Abstract

ABSTRACTThis current study aimed at describing : ( 1) Forms of agriculture shift land (2) The role and function of Subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba to reduce agriculture land shifted (3) The difficulties faced by Subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba in running owned role and function of Subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba to reduce shifted agriculture land. This sdudy was done in Subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba in Tampaksiring village, Tampaksiring District, Gianyar regency, Bali. The study was designed in form of descriptive-qualitative. The subjek of this study were used purposive sampling technique, and the informant of this study were : (1) Prajuru (Broad) of subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba, (2) Krama (members) of subak Gede Pulagan Kumba and (3) and peoples in Tampaksiring village which have agriculture land but do not the including as membersof subak. The data gathered in this study namely interview and documentation method. Technique analyse data which is used in this study is data analysis of descriptive-qualitative. Based on date found by researcher on 2007 until 2012 the shifted agriculture land that happened in region of subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba have reached number 5,47 hectare from wide of the overall of region of subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba for the width of 205 hectare or 2,7% from wide of the overall of region of subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba. The shifted agriculture land consist of several forms such as: housing of person, shop, place of effort, private sector clinic, livestock cage and school. Most dominating form is housing of person. Subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba have role and function as a traditional institution which hoped to reduce shifted agriculture land with the various law that this organitation have. The difficulties faced by Subak Gede Pulagan-Kumba to reduce shifted agriculture land were consist of two categories such as intern problem showed from the weakly legitimation that subak has to reduce shifted function and the wider authority which is members have as the owner of the land to manner their own. Then extern problems were growth of society development and economy also the higher of agriculture land sold.Key words: Subak, Shifted agriculture land function, Agriculture.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine: (1) The loan agreement with Bank Branch Sinarmas Singaraja Bali, (2) Being non-performing loans faced by the Bank Sinarmas, (3) Efforts - Efforts were made to resolve the legal issues in the Bank Sinarmas credit. This study used descriptive qualitative research approach. The technique of determining the subject of research using purposive sampling and snow ball the subject of this study is Chairman Sinarmas Bank Branch Singaraja, Employees of the credit from Bank Branch Sinarmas Singaraja, Debtor, Notary Public Employees Singaraja court. Data collection techniques used in this study: (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) the recording of documents, (4) Method of literature. Tekniuk descriptive analysis with qualitative data analysis. These results indicate that (1) prior to the loan agreement executed, then the bank has provided a blank credit agreement are enforceable prior to credit given to each applicant, and if the debtor and the bank agreed with blank credit application is considered worthy to be given to the debtor the bank will provide Letters of Credit Confirmation that contains a large number or credit approval, loan repayment period, the amount of costs such as interest and other fees necessary, withdrawal of credit terms, manner and form of lines of credit and credit guarantees worth, (2) Being non-performing loans has ever faced by the Bank Sinarmas Branch Singaraja is substandard loans and non-performing loans (3) Prior to take legal action in the resolution of credit issues early - first Bank Sinarmas rescue efforts by providing a grace period and mengurangu lending rates. While the Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Singaraja give melelui negotiation, mediation and then arbitration.Keywords: Credit Agreement, Credit Problems.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine whether sanctions reef runway in traditional village forge Penglipuran, and how sanctions mengantisifasi coral mixing in polygamous marriages in the Village People Penglipuran. The data were collected using several methods, including: 1). Interview, 2). Registration documents and 3). Observation. The study used a qualitative descriptive study. The research was conducted in rural communities in the District pakraman Penglipuran Bangli, Bangli district. Informant or source of the data in this study is the village of Pakraman Penglipuran consisting of: 1). Society Pakraman Penglipuran, 2). Bendesa custom Pakraman Penglipuran, 3) Jro Kubayan Pakraman Penglipuran. Determination of the informants in this study was purposive sampling techniques, namely the determination of the respondents according to the purpose. The results showed that: 1). The foundation of the reef sanctions mixing using several grounds will be used as a guide or reference in the application. The foundation such as juridical foundation (awig awig), sociological foundation (people), relegius foundation. 2). Process of mixing rock sanctions in the traditional village Penglipuran it through three stages, the first stage is a call to those who commit acts of polygamy to listen to the exposure of some indigenous prajuru related aspects in the mixing rock sanctions to be received later, when it was still adamant in its stand still like polygamy, then prajuru custom will continue into the second stage of the manufacture of the hut to put a polygamous family is in an area called coral fuse, if the hut is finished created, it will be continued into the third process is the placement of a polygamous family in the hut that has been made by indigenous villagers in the area of the reef thing about mixing.Key words: Customary Sanctions and Follow Polygamy.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine (1) philosophical foundation of Nyepi Segara, (2) Theimplementation of Nyepi Segara, (3) Nyepi Segara role in maintaining environmentalconservation and socio-cultural values in the village of Ped, Nusa Penida, Klungkung regency.This study, using a qualitative descriptive research approach and data collection techniques thatare used through interviews, observation, literature. The analysis of the data used in this study isto use qualitative descriptive analysis. These subjects include: Indigenous kelihan Ped, PedKadus village, elders (elders) who knows about Nyepi Segara Village Ped. The results of thisstudy indicate that (1) philosophical foundation Nyepi Ped Segara Village is a form of homage tothe god Varuna is believed to be the ruler of oceans and seas. (2) The Nyepi Segara Village Ped,whose implementation falls on the full moon based calendar sasih Kapat Bali, has beenconducted since 1600 AD or during the reign of Dalem Waturenggong. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was conducted in the districts Sukawati aimed to determine (1) the extent of the involvement of community-based organizations (CBOs) in the party in the district Sukawati (2) the strategy undertaken by community organizations (CBOs) to enter the political parties in the district Sukawati (3 ) constraints faced by community organizations (CBOs) in engagement with the political parties in the district Sukawati. The subject in this study are : (a) members of civil society organizations (CBOs) (b) members of a political party (c) community leaders and the public. This study used qualitative research methods deskipif and data collection, the authors use observation techniques, interviewing and recording dokumen.Serta in this qualitative descriptive study, researchers used qualitative data analysis, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of the people and the behavior observed by the sampling method (sampling purfursip). The results of this study were (1) the involvement of community-based organizations (CBOs) in the party so far seen in (a) providing escorts in the activities of political parties (b) participate in the meeting invitation attend political party (c) provide and find support for party members political (d) establish forms of cooperation or agreement between members of civil society organizations (CBOs) with members of political parties (e) erection attributes by community organizations (CBOs) and political parties. (2) Strategies undertaken by community organizations (CBOs) to enter into a political party that is (a) because of the proximity of one of the members of civil society organizations (CBOs) with members of the party that leads to all members of the community-based organizations (CBOs). Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve learning outcomes Citizenship Education (Civics)through the application of learning models NHT (Numbered Head Together). Thisresearch is a class act that is done in two cycles of action. Stages-tahapn in eachcycle is the planning, implementation, observation / evaluation and reflection. Thesubjects were students of class XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja, amounting to36 people. The object includes learning outcomes Civics. The data were collectedusing observation techniques, giving tests, and questionnaires. Observationtechniques used to collect data on students in participating in learning activitiesCivics. Giving tests are used to obtain data on student learning outcomes Civics.Questionnaires were used to collect data related to the application of the methodin learning NHT. Furthermore, the data collected were analyzed by descriptivequantitative. The results of this study indicate that the application of learningmodels NHT (Numbered Head Together) in a Civics lesson in class XI IPA 3SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja, can improve learning outcomes Civics. It can be seenfrom the following data: 1) an increase in the average value of the learningoutcomes Civics cycle of 69.4 to 75.3% absorption of mastery learning classicalscore of 69.44%, while the average yield on learning Civics second cycle is equalto 81.25% with the absorption of 81.3 94.44% mastery learning classical. Abstract

