Abstract

Spiritual leadership is leadership that brings worldly matters to the ukhrowi (divine) dimension. who is able to inspire, influence through setting an example, and serve with compassion. One of the nation's leading figures and also a Muslim intellectual, namely KH. Abdurrahman Wahid or Gus Dur. This research is in the nature of a literature study, where the researcher is to obtain the results of an in-depth study related to literature on Spiritual Leadership, Gus Dur's leadership study. His views on various issues are always assessed with Islamic universalism which prioritizes spiritual values. In his leadership he strictly prohibited Islam from using violence because Islam is a peaceful religion. However, he allowed using violence when the situation was urgent. But as long as the path of peace can still be pursued, he forbids using violence, because Islam is a religion that is rahmatan lil alamin. In the political field, for Gus Dur, democracy means equal rights and status of every citizen before the law, regardless of differences in ethnicity, religion, gender and language. Gus Dur's thoughts on religious tolerance not only use products of traditional Islamic thought, but also emphasize the use of methodology (manhaj), legal theory (ushul fiqh), and legal rules (Qawa'id Fiqhiyah) in the framework of making a synthesis to give birth to new ideas as an effort responding to actual changes in society so that conflict between religions can be avoided.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the epistemological aspects in the management of Islamic Education. The method that researchers use is library research in the form of references from various library data sources that are ready to use so that they can be used immediately and are not limited by space and time. The results of the study show that aspects of epistemology are related to the way understanding and knowledge are obtained in the context of Islamic education. It includes teaching methods, sources of knowledge, and the process of understanding Islamic concepts. The role of epistemology in the management of Islamic education ensures that the methods and knowledge conveyed are in accordance with Islamic scientific principles. By understanding and applying this aspect of epistemology in Islamic education management, it is hoped that educational institutions can make a positive contribution in forming individuals who are knowledgeable, moral, and able to make a positive contribution to society and Muslims as a whole

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam suatu sekolah. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Upaya Peningkatan Mutu Guru di SMAIT Bait Et-Tauhied. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari wawancara yang dilakukan kepada Guru dan Kepala Sekolah, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi Pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan enam kesimpulan: (1) Perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang terdiri dari proses perencanaan, analisis dan deskripsi pekerjaan (2) Penyediaan sumber daya manusia terdiri dari Rekrutmen, seleksi & penempatan 3) Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan melakukan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di tempat kerja (On the Job Training) dan di luar tempat kerja (Off the Job Training). (4) Pemeliharaan tenaga kerja dengan memberikan kompensasi sesuai dengan haknya masing-masing (5) Pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan cara proses pengangkatan/pemindahan dan penurunan tenaga kerja terkait kualitas pekerjaannya (6) Evaluasi atau penilaian dilakukan dalam setiap satu tahun sekali dengan kegiatan supervisi (kunjungan dari kelas ke kelas) oleh kepala sekolah dan tim yang ditunjuk sebagai tim penilai yaitu wakil kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Education basically changes student behavior by forming attitudes and habits. The expected results from the implementation of education are not only knowledge, but also attitudes, understanding, expansion of interests, appreciation of norms and skills. So overall it forms the student's personality. In the teaching and learning process in class IX-6 of Sutomo 1 Private Middle School, Medan, there are still some students with negative behavior, such as children who are easily distracted, pay attention and do not control themselves to be a little calm, talk a lot, carry out aimless actions and lack social control. This research aims to collect data that can show the effectiveness of group guidance in reducing aggressive behavior in class IX-6 students at Sutomo 1 Private Middle School Medan for the 2022/2023 academic year. person. From the research results it can be concluded that aggressive behavior can be reduced through group guidance services for class IX-6 students at Sutomo 1 Private Middle School, Medan. This is known from the results of observations in cycle I, it is known that aggressive behavior such as being easily angry, often frustrated, easily emotional and often fighting can be said to be moderate, it is known that 50% of students' aggressive behavior has decreased. Furthermore, from observation in cycle II, it was found that the aggressive behavior of students who were easily angered, often frustrated, easily emotional, and often fought could be said to have reduced, it was found that 10% of students had reduced their aggressive behavior

Abstract

Management is a very important thing to enable people to achieve goals. Because so much importance that the expert or experts trying to find methods, systems and theories to achieve the goal that was born of management as a science. Actually, the management was already there when man was created and can not be separated from everyday human life in arranging his life. As for the guidance and management of reference in Islam is to hold fast to the Qur'an and Hadith as the basic source of Islamic teachings that became a reference in solving the problems of Muslims, for all matters relating to human life and all its activities including the management of all items listed in affirmed in the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. In this paper will be studied management in the Islamic view (perspective of Qur'an and Hadith) which contains the notion of management, management functions (planning, organizing, Actuating and Controlling) and to discuss leadership skills and competencies on what to have for a leader which are all linked in the view of the Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

