacher (PAI) in improving thequality of learning at SMP IT Khairul Imam Medan has been innovating in the field of learning planning,implementation and evaluation. The efforts of Islamic religious education teacher (PAI) in improving thequality of learning at SMP IT Khairul Imam Medan is to participate in training, seminars, and learningdiscussions, following the MGMP conducted by the Education Office Approach to students to find methodsthat fit the situation of the students, as well as adapting props and learning media to support the learningdone in the classroom. As a contributing factor to the innovation ability of Islamic religious educationteacher (PAI) in improving the quality of learning at SMP IT Khairul Imam Medan is a cooperation betweenteachers, students, principals and foundations, availability of facilities and infrastructure That supportslearning and optimizing the proper use of media and learning methods. Meanwhile, the most significantfactor is the availability of time allocation of Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects which still lacks andsupport from the foundation that still needs to be improved.Keyword: Teachers, Learning and Inovation

Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis modelpembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada mata kuliah mediapembelajaran PAI. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian danpengembangan dengan model  Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluation (ADDIE) yang mencakup Analyze, Design, Development, Impementation, Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara danangket. Hasil pengembangan divalidasi oleh ahli isi, ahli desain dan ahli media.Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba yang melibatkan mahasiswa Proram StudiPendidikan Agama Islam STAI Al-Hikmah Tanjung Balai semester VI sebanyak 40orang. Uji coba tersebut meliputi: 1) uji coba perorangan, 2) uji coba kelompokkecil, 3) uji coba lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba yangdilakukan terhadap produk pengembangan dapat disimpulkan bahawa produkpenilaian ini memenuhi kriteria sangat baik dan memperoleh kualifikasi sangatlayak. Hasil analisis data respon mahasiswa menunjukan rata-rata persentase 79.3% sehingga jika dikonversikan persentase tersebut dalam kualifikasi baik.Kata kunci: Bahan Ajar, Problem Based Learning, Media Pembelajaran PAIAbstract: This study aims to develop learning teaching materials based on theProject Based Learning (PjBL) model on subject of  PAI Learning Media. The typeof research is used research and development with the Analysis DesignDevelopment Implementation Evaluation (ADDIE) model which includes Analyze,Design, Development, Impementation, Evaluation. Data collection techniques are form of interviews and questionnaires. The development results are validated bycontent experts, design experts and media experts. Then a trial was conductedinvolving students of Islamic Education Study Program STAI Al-Hikmah Tanjung Balai in 6 term as many as 40 people. The trials included: 1) individual trials, 2)small group trials, 3) field trials. Based on the results of expert validation and trialsconducted on product development, it can be concluded that this assessmentproduct meets the criteria very well and obtains a very decent qualification. Theresults of the student response data analysis showed an average percentage of79.3% so that if it was confirmed the percentage was in good qualification.Keywords: Teaching Materials, Problem Based Learning, PAI Learning Media