?ABSTRACThis study aims to find out: 1) the foundation fhilosofi of banning women participated in the procession to the cemetery burial and cremation Village district of Kintamani district Terunyan Bangli, 2) the position of women in the procession and burial cremtion at the traditional vilage Terunyan Kintamani district Bangli, 3) what values are to be maintained rohibiting women participate to the grave in the burial procession and cremation in the traditional village Terunyan Kintamani district Bangli. The research was conducted in the Terunyan village of Kintamani district Bangli, that the object of study is the position of women in the procession and cremation burials bodies. This research is a qualitative descriptive research methods with empirical approach. Data collection techniques to perform interviews, document recording and observation techniques. Technique of determining sample with engineering purposive sampling the technique is done with a specific purpose. Data processing techniques with a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques the authors attempted describe the data that have been collected in a systematic then analyze it, so it can be concluded in general are accompanied by arguments. The results showed that: 1) foundation filosophy of prohibiting women participate to the grave in the burial procession and cremation is a public trust that meraga istri who holds Ida Ratu Ayu Dalem Pingit and the presence of an inscription in the form temaga, 2) the position of women in the procession and cremation burial pradana remain as obligations like a woman and be a major helper, 3) values to be maintained prohibiting women participate in the procession to the cemetery of burial and cremation in the traditional Terunyan village of Kintamani district Bangli including : a) religious values or beliefs of the worshiping ida Betara meraga istri and the existence of a inscription the form temaga, b) cultural values of gender Potition and cultural mores are owned by the Terunyan village, c) value of advice pengelingsir believed to be hereditary and, d) concept value solidarity, segilik seguluk sebayantaka.Keywords: Women, Procession Burial Bodies and Cremation

