Abstract

The problem in this study is Islamic Counseling Services in Overcoming Learning Stress for Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Completed the 2018/2019 Academic Year. This study aims to determine student learning stress inside or outside the classroom, Islamic counseling conducted by BK teachers in schools, Islamic counseling services in dealing with learning stress for class XI students. Methodologically, this research is a phenomenological qualitative research. The method used in data collection is observation, interviews and documentation. To analyze the data, the researcher uses qualitative analysis with the steps of data exposure, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The general finding in this study is the objective condition of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Completed. The results of the research are: (1) . The learning stress of class XI SMA Negeri 1 students has been resolved, (2) Islamic Counseling Services in Overcoming Study Stress for Class XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Completed and running smoothly, (3) Specifications for dealing with learning stress for class XI students in SMA Negeri 1 Completed has been overcome , (4) The supporting factors and inhibiting factors in overcoming the learning stress of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Finish have been overcome.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was: to determine the natural setting of the founding of SMAN 1 Serbajadi School. To find out the process of planning facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Serbajadi School. To find out the procurement of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Serbajadi School. To find out the use of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Serbajadi school. To know the maintenance of infrastructure at SMAN 1 Serbajadi School. Management of educational facilities and infrastructure according to Rohiat is an activity that regulates to prepare all equipment/materials for the implementation of the educational process in schools. Management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to help the teaching and learning process run smoothly. This study uses a qualitative method. Researchers describe the findings of the phenomena that occur in the field. The main data source is the principal as a key informant, followed by a snowball process. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies regarding the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Serbajadi School. The results of this study, the authors can conclude that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at the Darunsat Witya School, includes: planning, procurement, use and maintenance. As a supporter of success are educational facilities and infrastructure. So it is hoped that the teaching and learning process can be even better.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the Implementation of School Principal Communication Form in Improving Teacher Performance at SDIT Bina Insan Batang Kuis District. The purpose of this research is to reveal: (1) To describe the function of the Principal in communicating the vision, mission and goals of the school at SDIT Bina Insan Batang Kuis. (2) To describe the performance of teachers in SDIT Bina Insan Batang Kuis. (3) To describe the form of School Principal Communication Form in Improving Teacher Performance at SDIT Bina Insan Batang Kuis.The reasearch uses qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach, research data collection is obtained by interviewing, documenting and observing techniques. To check the validity of the data using tringulation techniques, namely with credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The step of analyzing data using Milles and Hubberman's model of data analysis is to reduce data, present data and then conclude.            There are three findings in this reasearch, namely: (1) The Principal's function in communicating the vision and mission and goals of the school at SDIT Bina Insan Batang Kuis using seven functions of the Principal, namely: Principal as educator, Principal as manager, Principal as administrator , Principal as supervisor, Principal as leader, Principal as innovator and Principal as motivator. (2) The performance of teachers at SDIT Bina Insan Batang Kuis has a high level of discipline, responsibility and initiative, and the teachers at SDIT Bina Insan Batang Kuis have the role of the teacher as: facilitator, administrator, demostrator, counselor, motivator, moderator and evaluator. (3) Forms of communication for school principals in improving teacher performance at SDIT Bina Insan Batang Kuis use both forms of communication, namely: verbal communication in which the principal uses polite, weak, strict and structured speech, the principal also uses non-verbal communication.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan for Educators at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Yusufiah, Rantau Selatan District. This study uses a qualitative method, because it intends to explain the behavior of teachers and students in learning through the play model. While the data collection is using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Then to analyze the data is done by data reduction process, data exposure and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, triangulation was carried out between methods, both interview data with observation, and documentation, as well as triangulation between informants.The results of this study that the implementation of the plan to improve the quality of educators in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Yusufiah, Rantau Selatan District has not fully followed the stages of implementing the general guidelines for implementation, because the concepts and objectives of the policy have not been fully understood by policy actors as a result of the implementation of policy socialization which is considered to be less than the maximum of courage and reactivity carried out by both the principal and teachers or educators at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Yusufiah, Rantau Selatan District. Supervision of Quality Improvement of Educators at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Yusufiah, Rantau Selatan District includes several stages, namely: supervision carried out at the beginning as a tool to anticipate or initial steps on the existence of obstacles and obstacles as well as deviations from the standards and objectives that have been prepared as well as a correction tool before a program is completed. Supervision during activities is a process carried out by prioritizing considerations.

Abstract

Many factors cause the quality of higher education to be low, one of which is the non-implementation of higher education quality assurance. Quality assurance itself should be a separate system that ensures the continuity of quality higher education. So important is this quality assurance that STAITA Padangsidimpuan also plays a role and participates in improving the quality of its education so that the quality of education at STAITA Padangsidimpuan is able to compete with other universities and has a vision and mission as well as characteristics so that the pure goals of what are to be achieved can be achieved. This study uses a qualitative method, because it intends to explain the improvement of the quality of Islamic education through quality assurance activities at universities. Data collection is using interview, observation and documentation techniques. To ensure the validity of the data collected, that is by doing a pol- ulation (cross-checking of data) between methods, both interview data with observation, and documentation, as well as interview data from various informants. The Process of Quality Assurance of Islamic Education at the Tapanuli Padangsidimpuan Islamic High School with several standards, namely: Graduate Competency Standards, Learning Process Standards, Learning Content Standards, Learning Assessment/evaluation Standards, Lecturer and Education Personnel Standards, Management Standards, Learning Financing Standards, Outcomes Standards Research, Research Process Standards, Research Standards, Research Management Standards, Service Outcomes Standards, Service Assessment Standards, Service Financing Standards, Research Cooperation Standards, Information Systems Standards, Cooperation Standards

Abstract

The purpose of this research how the character standards of students in the Aliyah Negeri 2 Medan Model Madrasah then find out what kind of policies apply in the Madrasah and know how teachers guidance and counseling efforts in shaping the character of students in the Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan Madrasah such as improve the attitudes and behaviors of students so that they have a personality that is intelligent and Islamic character. Methodologically, this research is a field research with a phenomenological qualitative approach, the primary data source in this study is guidance and counseling teachers, students and principals. Data collection techniques used by interviews, observation and documentation. In analyzing research using data analysis techniques, data reduction, and drawing conclusions after that the validity of the data is examined using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study can be concluded by students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan (1) with Islamic character. (2) policies applied: discipline and smiling greetings, obliging congregational prayers and duha prayers, reciting Asmaul Husna during morning apple and muroja'ah surah al-quran before starting the lesson. (3) provide material classically or individually, pay attention to students outside of study hours and provide additional activities as a form of habituation. The conclusion of this study is the efforts made by guidance and counseling teachers in shaping the character of students by enforcing the rules and policies that apply in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Medan Model, as well as providing material and understanding of the character that students must have in a classical or individual way.