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Perencanaan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan; 2) Pelaksanaan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan; 3) Kelebihan dan kekurangan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua macam, yaitu sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Sedangkan analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan mengacu kepada komponen input pembelajaran meliputi persiapan pembelajaran terdiri dari silabus pembelajaran, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), tujuan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran serta media, alat, dan sumber pembelajaran; 2) Pelaksanaan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan mengacu kepada komponen proses pembelajaran merujuk pada teori aplikasi model pembelajaran Discovery Learning yaitu terdiri dari Stimulation (Kegiatan memberi rangsangan), Problem statement (identifikasi masalah), Data Collection (Pengumpulan Data), Data Processing (Pengolahan Data), Verification (Pembuktian), dan Generalization (Menarik Kesimpulan); 3) Adanya kelebihan dan kekurangan pada penerapan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan yang mempengaruhi aktivitas pembelajaran di kelas. Pertama, dilihat dari segi kelebihannya yang meliputi: a) Berpusat pada peserta didik dan guru berperan sama-sama aktif mengeluarkan pendapat-pendapat dalam ruangan; b) Meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran peserta didik dan kemampuan berfikir bebas; c) Menimbulkan rasa senang pada peserta didik, praktis, mudah dalam pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjutnya; d) Mendukung kemampuan problem solving peserta didik dan lain sebagainya. Kedua, dilihat dari segi kekurangannya yaitu menyita banyak waktu. ABSTRACT: This study aims to find out: 1) The planning of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan; 2) The application of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan; 3) The advantages and disadvantages of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan. This research is a type of qualitative research. The location of research at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan. Sources of data in this study is divided into two kinds are primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of data with triangulation. While data analysis with data reduction, presentation of data, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results showed that: 1) The planning of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan refers to the learning input component including learning preparation consisting of a learning syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), learning objectives, learning methods and media, tools, and learning resources; 2) The implementation of the Discovery Learning model in SKI learning at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan refers to the learning process component referring to the application theory of the Discovery Learning learning model that consists of stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, verification, and generalization; 3) There are some advantages and disadvantages in Implementation of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam subjects at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan that affect learning activities in the classroom. Firstly, in terms of its advantages include : a) Centered on students and teachers participating actively in issuing opinions in the room; b) Improving students' reasoning ability and free thinking ability; c) Create a sense of fun to learners, practical, easy in the implementation and follow-up; d) Support problem solving ability learners and so forth. Secondly, in terms of its disadvantage is taking up a lot of time.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze: 1) How are the commentators of the scholars about surahIbrahim ayat 35-36 dan surah Yusuf 5? 2) What are the values of children’s education contained in theQur’anic surah Ibrahim and surah Yusuf? and 3) What is the relevance of the values of children’seducation in Surah Ibrahim and Yusuf at the present time with the future?. This study uses a qualitativemethod, using the Tafsir approach to interpretation, which uses the primary source is the Koran. Amongthe commentaries used are tafsir al-Marâgi by Ahmad bin Musthafâ al-Marâgi, Ibn Katsir’s tafsîr byMuhammad, the fate of Ar-Rifa’i. The results showed that: 1) Explanation of how the interpretation ofthe scholars about children’s education in the Qur’an Ibrahim and Surah Yusuf surah, is: Islamic educationcan form a person who is capable of realizing divine justice in the human community and is able toutilize natural potential by using fair. 2) There are four values of Islamic education in the surah Ibrahimand surah Yususf in the Qur’an, are: the values of aqeedah, values of leadership, values of worshipand moral values. 3) The relevance of the values of children’s education in the surah Ibrahim andSurah Yusuf that occur in the present condition of society, namely decadation of morals, morals andhubbuds of dunyâ. This condition is reflected in the values of Islamic education in the study of Ibrahimand Surah Yusuf in the Qur’an that the values of Islamic education in the study of Surah Ibrahim andSurah Yusuf in the Qur’an can change human moral conditions for the better guided by the Koran andHadith, enhance noble attitudes, behave well, believe in themselves, foster tolerance, and possess qana’ah.Keywords: Values Education, Children’s, Koran

Abstract

Abstract: The main problem in this research is the education system of Al-Ikhwan’s new Islamicboarding school in Padang Tualang Subdistrict. This study aims to find out the education system ofAl-Ikhwan Modern Islamic Boarding School in Padang Tualang District of Langkat Regency. Thisstudy uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive phenomenological and analytical method byprocessing graphic data sources compiled from research informants, both secondary and primarydata obtained through an interview process to the research informants. In data processing, reduction,encoding, and editing of existing documents are then presented in the form of data displays. Then aconclusion is drawn from the entire research process. The research instrument is the researcherhimself (Human Instrument) supported by observation guidelines, interview guidelines. Data is takenfrom various sources that support the objectives of this study.

Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Bagaimana sistem pendidikan di PondokPesantren Al-Hamidiyah Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara? 2) Apa saja faktor pendukung dalammengimplementasikan sistem pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hamidiyah Kabupaten PadangLawas Utara. 3) Apa saja faktor penghambat dalam mengatasi sistem pendidikan di Pondok PesantrenAl-Hamidiyah Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Datadiperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalahPimpinan umum Pesantren Al-Hamidiyah Sionggoton, kepala madrasah, ustadz/ustadzah, dan beberapaorang santri dan santriyah yang dapat memberikan informasi tambahan terhadap data-data yangdibutuhkan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sistem Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-HamidiyahKabupaten Padang Lawas Utara memiliki lima komponen sistem pendidikan, yaitu: Adanya tujuanpendidikan, pendidik, peserta didik, kurikulum dan sarana dan prasarana. Pesantren Al-HamidiyahSionggoton memiliki dua lembaga pendidikan, yaitu MTs Swasta Al-Hamidiyah Sionggoton dan MASwasta Al-Hamidiyah Sionggoton. 2) Faktor pendukung dalam mengimplementasikan sistem pendidikandi Pesantren Al-Hamidiyah Sionggoton Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara di antaranya: pendidikyang berkompeten, pengasuh yang bijaksana, pengurus yang tegas, sarana dan prasarana yangmemadai, lingkungan pondok yang nyaman, kemampuan pengasuh dalam menjalin hubungan denganpihak luar pesantren, pemimpin yang kuat dan bervisi, peraturan yang konsisten, kurikulum, meningkatkatkualitas ekstrakurikuler, dan keorganisasian. 3) Faktor penghambat sistem pendidikan di PesantrenAl-Hamidiyah Sionggoton di antaranya: kurangnya kesadaran peserta didik, Santri dan santriyahyang tidak disiplin, adanya santri dan santriyah malas, Santri dan santriyah yang membawa elektronik,dan latar belakang keluarga santri dan santriyah.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is 1) To analyze the contextual strategy planning in learning theQur’anic Hadith in Private MTs Kec. Sunggal, 2) To analyze the implementation/application of contextuallearning strategies of the Qur’anic Hadith in Private MTs Kec. Sunggal, 3) To analyze the evaluation of thecontextual learning strategies of the Qur’an in the Private MTs Kec. Sunggal. With a qualitative researchmethodology using field research. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, anddocumentation. The findings of this study are 1) Contextual strategy planning in learning the Koran ofHadith at MTs Al Washliyah Medan Krio done through the stages of making the Learning ImplementationPlan (RPP) by the applicable curriculum. So that nothing comes out of the material that will discuss in thestudy of the Koran of Hadith. Furthermore, after the lesson plan is made and collected with the viceprincipaland the curriculum area is gathered in a teacher meeting to receive input from other teacherswho teach the same subjects or from other teachers with different subjects so that what is planned can beadjusted to the attitude students in class to further be carried out in learning, 2) Implementation of contextualstrategies in learning the Koran of Hadith in MTs Al Washliyah Medan Krio is to use appropriatelearning methods such as using illustrations and examples in learning that are appropriate to daily life, thento perpetuate their memories are related to the Qur’an and Hadith, the teacher gives memorization assignmentsto students and the teacher of the Qur’an Hadith always displays a simple profile so that it can be anexample for students, and 3) Evaluation of contextual strategies in learning the Qur’anic Hadith at MTs AlWashliyah Medan Krio is ah by conducting competency tests contained in the student worksheet (LKS),and evaluating the memorization of students with a memorized memorizing system and conducting routinetests including daily tests, midterm tests, and semester tests.Keywords: Contextual Learning Strategy, Quran Hadith, Al Washliyah

Abstract

Abstract: The Correlations Perception of Teaching and Teacher Professionalism Against ClimateCommunication with Teacher Performance Madrasah Persatuan Amal Bakti 2 Helvetia Deli Serdang.Thesis : Graduate Program, State University of Islamic North Sumatera Medan, 2019. This studyaimed to determine: (1) the correlations the teacher’s perception of the professionalism of teacherwith teacher performance, (2) communication of climate relationship with teacher performance,and (3) perceptions of teachers to teacher professionalism and communication climate togetherwith teacher performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method with this type ofresearch is correlational research because of the relationship between the study variables. Thepopulation in this study were all teachers who teach in Madrasah Persatuan Amal Bakti 2 HelvetiaDeli Serdang totaling 126 people. Determination of the sample in this study using the nomogramHerry King with an error rate of 5%, and assisted with Table Isaac and Michael, the sample size inthis study were as many as 95 people. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire and thetechnique used is regression analysis and correlation. The findings of this study are: (1) there is asignificant correlations between the perception of teachers on Teacher Professionalism with teacherperformance is indicated by a correlation of 0.711 with the equation of the regression line v =47,305 + 0,3086 X 1 ; (2) there is a significant correlations between climate communication withteacher performance is indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.541 the equation of the regressionline v = 46,168 + 0,396 X 2 ; (3) there is a significant relationship between teachers’ perceptionsof the professionalism of the Teaching and Climate Communication together with teacher performance,demonstrated by multiple correlation coefficient Ry.12 = 0.767 with the regression line equation.v = 11,65 + 0,136X 1 + 0,218X 2 . The coefficient of determination shows the results of 0.589 thismeans 58.9% of the variation that affects the teacher’s performance can be explained by the perceptionof teachers on Teacher Professionalism and Climate Communication. Based on the findings in thisstudy, the teachers need to perceive the Teacher Professionalism in Teaching Professionalism positivebecause at its core is the assistance provided to all school staff to develop teaching and learningsituations better. Furthermore, the teacher is expected to be able to manage their emotions toimprove communication climate that will ultimately improve their performance.