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to describe (1) the philosophical foundations megibung tradition, (2) the procession megibung tradition, and (3) indigenous traditions megibung terms of moral values of Pancasila. What this research is in thetraditional village Kemoning, Klungkung district, Klungkung regency. This study used purposive sampling technique so that the subject of research is the traditional village heads, community leaders, and youth. Data was collected through interviews, literature, observation, and recording of documents. The data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative data were analyzed by using words. These results indicate (1) the foundation of the tradition megibung philosophy is to instill a pattern of togetherness, mutual cooperation, unity, justice, democracy, humanity and divinity in life, (2) be gradual procession megibung the preparation, processing, presentation, megibung, and stage finishes megibung, and (3) in the tradition of megibung when viewed from the moral values of Pancasila. All the moral values of Pancasila was conducted in the tradition megibung. It can be concluded that megibung tradition has a very close correlation with the moral values of Pancasila and also very pronounced nuances.Keywords: Megibung and Indigenous Traditions

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is aimed at a class action: (1) to improve learning outcomesCivics class VII 2 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja, (2) to enhance learning activitiesCivics class VII 2 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja, (3) to determine the constraintsconstraints experienced by students in the application of cooperative learningmodel type Group Investigation (GI). The research was conducted in two cycles,each cycle consisting of four phases are: planning, implementation, and evaluationphases of reflection phase. The subjects were students of class VII 2 SMP Negeri2 Singaraja, the number of students 42 people consisting of 22 male students and20 female students. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive method withqualitative meaning. The results in the first cycle, the average value of studentlearning outcomes is at 79.28 and categorized simply by the absorption of 79.28%and 78.57% for classical completeness, the results on the second cycle, theaverage value of student learning outcomes is equal to 90, and included in bothcategories with 90% absorption and 100% classical completeness. Activities ofstudents in the first cycle included in the category is quite active, whereas activityof students in the second cycle included in the category of very active. Some ofthe obstacles encountered in the implementation of cooperative learning model GItype, the first students are not familiar with cooperative learning model GI type,both students' ability to express their opinions is relatively less, and there are threegroups the ability to present and clarify the results of the discussion are lesssuccessful. Based on the above results, it is suggested to teachers who seekimprovement Civics outcomes and learning activities to apply the learning modelGI Cooperative Study on Civics learning as an alternative to improve learningoutcomes and learning activities Civics.Key Words: Group Investigation, Results and Learning Activities

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine how to improve the result learn at subject of Civic Education with the use model the study of co-operative of type jigsaw at student of class of VIII B SMP negeri 1 Payangan. This research represent the classroom action research ( PTK) of performed within twice action cycle, where researcher as teacher in study execution. Every cycle consisted of by the planning, execution, observation / evaluate and reflection. This Subjects Research is student of class of VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Payangan of school year 2012 / 2013 with the student amount 39 people. Is technics of data collecting used by: ( 1) observation sheet; ( 2) test and non test; ( 3) enquette. The analysis of he data used in this study is to use qualitative descriptive and quantitative analysis. The result of this study indicated that applying model the study of co-operative of type jigsaw in study of Civic Education ( PKN) can improve the result learn student. This matter is visible in execution of cycle of I and cycle II. Is Make-Up of result learn the student horizontally - flatten the class at observation of early equal to 60,53 completely learn 46,90%. Experiencing of improvement flatten the class at cycle I of equal to 12,56% horizontally - flatten the class reach 73,1 with the percentage flatten 73,1% if seen by into PAP of inclusive of high category, completely learn 53% While at cycle II experience of the improvement as much 7% with the value flatten the class reach 80 with the percentage flatten - flatten equal to 80% if seen by into PAP stay in the high category completely learn 84,61%.Keyword : The Study of Co-Operative of Type Jigsaw and Result of Learning.
