Abstract

Sufism is a science that studies the divine and related aspects of Gods character. The essence of tauhid in Islam itself is a self-surrender of Gods will, both of worship and of muamalah.The purpose of production is to meet individual needs and realize the independence of the ummah. The purpose of production in the individual level is the fulfillment of the individuals needs perfectly based on the feasibility of the times and the environment. The purpose of production in the level of ummah is the fulfillment of the ability, expertise and infrastructure with which human beings can carry out their religious affairs affairs.Therefore Islam requires its people to work to meet the needs of life, the benefit of the family, the benefits of society and to prosper the earth.Muslims, should not only be diligent in worship, but must also be true in your practice. In other words, the Muslims besides having ritual piety, must also have social piety. Muslims must be able to implement their noble values to Allah SWT in their daily activities, both in political, social and economic activities. Values of tauhid should be implemented in our daily lives eg in economic activities such as honesty, fairness, trust, and transparency.

Abstract

In the midst of modern society today the problem of investment has been the development of financial activity (financial asset) so rapidly. Lately sharia investment is increasingly crowded because of the public interest in sharia-based investment.There is a positive relationship between the level of investment and the expected rate of return. Investment demand (investment demand) is determined by the level of profit (expected profit).While the expected profit level depends on (1) the total expected profit from firm activity (entrepreneurial) (2) Share in profit claimed by the owner of the fund. Thus, Muslim investors or savers may choose between three alternatives to take advantage of their funds (a) hold cash in cash (b) hold funds in the form of non-revenue assets (eg bank deposits, loans, property, jewelery) or (C) investing funds (becoming an investor in a project that can increase the state capital stock).

Abstract

Business activities that ignore the ethical dimension are in fact detrimental to society, two entities that should be integrated into a single entity. In Batur, Ceper, Klaten most of the population are metal casting entrepreneurs, the dynamics of business activity is very tight, the whole population is Muslim, many traditional pesantren so that business ethics becomes a serious concern. The phenomenon that is happening. First, there is a businessman experiencing rapid growth of business. Secondly, business entrepreneurs decreased business activity and even stalled. Researchers use field research methods or (Research field), with descriptive nature. Technique of collecting data by interview and observation. To analyze the data, use qualitative analysis in an inductive way. The result of the research shows that Islam considers business not merely to gain material advantage, but also to achieve the goal of the essence of humanity (Khalifah Allah). In such alignment, Islam provides a paradigm building in business. Implementation of Islamic business ethics of metal foundry by providing correct product information, honest, giving guarantee and comfort to consumer. So many million attention to the people of the surrounding community by alleviating poverty and paying zakat.

Abstract

Investment is a sacrifice now to benefit future. Investment opportunities need to be improved so that economic development can run smoothly, so as to realize the welfare for the wider community. Islam teaches its people to seek a better life, both in the world and in the hereafter. Investing in economic activities must be in accordance with Islamic corridors. For the Muslim investor, the economic aspect is not the only aspect to be considered, but there are other aspects to note: the spiritual moral aspect. This spiritual moral dimension is indispensable for filtering out forbidden economic activities in Islamic investment. Islam strongly advocates investment, but not all areas of business are allowed to invest. There are rules in Islam that impose restrictions on which activities are lawful and unlawful to do. It aims to control people from activities that harm society.

Abstract

Local culture or local wisdom is the values or behavior of local people living in interacting with the environment in which they live wisely. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between local wisdom on green economy development in Pasuruan Regency. Research population is dairy farmer in Pasuruan Regency. The sample of this research dairy farmers in three districts in Pasuruan. Sampling using stratification random sampling with sample number 80 dairy farmer. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis by doing t test. The results showed that local wisdom has a significant effect of 3,485 to green economic development in Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach through survey method which aims to know the influence ofService Excellentto customer satisfaction loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri LawangMalang. To know this then used multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents with sample determinationusing non-probabilitysampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews. While for testing the instrument using validity test,reliability test and classical assumption test.The results showed that independent variables consisting of Ability (X1), Attitude (X2), Appearance (X3), Attention (X4), Action (X5), Responsibility (X6), Quality of Service (X7), Product Quality (X8), Cost and Ease (X9) simultaneously have a significant influence on the variable customer satisfaction (Y). This is indicated by the result of calculation F arithmetic ≥ F table (57,120≥ 0,362) or Sig F ≤ 5% (0.000 ≤ 0,05).While the contribution of variables Ability (X1),Attitude (X2), Appearance (X3), Attention (X4), Action (X5), Responsibility (X6), Quality Service (X7), Product Quality (X8), Cost and Ease (X9) to customer satisfaction variable (Y) is indicated by the determinant coefficient value of 0.070 or70% while the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables outside this research variable. The results showed that independent variables consisting of Ability(X1), Attitude (X2), Appearance (X3), Attention (X4), Action (X5), Responsibility (X6), Quality of Service (X7), Product Quality (X8) ), Cost and Ease (X9) are only partially Ability (X1), Appearance (X3), Action (X5), Quality of Service (X8) Cost and Convenience (X9) which have significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This paper analyzes the productivity of young women who are members of Fatayat Jamiyah Nahdatul Ulama (NU) organization in Surabaya city related to various economic activities in order to overcome the condition of poverty. Along with the organizations journey, Fatayat NU is not only an organization that talks about religion and education, but also becomes an organization that fills social space, health, politics and also economy. In Surabaya, the city-level Fatayat NU has members of not less than 10,000 (tenribu) women scattered in 18 (eighteen) sub-district level children who regularly attend various organizational activities. As a large organization, of course this organization has contributed greatly to the main area in reducing poverty in the city of Surabaya.In this study the concept of productivity used is the concept to measure how the Fatayat NU women of Surabaya city can support the Surabaya city government program in eradicating urban poverty which is reflected in their attitude and behavior in the activity activity of the economy. Where there is a presumption that productivity has a reciprocal relationship. That is, the productivity of Fatayat NU women is a reflection of efforts to improve the family economy, if the family economy is strong then the regional economy will also increase. Similarly, the increase in family economy is reflected in the productivity of Fatayat NU women as part of the family in the city of Surabaya.
