Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan konsumen tentang kualitas jasa yang diberikan perusahaan dan pengaruh kualitas jasa (tangible, emphaty, reliabiilty, responsiveness dan assurance) secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode penelitian adalah survey, bentuk penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan objek penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang menggunakan jasa transportasi PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara simultan kualitas jasa yang terdiri dari tangible(X1), emphaty(X2), reliabiilty(X3), responsiveness(X4) dan assurance(X5) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport (Y), sedangkan secara parsial variabel tangible(X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport (Y), variabel emphaty(X2), reliabiilty(X3), responsiveness(X4) dan assurance(X5) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport.KATA KUNCI:  Kualitas Jasa, Kepuasan Konsumen THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN USING TRANSPORTATIONABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out how consumer feedback about the quality of services rendered and the influence of the quality of the companys services (tangible, emphaty, reliabiilty, responsiveness and assurance) partially and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. The method of research done is a descriptive research, survey and verifikatif with the object of research by as much as 100 respondents who use transportation services PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport. Based on the results of research, quality service that simultaneously composed of tangible (X 1), (X 2), emphaty reliabiilty (X 3), responsiveness (X 4) and assurance (X 5) influence on consumer satisfaction PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport (Y), while partially tangible variables (X 1) does not affect satisfaction of PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport (Y), variable (X 2), emphaty reliabiilty (X 3), responsiveness (X 4) and assurance (X 5) significant and positive effect toward satisfaction of PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial experiental Marketing terhadap minat membeli produk berbahan talas di Bogor. Sampel  penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif asosiatif dan alat analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan sense, feel, think, act dan relate memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Pengaruh variabel tertinggi adalah variabel act, sedangkan yang terendah adalah variabel feel. Uji signifikansi dengan uji-t menunjukkan feel, think, act dan relate mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap minat beli sedangkan sense tidak berpengaruh signifikan.Kata kunci : Experiential marketing, sense, feel, think,  act, relate dan minat beli.

Abstract

PT Sari Enesis indah is a company of engaged in the beverage industry. In this research will discuss about inventory control consumable goods in 2014 as well recommend the optimal inventory control method and optimalization of total cost for the company. In analyzing inventory control used method EOQ, EOI and min-max stock to compare and search the optimal result and according to the company. The result of analysis or calculation of inventory control will be reanalyzed used sensitivity analysis to determine whether the result of these calculation are sensitive or effect on the price changes of consumable goods caused by inflation West Java. The result of analysis that the optimal method and according with the company is EOI method, and the sensitivity analysis result that EOI method insensitive or no effect on the price changes of consumable goods.Keywords: Inventory Control, consumable Goods, EOQ, EOI, Min-Max, Sensitivity analysis

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of application food safety management system ISO 22000:2005 to food quality in noodle production departement PT. Jakarana Tama Food Industry (Factory) Bogor. Questioner distributed 100 respondents. Analysis method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The questioner validity and reliability testing and test the classic assumption. Likert scale is used prior to testing with multiple regressions. In order to know the effect of four free variable that is used for dependent variable. Based on the result all indicators expressed validity and reliability, simultaneously with interactive communication (X1), system management (X2), prerequisite programmes (X3) and HACCP principles (X4) have an influence to food quality in noodle production departement PT. Jakarana Tama Food Industry (Factory) Bogor (Y). Partially, only a few prerequisite programmes that gives positive and significant to food quality in noodle production departement.Keywords: Brand Image, Quality Product, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response inpatients jamkesda card holder on the quality of services on the RSP DR. M. Gunawan Partodigdo Cisarua Bogor, either simultaneously or partially. Forms of verification research, test instruments used. The testing was conducted on the validity and reliability test. Reliability testing is used to measure the consistency of responses. Test of validity is performed to determine whether all the questions (instrument) study to measure the research variables are valid. Criteria testing is done with a Cronbach Alpha sampling method using Non-Profitability sampling (random sampling), while the technique is simple random sampling. The samples used were 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results showed the average responses of respondents in tangible dimension of service quality (enough); empathy (well, seriously); reliability (good); responsiveness (enough) and assurance (good). Average responses of respondents on patient satisfaction JAMKESDA card holder (satisfied). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the F test that simultaneously affect the service quality patient satisfaction jamkesda participants, T-test results showed that the tangible (X1) and reliability (X3) has a significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction JAMKESDA cardholders at home pain, whereas empathy (X2), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) there is no significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction JAMKESDA on the RSP card holder DR.M. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product attributes on purchasing decisions based Samsung android smartphone in Bogor. The sample in this study are based Samsung android smartphone users in Bogor with a sample of 100 respondents. The technique of multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, analysis of determination coefficient and hypothesis test using simultaneous F test and t test partially. Results showed that simultaneous brand image and product attributes affect the purchasing decisions in the city of Bogor. Partially, brand image and product attributes affect the purchasing decisions in the city of Bogor. The predictive capacity of these variables to-two on purchasing decisions by 53.5%. As it is shown the amount of R square of 53.5%, while the remaining 46.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.Keywords: Brand image, product attributes and Purchase Decision

