Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the level of education and work motivation on employees of the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service.This study was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach to obtain a complete picture of the variables studied. This type of survey research is analyzing the data needed to support the discussion of research in solving and answering the problems that have been formulated. Data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression.Based on the results of this study prove the constant (b0) = 0.590, which indicates that if there is no level of education and work motivation, then the employee's performance will be constant, which is 0.590. The value of b1 = -0.31 shows that the education level variable does not have a positive effect on the performance variable. Thus the current employee performance is not influenced by the educational background or level of education available. This is further strengthened by the value of standardized coefficient which is also negative. Value of b2 = 0.846 indicates that work motivation contributes positively to performance. This means that the better the work motivation given, the better the employee's performance will be. The magnitude of the effect of work motivation variables can be seen again from the value of the standardized coefficient that is equal to 0.583 or in other words the work motivation gives an effect on performance of 58.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service.This study was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach to obtain a complete picture of the variables studied. This type of survey research is analyzing the data needed to support the discussion of research in solving and answering the problems that have been formulated. Data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression.Based on the results of the analysis of this study prove motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the significance (prob) = 0.985 which indicates above of the probability (sig) = 0,000 <α = 0.05 and the contribution value b1 = 0.001 or 0, 01%, while the influence of competence on the performance of employees in the Social Service of South Sulawesi Province showed a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the significance (prob) = 0,000 below α = 0.05. Of the two independent variables, the competency variable (X2) has the largest and most dominant coefficient.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to analyze the influence of organizational climate on employee performance at the Directorate of Traffic of the South Sulawesi Regional Police and (2) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Police Traffic Directorate.The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression analysis method. The research data was obtained from the employees of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Traffic Directorate. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach.The results showed that (1) the organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Traffic Directorate of the South Sulawesi Regional Police because good organizations were able to control the pattern of competition among employees well, and (2) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. that is, if job satisfaction increases, then the employee's performance increases, and vice versa if job satisfaction decreases, then employee performance also decreases

Abstract

The research objective was 1) to analyze the effect of training on the performance of employees of the board of directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV, 2) to analyze the effect of employee empowerment on the performance of employees of the board of directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV, 3) to analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of the directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method. Research data was obtained from employees of the PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV office. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the regression results show that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. This shows that training has an important role in improving employee performance and also carrying out tasks in a company. 2) the regression results show that employee empowerment variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the directors' office of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. This shows that empowering good and directed employees will have a positive impact on the company, especially on improving employee performance. 3) the regression results show that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the directors office of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. This shows that the right compensation gives a positive impact on employees in improving their performance for the company

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty in the Indonesian Regional VII Makassar Telecommunications company, and 2) To find out and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the Makassar Indonesia Regional VII Makassar company. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method. The research data was obtained from the customers of the Indonesian Regional VII Makassar Telecommunications. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach. The results showed that 1) Based on the results of multiple regression tests, the effect of service quality variables had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the Makassar Indonesia Regional VII Makassar company. This means that the better the quality of services provided, the higher the customer loyalty, and 2) Based on the results of multiple regression tests, the effect of customer satisfaction variables has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the Makassar Indonesia Regional VII Makassar company. This means that the better customer satisfaction is given, the higher the customer loyalty

Theresearch approach is an explanatory causal approach.The results showed that 1)variable brand image had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasingdecisions at PT. This means that the better the company'sbrand image, the consumer purchasing decisions will increase, and 2) price variableshave a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Abstract

Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar and to know and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar. The results showed that based on the results of multiple regression tests, the effect of work ability variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar, meaning that employee performance can be increased if influenced by employee work ability and the influence of work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar, meaning that employee performance can increase if influenced by employee work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work experience on employee performance in the company PT. Hadji Kalla in Makassar and to find out and analyze the influence  of work placements on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla in Makassar. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression analysis method. Research data was obtained from employees of PT. Hadji Kalla in Makassar. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach.The results show that work experience has a direct influence on employee performance. Work experience possessed by employees will be able to help employees in carrying out their duties so as to improve employee performance, and work placements have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the company PT. Hadji Kalla in Makassar, meaning that employee performance can increase if influenced by employee work placements
