Abstract

This research explains the internal control system and its linkage in ensuring quality learning services at private SMP Nurul Arafah Baktiya North Aceh. The method used is qualitative with the technique of collecting interview data, observation and documentation. The result of the research shows that internal control of school resource management at Nurul Arafah Baktiya Junior High School of North Aceh is done by setting performance standard through principal leadership competence, pedagodic competence, personality competence and social competence as well as teacher professionalism. In addition, supervisors also measure performance by providing performance appraisals, establishing irregularities such as corrupt practices, collusion and nepotism, and providing school development recommendations and problem solving. Internal controls have a good influence on the management of school resources to create quality learning services proven through the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes that are able to internalize science in life, have good principal leadership competence in managing and deciding a policy that can support the education system The quality of the school, then the realization of a healthy school environment, orderly and comfortable for learners with adequate facilities and infrastructure. The principal also has an effective ability in the management of educational personnel to realize the professionalism of educational personnel by providing rewards for educational personnel who excel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine planning implementing Ulumuddin Arabic language curriculum management in Lhokseumawe City. This study uses qualitative methods, so the data sources are informants, namely the leadership of Dayah Ulumuddin, Deputy Head of Education Dayah Ulumuddin, Head of Dayah, Deputy Head of Dayah, Language Builder, teachers, and santri. In addition, documents are also used, including documents of Head of Dayah Salafy, Deputy Head of Dayah Salafy, especially in the curriculum, and administration documents. The researcher obtained data through observation including the process of developing Arabic language activities, the process of extra-curricular activities, decision making, teacher council meetings, facilities and infrastructure, socialization, and program management, as well as institutional management processes and others. The results of the research are planning is done by first considering the aspects related to the curriculum, both the planning process by involving many people, the contents of the curriculum, the curriculum system to be applied, the availability of resources both human and non-human resources. Then what the Dayah wants to achieve related to fostering Arabic, then formulates the steps in achieving it through a planning program.

Abstract

In a learning organization, it is necessary to design a learning organization. Designing Organizations we need to understand what a learning organization is. Learning organization is a concept where the organization is considered capable of continuously carrying out a self-learning process so that the organization has the speed of thinking and acting in response to various changes that arise. This study aims to examine the design of organizational learning. This research uses library research method. The data collection used in this study used factual analysis. So it is hoped that the research conducted can add insight and understanding about designing organizational learning.

Abstract

Planning is the initial stage in the implementation of management functions in an agency/organization, including educational institutions. The planning function really determines the achievement of targets and the early stages of measuring achievements. Al-Qur'an is a guideline for Muslims, in it teaches about how the whole concept of a plan. This study aims to analyze the concept of planning in terms of verses of the Qur'an. The method used is a descriptive-analytical study, through a qualitative approach. The data was obtained through observation and study of the verses of the Qur'an. Furthermore, it is analyzed using reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the analysis were tested for validity through triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the Islamic management function, the role of planning is very important. Because planning is the first step or strategy taken to achieve the desired goal. Various planning concepts are described in the Qur'an so that they become a guide for mankind to carry out a plan to achieve the planned target or goal. There are at least 3 (three) verses studied in this study.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala madarsah sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, sebab apabila kapala sekolah memiliki kualitas yang baik, maka akan berdampak kepada kualitas kinerja guru. Dalam menlakukan penelitian mengenai berapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekola terhadap kinerja guru digunakan metode penelitan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan mendapati besaran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dinilai dari kepribadian, pengetahuan, pemahaman terhadap visi dan misi Madrasah, kemampuan mengambil keputusan, kemampuan berkomunikasi  di MTS Al Manar Tembung berada pada kategori kategori tinggi sebesar 46%. Kinerja Guru dinilai dari Perencaan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran di MTS Al Manar Tembung pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 15%, . Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap Kinerja guru di MTS Al Manar Tembung dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 40,6%.

Abstract

This article aims to explain about effective communication in Islamic education leadership which includes; (1) Effective communication. (2) Islamic education leadership. (3) Effective communication relationships in Islamic education leadership. Effective communication in Islamic education leadership can be concluded several things as follows: (1) Effective communication is communication which in the process can produce changes in perception, behavior and understanding between the communicator and the communicant can be obtained. (2) Islamic education leadership is an effort to manage Islamic educational institutions carried out by a leader so that the process of teaching and learning activities in Islamic educational institutions is as expected and in accordance with the vision and mission of Islamic educational institutions. educational institutions. (3) An effective communication relationship in Islamic education leadership is needed with the aim of being able to achieve the goals of managing Islamic educational institutions by a leader, because to be able to achieve the goals of Islamic education effectively and efficiently, interaction with all elements of the educational institution environment must be built by the leader. accompanied by effective communication between a leader and all educational staff and employees.

Abstract

In an effort to produce quality education in schools, many factors or components are involved, both human and non-human. School is a complex and unique organization, so its implementation requires high coordination with all its components. The principal as a direct leader is a real example in the work activities of his subordinates. A school principal who is diligent, careful, cares about his subordinates, will be different from leadership that is indifferent, less communicative, let alone arrogant with the school community. School culture is a positive thing that must be maintained and implemented by all school members without feeling forced. One of the school cultures that must be maintained is the issue of performance, including the performance of teachers in classroom competence in the teaching and learning process. To improve the performance of teachers, efforts can be made through various methods. In this School Action Research (PTS), action was attempted in the form of implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers at SD Negeri 12 Dahari Indah, Tala Wi District, Batu Bara Regency. This research was carried out in two cycles, because of the results of research and data analysis. It turns out that in the second cycle, teacher performance in classroom competence in the teaching and learning process increased and met the predetermined indicators of 75%. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that improving teacher performance in classroom competence in teaching and learning activities can be done by implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers.