Abstract

The aims of this research is to determine the effect Retailing Mix consist of product, price, promotion, service, ambience of the store, the location of consumer buying decisions in Bogor city’s minimarket both simultantly and partially. Samples are taken from 100 respondents using the random sampling method. Data are collected by questionnaires. Instrument tests are using validity, reliability, and classical assumption method while the data analysis is using multiple regression analysis, correllation analysis, coefition of determination analysis and statistical test (F test and t test). The results show that the X variable of retailing mix consist of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), services (X4), the ambience of the store (X5), location (X6) are valid and reliable. It has significant effect on the consumer’s buying in the minimarket at Bogor city’s minimarket (Y). X1, X2, X4, X5, X6 influence partially to the consumer’s buying decisions in Bogor city’s mnimaarket (Y). While X3 has no effect on consumer’s buying decisions in Bogor city’s minimarket (Y). Ambience store become the dominant variables that influence consumer buying decisions in the minimarket at Bogor city.Keywords: Retailing Mix, Buying Decision, Minimarket

Abstract

PT. Milko Beverage Industry merupakan perusahaan lokal pada industri minuman susu. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengendalian persediaan kemasan botol 70 ml 8 gram tahun 2016. Bersamaan dengan penelitian ini  memberikan dan merekomendasikan metode persediaan paling optimal biayanya bagi perusahaan, dengan membandingkan metode perhitungan perusahaan dan metode perencanaan kebutuhan material (MRP) Lot For Lot (LFL) dan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Perhitungan yang direkomendasikan akan dianalisisa dengan analisis sensitivitas untuk mengetahui hasil terhadap inflasi Bank Indonesia. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan bahwa  MRP LFL memberikan solusi optimal dan paling hemat biaya dibandingkan dengan perhitungan  perusahaan dan MRP teknik (EOQ), dan hasil analisis sensitivitas menghasilkan metode tersebut tidak  berpengaruh terhadap inflasi.Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Persediaan, Metode Perencanaan Kebutuhan Material (MRP) dan Analisis    Sensitivitas

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, baik dari sisi jumlah unit usaha, penyerapan tenaga kerja dan kontribusi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), salah satu bentuknya adalah Usaha Ekonomi Produktif Kelompok Usaha Bersama (UEP KUBe). Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan memahami pengaruh pemasaran kewirausahaan (Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Orientasi Pasar Serta Inovasi) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM (Stuctural Equition Model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran kewirausahaan yang terdiri dari Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Inovasi berpengaruh signifikan kepada Kinerja Keuangan Usaha Ekonomi Produktif Kelompok Usaha Bersama (UEP KUBe). Untuk Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Orientasi Pasar pengaruhnya positif dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Keuangan. Adapun Inovasi mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, hal ini disebabkan Usaha Ekonomi Produktif Kelompok Usaha Bersama (UEP KUBe) ini merupakan Usaha Mikro Kecil, sedangkan inovasi membutuhkan biaya, yang tentunya akan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (terutama untuk jangka pendek).
