Poverty is a multidimensional problem that is faced by many developing countries. Poverty in Indonesia is caused by many factors such as limitation of physical, psychological resources,andÂ economic access. According to Yusuf Qaradawi, to overcome poverty, charityÂ is the first goal and become the main purpose of zakat. This study tried to assess the impact of zakat in alleviating povertyÂ and making zakat as a productive sourceÂ for the development of micro-enterprises that are expected to realize the main purpose of the charity which is the welfare of society. This research is a case study using a sample of âOviâ Laundry business as one of the businesses that are considered capable of evolving with ZIS funds provided by BAZNAS city of Banjarmasin. These results indicate that internal factors (accuracy in planning, careful in spending, consequence of developing the business, intention to be independent, and regular cash flow) and external factors (capital loan of BAZNAS) greatly affects the performance of the business and business continuity of Ovi Laundry. The success of this effort demonstrated by the indicators is perceived andÂ recognized by the owner who isÂ able to pay for everyday household, the education of her children and save for the future.

Banjar is famous for its great scholars and have an important role in the Islamic world. In this study, Banjarese scholars had passions and purposes to enhance, strengthen and develop the tradition of writingHadith. The books of hadith they wrote is not only applicable in Islamic boarding school but also for public usage in this country as well as other countries.Banjarese scholarsÂ who was related to hadith ArbaCin the 20th century were Kasyful Muhammad Anwar, Anang Syacrani Arif, Muhammad Syukeri Unus, and Ahmad Fahmi Zamzam. This study attempts to explain the background of those scholars and Â their roles in the scientific tradition of Hadith in Banjar as an effort to introduce theÂ Islamic scholars in Nusantara to Islamic world. This research is based on analysis of historical and biographical data obtained from the collection of documentsand processed descriptively. The study found that the role of Banjarese scholars in the 20th century gave a new nuance to the study of hadith in Banjar and Malaysia.

The study of KH. Salim Maruf thought about buying and selling is important to do because sometimes his thought is in contrast to other scholars opinion. For example, KH. Salim Maruf said that buying and selling done by a drunk person is valid/legal. However, if it is done by children under the permission of the guardians, according to KH.Salim Maruf, is not valid/legal. KH. Salim Maruf also found that buying and selling to people whose treasure is doubtful is makruh. In addition, he also noted that buying and selling sacrificial meat is haram, bay al-urbun, bay munabadzah and bay mulamasah, bayataini fi bayatin, bay malaqih. KH. Salim Maruf did not give the legal proposition on each of his thought published in the book of Risalah Muamalah while the law is said to be invalid or false is determined from the aspect of legal proposition, therefore, it is necessary to study and search of the arguments used in book.

The high divorce rate in Indonesia sometimes result with positive and negative trends. Positive trend meant the rise of women to defend their rights as a wife that is often abused by her husband so divorce is the best solutions and alternatives. Trend downside besides destroying a family structure also carries a psychological impact, especially children in addition to great effect in socio-civic life. Legal divorce just look at issues from both parties (husband and wife) only, while the other family members in this case the child is not involved. Though the realm of the family consisting of a husband and wife and children. Child has a fundamental right within the family and also have the right to intervene to prevent his parents divorce because he was the main victim of the divorce itself. Required a special advocate to defend the interests and rights of the child in his parents divorce given the level of skill in the legal act has not been adequate. In this case the role and functions of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) is necessary in order to fulfill these rights.

This research is motivated by the attitude of some people who are pros and cons toward the law of polygamy in the Quran. The researcher found that these two attitudes seem to counter to each other and mutually apathy. The pro-people tend to ease the poligamy and ignore its purpose, whereas, the cons reject the practice of polygamy under the excuse of being not ready. This research is conducted to answer to the pros and cons using the thoughts of Quraish Shihab as a mufassir and a Muslim scholars. This research is expected to be able provide a full understanding of polygamy in the Quran. This is a literature study. The research object is the reactive thoughts of Quraish Shihab and the source is Tafsir al-Mishbah. From this research it can be seen that, polygamy offered in the Quran does not mean without limits, terms, and purpose. Likewise, The Quran does not ban poligamy if it is as an emergency solution to a particular case, and only those who have the knowledge and capability are allowed to do poligamy.

For the Muslims, the position of the Prophet Muhammad is not only transmitting the revelations, but also explaining and realizing them in all aspects of his life. Therefore, the description of how and what he ate is included as parts of the hadith. Nevertheless, the practice of hadith can not be separated from the assessment of the quality of these hadith. The results showed that the hadith associated with the Prophetâs tableware and Food is authentic both from its sanad and matan. The Hadith can be understood as a form of the humble life style of the prophet.Â This attitude fits with what is said in the Quran and the Hadiths.
