Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the response of visitors to the factory visit program conducted in PT Yakult Indonesia Persada, to determine the response of participants to the program showing the film held in PT Yakult Indonesia Persada and the response of visitors and participants of the brand image of PT Yakult Indonesia Persada, and to know influence factory visit program and showing films simultaneously and partially to the formation of brand image on PT Yakult Indonesia Persada. The population in this study were the visitors and participants factory visit programs and movies showing PT Yakult Indonesia Persada in april 2015. The sampling of 120 people were taken from both programs. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis, the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, F test and t test using SPSS 19. The results showed that the response of visitors and participants of the two programs are very good and the response to any good brand image, as well as simultaneous program factory visit and films showing positive and significant impact on the formation of brand image and partially each factory visit programs and movies showing positive and significant impact on the formation of brand image PT Yakult Indonesia Persada.Keywords: Factory visit, Film showing and Brand image.

Abstract

The aim of research to determine the effect of competence and employee motivation at PT Maduroo International. Koesioner distributed to 4 supervision of each division. The questioner using validity and reliability test. Likert scale is used prior to testing with multiple regression. Results of the study of motivation and competence PT International Maduroo simultaneously have influence on employee performance. Partially flexibiltas competence, ability to learn, the desire of achievement, work on target, willingness to cooperate, customer orientation affects the performance. While intrinsic motivation in the success achieved something, recognition of work, responsibility, career advancement, professional development and intellectual and organizational policies extrinsic factors, intrapersonal relations and payroll have an influence on employee performance.Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the perception of employees against transfer and promotion 2) simultaneously and partially the effect of mutations and promotions on employee performance. The research method used descriptive and verification method. Test instrument data using product moment to test the validity and reliability with Cronbach alpha. Methods of data analysis used multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and analysis of determination and hypothesis test F-test and t test. The results showed that the variables of personnel transfers and promotions of powerful positions simultaneously (together) on employee performance. Partially personnel transfers influence on employee performance and promotion effect on employee performance.Keywords: Mutation, Promotion, Performance

Abstract

PT Sari Enesis indah is a company of engaged in the beverage industry. In this research will discuss about inventory control consumable goods in 2014 as well recommend the optimal inventory control method and optimalization of total cost for the company. In analyzing inventory control used method EOQ, EOI and min-max stock to compare and search the optimal result and according to the company. The result of analysis or calculation of inventory control will be reanalyzed used sensitivity analysis to determine whether the result of these calculation are sensitive or effect on the price changes of consumable goods caused by inflation West Java. The result of analysis that the optimal method and according with the company is EOI method, and the sensitivity analysis result that EOI method insensitive or no effect on the price changes of consumable goods.Keywords: Inventory Control, consumable Goods, EOQ, EOI, Min-Max, Sensitivity analysis

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of products made by PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia which includes design, technology development and product performance Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI and to determine the influence of changes in design, technology development and performance simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction users Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI. The population in this study is the Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI users belonging to the community Kawasaki Ninja. The sampling of 100 respondents was conducted by using probability sampling. This study was descriptive and verification. The collection of data through questionnaires and interview. Analisys data this research include multiple regression analysis, based on the results of multiple regression analysis of the F-test states that simultaneous factors design changes, technological development and performance motor influence on user satisfaction Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI. While the results of the t-test stating that the factor changes design, technology and performance motor partially affect the user satisfaction Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI.Keywords: Design Changes, Technology Development, Motor Performance, User Satisfaction

Abstract

PT. Boehringer Ingelheim, located at Jalan Lawang Gintung 89, Sub-Bogor Sukasari, was founded in 1885, Germany. PT Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia Groups is one of the world‘s 20 leading pharmaceutical in manufacturing and producting medicines for humans phamaceutical and animal heatlh. The type product produced by PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia are solid medicines (tablet, the film coating, sugar coating), semisolid medicines (suppository, emulgel & cream), and liquid medicines (syrup and suspension). To maintain consumer belief PT. Boehringer has controlled both raw quality and packaging materials, the production process and the finishing product. PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia has established the standard damage of product tolerance of 5%’s total production. However, the reality on the field shows that the level of the most widely produced products and exceeded the control limit is Bisolvon Ex 60 ml, 60 ml and Kids Bisolvon Bisolvon Ped 60 ml. Analysis of the quality control is done by using statistical tools those are check sheet, control chart p, pareto diagrams and fishbone. The research result indicates that PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia needs to improve to hold down and reduce the amount of damage that occurred during the production process.Keywords: Quality Control, Check Sheet, Control Chart P, Pareto Diagram, dan Fishbone Chart.
