Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan obstacle run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan obstacle run dan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh dengan jumlah siswa 30 orang. Peningkatan kelincahan diukur dengan menggunakan agility t-tes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan obstacle run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thitung 10,75 > ttabel 1,70. Hal ini berarti, thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga hasilnya signifikan. (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thitung 13,94 > ttabel 1,70. Hal ini berarti, thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga hasilnya signifikan. (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan obstacle run dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata 9,05 > 8,65. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pelatihan obstacle run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh tahun 2015, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh Tahun 2015, (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan obstacle run dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada peserta eksrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh tahun 2015 dimana pelatihan down the line drill lebih baik dari pada pelatihan obstacle run. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training obstacle to increased agility run, (2) the effect of the training drill down the line to increase agility, and (3) the influence of training and obstacle run down the line towards agility drill. The subjects were male student extracurricular participants soccer SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh by the number of students 30 people. Increased agility agility measured using t-tests. This study used an experimental method with the device of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. The results of data analysis (1) training obstacle to affect the increased agility run, with the result tcount 10.75> ttabel 1.70. This means, thitung greater than ttable, so the results are significant. (2) training drill down the line to affect the increased agility, with the result tcount 13.94> ttabel 1.70. This means, thitung greater than ttable, so the results are significant. (3) there is a significant difference from obstacle training run and down the line to increase agility drill, seen from the average yield of 9.05> 8.65. From the results of data analysis can be concluded that (1) There is a significant influence on the training of obstacle run to the increased agility in those football extracurricular SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh 2015, (2) There is a significant influence on the training down the line drills to increase agility to participants extracurricular football SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh 2015, (3) There is a significant difference between training obstacle run and down the line drills to increase agility in participants football extrakurikuler SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh 2015 where training down the line drill better than in training obstacle run. keyword : Training obstacle run, down the line drill training, agility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan footwork perintah terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan footwork perintah dan kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis. sample penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes kelincahan melewati cones. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan footwork perintah berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 7,437 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan kotak 50 berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 7,519 > ttab = 2,145, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan footwork perintah dengan kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 0,242 < ttab = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan footwork perintah terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis sebesar 1,56%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan Kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis sebesar 1,57 %, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan footwork perintah dan kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis pada siswa ektrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 1 Busungbiu tahun 2016. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, footwork perintah, kotak 50, kelincahan This research is aimed at knowing (1) the effects of footwork-order coaching toward badminton’s agility, (2) the effects of box 50 coaching toward badminton’s agility and (3) the differences of the effects of footwork-order coaching and box 50 toward badminton’s agility. The number of research sample was 30 people. This research used the modified pre-test – post-test group design. The test which used was agility test by passing the cones. Data analysis used statistic calculations of t-test at a significance level of 5%. The result of data analysis (1) the coaching of footwork-order was affected toward badminton’s agility with result thit = 7.437 > ttab = 2.145, (2) the coaching of box 50 was affected toward badminton’s agility with result thit = 7.519 > ttab = 2.145, (3) there is no differences between the effects of footwork-order coaching and box 50 toward badminton’s agility with result thit = 0.242 > ttab = 2.048. It can be concluded that (1) there is the effect of footwork-order coaching toward badminton’s agility by 1.56%, (2) there is the effect of box 50 coaching toward badminton’s agility by 1.57%, (3) there is no differences between footwork-order and box 50 coaching toward badminton’s agility for students of badminton extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Busungbiu year 2016 keyword : coaching, footwork-order, box 50, agility

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan service di atas tali terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan target service terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan service di atas tali dan target service terhadap service panjang bulutangkis. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan The modified pre-test post-test group design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan service panjang. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan service di atas tali berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis dengan hasil thit = 5,064 > ttab = 2,1199, (2) pelatihan target service berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis dengan hasil thit = 6,097 > ttab = 2,1199, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh keterampilan service panjang antara pelatihan service di atas tali dengan target service, dengan hasil thit = 0,518 > ttab = 2,0369. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan service di atas tali terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis, dengan peningkatan 10,23% (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan target service terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis dengan peningkatan 8,94%, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan service di atas tali dengan target service, terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, keterampilan, service panjang, ekstrakurikuler This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of the service on the rope training toward the badminton long service skills, (2) the effect of target service training toward the badminton long service skills, (3) the significant difference of badminton long service skills between the service on the rope group and the target service group. The sample of this study were 34 students. This research was an experimental study, with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data was obtained by using badminton long service skills test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the service on the rope training affected the badminton long service skills, with result thit = 5.064 > ttab = 2.1199, (2) the target service training affected the badminton long service skills, with result thit = 6.097 > ttab = 2.1199, (3) there was not a significant difference in the badminton long service skills between the service on the rope group and the target service group with the result thit = 0.518 > ttab = 2,0369. The conclusions are (1) there was an effect of service on the rope training toward the badminton long service skills, with the improvement score is 10,23%, (2) there was an effect of the target service training toward the badminton long service skills, with with the improvement score is 8,94%, and (3) there was not a significant difference effect of the badminton long service skills between the service on the rope group and the target service group.keyword : Training, skills, long service, extracurricular

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan Made Or Run Drill terhadap keterampilan shooting, (2) pengaruh pelatihan ten free throws in a row drill terhadap keterampilan shooting, (3) perbedaan keterampilan shooting antara kelompok perlakuan made or run drill dan ten free throws in a row drill. sampel penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket sma negeri 1 busungbiu berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan shooting free throw. analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan made or run drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan shooting, dengan hasil thit = 5,850 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan ten free throws in a row drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan shooting, dengan hasil thit = 4,610 > ttab = 2,145, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan made or run drill dan ten free throws in a row drill terhadap keterampilan shooting, dengan hasil thit = 0,000 < ttab = 2,048. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (2) pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dan(3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan call he number drill dan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Jenis penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian dengan jumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan dribbling melewati cones. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan call the number drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 13,866 > ttab = 2,109, (2) pelatihan three chair drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 12,718 > ttab = 2,109, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 0,152 < ttab = 2,033. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,39%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,44 %, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket dengan selisih 0,05%. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya adalah peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh keterampilan dribbling yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : keterampilan dribbling, pelatihan call the number drill, three chair drill. It can be concluded that (1) there is the effect of call the number coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.39%, (2) there is the effect of three chairs coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.44%, (3) there is no differences between call the number and three chairs coaching toward basketball dribbling skill with a difference of 0.05%. Suggestions for further research is the next researcher to develop research with different training to obtain a better dribbling skills. keyword : dribbling skills, training call the number drill, three drill chair.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass dan passing segitiga terhadap Keterampilan passing pada Siswa Putra Ekstrakurikuler Sepakbola Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Patas tahun 2016.
