Abstract

Ulama(Islamic Scholars) who obligatetheconsentandagreement (shigat) in the form ofspeechgrantedbycertain wordssuch as"buying and selling" indicates that those ulamaare from Syafiiyyahschool of thought with qaulypattern.sect. Theulamawho require the obligationof shigatbut withno certain words as above, is saidtobe in the school of thought with manhajypattern. Theulamawho does not obligate the saying of (shigat) is not Syafiiyyahoriented,and is not tied toa particular school of thought. In the context ofshigat, these ulamaarguebased onscholarly opinionsstatingthat the transactionwithoutshigatis considered valid, and this transactionis calledBaial-muatah.

Abstract

The Text of Sakrat al-Maut written by Abdurrauf Assingkili that was collected along with the text of Syar?b al-?syiq?n written by Syekh Hamzah Fansuri and the text of Hujjatus Shidd?q written by Syekh Nuruddin Arranir as well as other writings in the manuscript of Nagara strengthens the influence of the Islamic scholars on Islamic studies in Banjar. Philologically, this manuscript was regarded as a copy made in the 19th century, and it was not the initial manuscript written by Sheikh Abdurrauf in the 17th century. The circulation of Sakrat al-Maut manuscripts is not widespread. It is evident with the minimal number of manuscripts that were found / recorded in the catalog. In Banjar, the teachings contained in the manuscript text of Sakrat al-Maut is not fully adopted by next Banjar scholars.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Madrasah is often considered minimum. Holistic curriculum is believed to be relevant and can be an alternative solution to overcome the problem of learning school in relation to the improvement of learning outcomes. Holistic curriculum model is based on the perennial philosophy. It is a school that sees education as a cultural heredity / a whole, integrated, and relevant discipline which presents the related, connected and intact teaching materials. The implementation process uses an active and cooperativeapproach which integrates learning with logical thinking, intuition, emotion and directexperience. By using classroom action research procedure, this model was implemented to find a model that is relevant to the characteristics of PAI at MTs. The experimental research was also carried out to look at the effectiveness of the curriculum used. The results showed thatthe experimental group gained greater learning outcomes (high category), than the control class. The students activity inlearning process of the experimental class also showed higher level of participation than the control class.

Abstract

The development of shari’ah is being questioned because it has deviated from the original purpose and tends to focus more on formal aspects than on its application and usefulness for life. Therefore, it is the time to re-evaluate the strategy and execution of all forms of shari’ah to fi t with the modern era and improve the business of ummah to cover the advancement of science and technology. There are two choices in establishing the patterns of shari’ah studies. First, follow the trends with tecnical, bureaucratic and legal also formal rule that will make Islamic shari’ah static. Secondly, formulate the paradigm of integrated shari’ah studies covering the development of science and technology whose purpose is to establish a dynamic and responsive Islamic law to the problems of society.

Abstract

The existence of Islamic law in Indonesia has long earned a place in public life. It is the law established in the midst of society and even became the offi cial legal state at the time of Islamic kingdoms until the beggining of VOC. When the Dutch managed to take over all the power of the Islamic kingdoms, the Islamic law began to be abolished gradually. After independence, Indonesian people began to dig his own laws independently and Islamic laws still exists and getting stronger. The Islamic law has its own power which can take the form in legisation, jurisprudence and public legal awareness. Islamic law has an important strategic position in the formation and preparation of Indonesias national law. One effort to incorporate Islamic law into the national legal order is through the transformation of the values of Islamic law into the Indonesian National Legal System.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accounting treatment of sharia PSAK 102 on BMT Ummah Banjarmasin. This type of research is the research field (Field Reseach), are qualitative. Retrieving data using interview techniques and documentation. While the analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis with interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Through techniques qualitative descriptive analysis, this study resulted in the finding that the accounting treatment of sharia in BMT Ummah Banjarmasin yet fully adopted PSAK 102, it can be proved the few that still needs to be improved such as the lack of accounting treatment urbun murabaha, the accounting treatment of pieces of early settlement, and not the accounting treatment of fines upon members (customers) who are in arrears.