Student responsibility for school regulations is a reflection of students who are disciplined and have character. To form this attitude and responsibility requires an example and habituation that starts from the environment around him. The most effective way to train students to be responsible is to provide group counseling services, namely as a group training students to be brave and able to interact with fellow group members so that individuals who have weak points can be overcome and become responsible individuals by discussing problems together with the group. through group dynamics. The formulation of the problem in this research is how group counseling can increase students' responsibility for school regulations in class The aim of this research is to find out whether group counseling services can increase students' responsibility towards school regulations. To see the aspect of responsibility towards school regulations as a KKp participant, researchers determined eight aspects of indicators of student responsibility towards school regulations. Progress is monitored at each activity stage of implementing group counseling services which includes the formation stage, transition stage, activities and termination or closing stage. Of the eight indicators determined, overall students can achieve improvement as seen by changes in cycle I to cycle II, if averaged in cycle I, the percentage obtained is 30% in KKp 1, increasing to 50% in KKp 2 and increasing again in cycle II starting from KKp 1 amounted to 72.5% and the increase increased to KKp 2 amounting to 92.5%. In this way, group counseling services can increase students' responsibility for school regulations, meaning that the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Management is the effective use of resources to achieve goals in education. In the context of student affairs, student affairs management is the structuring and organization of activities related to students, starting from the entry to the exit of these students from one school. The objectives of this study are: (1) to explore information about the implementation of student management in SMK Babunnajah Pandeglang. (2). Exploring information on efforts made in an effort to improve student management at SMK Babunnajah. In carrying out student management, it is carried out by forming a management plan, this management starts from the process of students entering the school until the students graduate by carrying out stages.1. Student management planning in schools such as schools record the size of the school, class size, number of classes, student and teacher staffing needs, and the ratio of the number of students and teachers. 2. coaching (student council and extracurricular activities), providing schedules and school regulations. 3 Monitoring and Evaluation of School Student Management.

Abstract

This research is Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) with the research subjects being all 10 students in class VII of SMPLB Negeri Selatpanjang for the 2021/2022 academic year. The aim of the research is to increase student learning activities in the guidance and counseling service with stop bullying materials. Data collection was carried out using observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis used in this research used qualitative descriptive analysis. The research activities carried out are planning, action, observation and reflection and carried out in 2 cycles. The results of the research data analysis show that the use of audiovisual media in the guidance and counseling services for stop bullying materials for class VII students at SMPLB Negeri Selatpanjang has been proven to increase student learning activities, this is proven by increasing student learning activities at each stage of the cycle where in the initial condition there were 3 students or 30 %, increased in cycle I by 5 students or 50%, and in cycle II there were 8 students or 80% of students who were declared complete. These results are in accordance with the specified indicators, namely the minimum number of students who are declared complete and are at the minimum good and very good assessment criteria which reaches 85% of the total number of students. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the use of audiovisual media in guidance and counseling services regarding stop bullying has been proven to be able to increase the learning activities of class VII students at SMPLB Negeri Selatpanjang semester 1 of the 2021/2022 school year

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using Virtual Reality (VR) technology in Islamic education, particularly in enhancing the understanding of religious values, spiritual experiences, and active student engagement. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study examines and synthesizes relevant research findings published over the past ten years. Data were obtained from various academic journals indexed in Scopus and Sinta that discuss the integration of VR in the context of Islamic education. The analysis was carried out by evaluating the effectiveness, challenges, and pedagogical implications of VR use.The findings show that VR can create immersive and interactive learning environments, thereby increasing students’ learning interest and conceptual understanding in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) subjects. VR has also proven effective in delivering abstract content—such as the Isra Mi’raj journey, the atmosphere of Hajj rituals, or the life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)—through visual and narrative means, thus strengthening students' spiritual experiences.However, infrastructure limitations, implementation costs, and teachers’ readiness to integrate the technology remain major challenges. In conclusion, VR contributes positively to innovative IRE learning that is contextual and applicable. The implications of this study highlight the need for teacher training, supportive education policies, and the development of VR content based on Islamic values to optimize the effective and sustainable use of this technology in Islamic education. This study also recommends further exploration of the long-term impact of VR use on students' character and moral development

Abstract

Educational service quality has become an essential concern in the governance of Islamic educational institutions, particularly Madrasah Aliyah, where administrative and academic support services play a strategic role in sustaining effective teaching and learning processes. However, existing studies in Islamic education management have predominantly emphasized the roles of principals and teachers, while the managerial contribution of educational personnel has received limited scholarly attention. This study aims to analyze the management of educational personnel roles in Madrasah Aliyah and to develop a managerial model oriented toward improving educational service quality. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis conducted in one state and one private Madrasah Aliyah in Kabupaten Sarolangun, Indonesia. The findings reveal several persistent managerial problems, including role ambiguity, overlapping responsibilities, weak coordination mechanisms, the absence of standardized service procedures, and non-systematic performance evaluation practices. These conditions result in reactive and inconsistent educational service delivery. Based on the synthesis of empirical findings, this study proposes a managerial model that integrates role structuring, job description formulation, institutional coordination mechanisms, SOP-based service standardization, service-indicator-based performance evaluation, and leadership supervision. The proposed model positions educational personnel as strategic actors within the educational service system and provides an empirically grounded framework for strengthening service consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement. This study contributes to the field of Islamic Education Management by offering a contextual managerial model that addresses an underexplored dimension of educational service quality in madrasahs.
