Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh menembak berpasangan terhadap ketepatan menembak, (2) pengaruh pelatihan mendorong bola sambil melompat terhadap ketepatan menembak, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan menembak berpasangan dan mendorong bola sambil melompat terhadap ketepatan menembak. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikan 5%. Subjek penelitian adalah anggota Klub Bola Basket Rajawali Semarapura. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 32 orang. Ketepatan menembak bola basket diukur dengan menggunakan speed sport shooting test. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan menembak berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan hasil thitung 7.580 > ttabel 2,131. thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga hasilnya signifikan, (2) pelatihan mendorong bola sambil melompat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan hasil thitung 9,667 > ttabel 2,131. Hal ini berarti, thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga hasilnya signifikan, dan (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan menembak berpasangan dan mendorong bola sambil melompat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan hasil rata-rata 0,475 > 2,042. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan menembak berpasangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak bola basket pada anggota Klub Bola Basket Rajawali Semarapura tahun 2016, (2) pelatihan mendorong bola sambil melompat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak bola basket pada anggota Klub Bola Basket Rajawali Semarapura tahun 2016 dan (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan menembak berpasangan dan mendorong bola sambil melompat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak bola basket pada anggota Klub Bola Basket Rajawali Semarapura tahun 2016.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, menembak berpasangan, mendorong bola sambil melompat, ketepatan menembak, bola basket The aim of this research is to know about (1) the influence of partner shooting to the shot accuracy, (2) the influence of training to pull up jumpers to the shot accuracy, (3) the different influence of partner shooting training and pull up jumpers to the shot accuracy. This research will use experiment method with the modified group pre-test-post-test design. The analysis of the data will use statistical calculation test-t (t-test) in the 5% of significant level. The subject of the research is the members of Rajawali Semarapura basketball club. The amount of the subject that will be used is 32 persons. The shot accuracy of the basketball will be measured by speed sport shooting test. The result of the data analysis is (1) the training of partner shooting give an influence to the shot accuracy with 7580> table 2,131, it is bigger than the table, so the result is significant, (2) the training of pull up jumpers give an influence to the shot accuracy by 9.667 > table 2.131. it means bigger than the table and the result is significant, and (3) there is no significant different influence between those two training to the accuracy with the average result is 0,475>2,042. It can be concluded that (1) the partner shooting training give a significant influence to the shot accuracy of the basketball to the members of Rajawali Semarapura basketball club in 2016, (2) the training of pull up jumpers give a significant influence to the shot accuracy to the members in 2016, and (3) there is no significant influence between both of those training to the shot accuracy to the members of Rajawali Semarapura basketball club in 2016. keyword : training, partner shooting, pull up jumpers, shot accuracy, basketball

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan operan berpasangan statis terhadap keterampilan paasing, (2) pengaruh pelatihan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan operan dengan berpasangan statis dan pelatihan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing pada peserta ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 3 Melaya tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre–test–post–test design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes passing. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikan (a) 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) pelatihan operan berpasangan statis berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing dengan hasil thit = 10,677 > ttabel = 2,093, (2) pelatihan operan dinamis berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing dengan hasil thit = 9,190> ttabel = 2,093, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan operan berpasangan statis dan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing dengan hasil thit = 0,358< ttabel = 2,093. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan operan dengan berpasangan statis yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan passing. (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing. dan (3) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan operan berpasangan statis dan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing pada peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 3 Melaya Tahun 2016.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan operan berpasangan statis, pelatihan operan dinamis, keterampilan passing This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training passing pairs static to a skill passing, (2) the effect of training passing dynamic of the skills passing, and (3) the difference effect between training passing with a pair of static and training passings dynamically to the skill of passing on participants extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Melaya 2016 totaling 40 students.
