Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama (SMKA), which was originally established by the Ministry of Education in 1977 is one of the important institutions at the secondary school level in the development of Islamic studies at Malaysia. Learning the hadith, as a major part of Islamic studies, is very important because hadith is a major source of Islamic teachings. Previous studies show that there are problems that occur during the learning process hadith studies at various institutions, including at the secondary school. Therefore, this study will identify teachers perception of learning hadith studies in school, problems that occur in the learning process and proposals to solve the problem. This study will use a questionnaire that was distributed to each of the respondents (teachers) at their respective schools. The data obtained will be processed by means of descriptive analysis of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation through software Statistic Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. The research findings show that the methodology of learning the hadith taught by teachers reach a high-value interpretation. However, problems occur during the learning process hadith is the lack of use of teaching aids, such as books translation of the Arabic original books of hadith. Therefore, in order for the learning of hadith among these students could be improved it is necessary to update the existing syllabus, duplicate references in learning and teaching aids to reproduce the exciting and creative able to increase the interest of students in the study of hadith.

The writing discusses story of Noah (peace be upon him) in the Quran. The story will be approached by philosophical hermeneutics is conceived by Heiddegger and Gadamar. The main questions of the article are why and how the meaning of the story for Arabic people especially and for Moslem (human kind) generally. Finally, the result shows that Prophet Nuh is one of important ancestors for Arabic people and those people had listened and seen some historical events related to this prophet and his people. Moreover, the story teachs human being to surrender to Allah as it will lead them to appreciate all creations in this universe. Â Â Â

The study examines the dimensions of Sufism in the book of Asrâr ash-Shalah Min Iddah Kutub Mutamidah written by Abdurrahman Siddiq Al-Banjari. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that is an approach to generate descriptive data in the form of written words because this study seeks to describe elements of Sufism contained in the book of Asrâr ash-Shalah Min Iddah Kutub Mutamidah written by Abdurrahman Siddiq al -Barari. The results of this study indicate that the elements of Sufism contained in that book is ethical and philosophical Sufism.

As a country that once colonized by the British, Malaya indeed vulnerable to the influence of British ideology. This occurs through a mechanism of colonial knowledge developed by British to learn and dominate the Malay community. As a result of colonial influence can be traced in all aspects of Malay community life. The findings of this research show that the colonial has their own policies and approach when it comes to the issue of Islam in the Malay community. They try to kill the potential of Islam and replace it with the world-view and British paradigm then embed it into the community. The results of the Maqasid analysis on the legacy of colonial knowledge still prove too much effort to consolidate Islam should be done by Islamic scholars. Islamic scholars have to reject and correct negative outlook placed on Islam.

This study is conducted to investigated level of understanding among the female students of Politeknik Ungku Omar, Ipoh about Iddah (waiting period before a widow or divorced woman may remarry). One set of the questionnaires contains 36 items was distributed to 31 respondents. Data gained from the respondents was analyzed using the Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23 for further statistical analysis. The analysis showed the value of alpha Cronbach of this research tool was a=0.723. Research finding that the majority of respondents have a high level of understanding of âIddah with an average overall score of 3.69 min. This suggests that female students at the Polytechnic Ungku Omar mostly very understanding. As such, this understanding must still be maintained through reading or attending lectures and religious lectures. Thus, spiritually as follow religious lectures in addition to increasing the scientific literature is important in helping to understand the tenets of marriage. Â

The research discusses adolescents as an issue of education in the family. As many experts recognize that family education is a major issue in the study of Islamic education. This is because the family is the first place for learning and planting Islamic values of a child to adolescence. In the context of family education, parents have a very vital position, in which parents become the main figures for a child in obtaining the internalization of the expected values in the family. This study is a field research that takes the site to families in Merabuan village, Sambas district, West Kalimantan, focusing on adolescents as the unit of analysis. Data collection techniques in this research using interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of this research explain that family education conducted by families in Merabuan village through exemplary in the family environment, with the ways often provide guidance and advice, encouraging adolescents into youth members of the mosque, including adolescents praying in congregation in the mosque.

This study focusedon the spirituality values in paintingsof Amang Rahman Jubair, particularly from the perspective of the sufi aesthetics. Amang Rahman (1931-2001) was an Indonesian painter which has a deeply awareness of God's presence, and have a concept of art which he called Jamal, Kamal and Jalal?embodied by the sweat, blood and tears, which means sacrifice, devotion and love to the Creator and His creatures. Forms of this study is a qualitative field research by using descriptive analytical method and approach of Sufi Aesthetics. The sources is the family and closest-friends of Amang Rahman, a few paintings and journalistic articles and Indonesian art critics writings of his works. This study suggests that Amang Rahman is a sufi in a modern world. Experiences and attitudes totality of his life proving his devotion to both the art and life itself intact. In the works of his art reflected awareness of space and the cosmos that represents nature imajinal ('alam al-khayal), traditions and symbols of Sufism.
