Abstract

This research is intended to find out the form, the meaning and the function of the lyrics of Banjarese Lullabies. The method used is descriptive qualitative using Ricoeurs hermeneutic approach to understand the lyrics in Banjarese Lullabies. This study found that (1) the lyrics of Banjarese Lullabies have two forms; free and bound forms; (2) the meaning of the lyrics of the lyrics of Banjarese Lullabies contains request, prayer, education, introduction of religion, and advice, (3) the function of the lyrics of Banjarese Lullabies are referential function, expressive function, directive function and aesthetic function. This research also indicates that the similar research should be carried out continously to prevent the lyrics of Banjarese Lullabies from extinction.

Abstract

Rampant fraud masquerading as MLM, make this business less sympathetic received from the public. One way to distinguish between MLM and Money game is to see whether a business development company that has been listed by the DSA (APLI) or not. In the system, MLM is a network that works in stages by utilizing the results of the sales turnover of not recruiting members. Bonus received was the work of members who have successfully marketed the product to others. Enterprise as the system has set bonuses and rewards for members who successfully achieve sales target at certain levels and indeed the achievement of these targets is a motivation for other members to work hard to market their products. The basic concept, how the system works and products/services are marketed throughout the engagement does not conflict with the principles of Islam is deemed valid and should be developed for the benefit of mankind.

Abstract

In the Islamic discourse, the study of hadith is in demand today. This is because the function of hadith is as a source of Islamic teachings which is a necessity in human life in all circumstances and conditions. Therefore, the proper method of understanding hadith through comprehensive approach both textual and contextual is required. The study of hadith also needs methodology enlightenment and paradigm shift. In this case, modification and adaptation of information and methodology elements by a discipline from other disciplines is a natural thing. This integration of various diciplines is then known as interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach. Interdisciplinary approach in the study of hadith which use the traditional Islamic science is also done by a number of contemporary scholars of hadith

Abstract

The Prophet Muhammad Saw has a great influence among his best friends. The influence was also felt in the field of management education. In management, there are four principles: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. These four elements are then adopted in managing educational institutions which so called educational management. These four principles are also found in the prophetic spirit. In the beginning of the reign of the Prophet Muhammad in Medina, he launched a literacy program for the companions which was followed by the instructions to the particular person to learn certain science. The Prophet also established teaching and learning for all his followers. During the study, he often asked questions to know how far the companions’ mastery of the material being taught. What the Prophet did can be categorized as a principle of prophetic management based education.

Abstract

In the process of transferring knowledge from western country, it is inevitable that the pattern of the way of life and habits such as liberalism, hedonism, materialism, empirical and secular attitude was unconsiously adapted. Eventually, science can take man to be more distant from God as a source of spiritual values that is capable of delivering the ultimate goal of human life in the form of peace and harmony. In fact, science has now shifted so that it led to power fight as wellas mastery of the material competition which sometimes violates the social ethics and religion. A scientist is required to realize the negative values that come with science and make a positive factor combined with positive attitude as a beachhead for research in order to achieve the philosophical meaning of science to have a peaceful and prosperous community.

Abstract

The growing phenomenon of politics identity after the 1998 reform, which tends to encourage "religious communalism", should be a major concern and this should be answered by the discipline of Islamic philosophy as the challenges in building a better Indonesian nation with a better future. In this context, Seyyed Hossein Nasr’s thought is relevant to be actualized as the effort to contextualize the role of Islamic philosophy for contemporary society and as an approach to understand the reality of religion through the world-view of Sufism.

Abstract

The History of world bussiness is full of ethics violation cases and financial scandals. Public can even see clearly the various economic crimes such as corruption, financial engineering and money laundering. These issues are always interesting since it involves tricks in information presentation which indicates a fraud. The application of forensic accounting and investigative audits is a solution to the anxiety of financial world. Forensic accounting and investigative audits in its simplest form is a blend between the disciplines of accounting, auditing and law. Forensic accounting is the use of accounting skills combined with the ability to solve a problem or alleged fraud. The investigative audit is an attempt to prove a mistake in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
