This classroom action research was aimed at (1) improving the students’ learning results in KKPI subject of class X.AP.C of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja through the implementation of e-module as hypertext-based processing number and (2) investigating the students’ responses of class X.AP.C of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja toward the implementation of e-module as hypertext-based processing number in KKPI subject. This study was a Classroom Action Research which consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four steps namely planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The subject of this study was the students of class X.AP.C of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja in academic year 2011/2012. The class consisted of 40 students. Meanwhile, the objects of this study were (1) students’ learning results and (2) students’ responses toward the implementation of e-module as hypertext-based processing number in KKPI subject. The data of students’ learning results in KKPI subject were collected through the test and observation and the data of students’ responses were collected through questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The result of this study showed that the students’ learning results got improvement. In cycle 1, the mean of students’ scores was 74.89 and the percentage of students’ classical success was 70%. In cycle 2, the mean of students’ scores was 78.08 and the percentage of students’ classical success was 85%. Besides, the students’ responses toward the implementation of e-module as hypertext-based processing number in KKPI subject were positive with a mean of 60.05. This study is a case study which took place at The Samaya Ubud Bali Hotel. Theaims of this study are: (1) to design a decision supporting system for employee’s workevaluation for position promotion by using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) andWP (Weighted Product) method, (2) to implement a decision supporting system foremployee’s work evaluation for position promotion by using AHP (AnalyticalHierarchy Process) and WP (Weighted Product) method. In designing andimplementing of the program, researcher used 2 main methods namely AHP (AnalyticalHierarchy Process) and WP (Weighted Product) in which those two methods belong toMADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making). The inputs of this application are criteriadata, criteria comparison scale, and employees’ score data. On the other hand, theoutput is in form of information that shows the employee’s rank. Trial was done tocheck the agreeability of the employee’s final score calculated by the system with thefinal score calculated manually. In this step, the hotel contribution was required todetermine and process the employees’ final score.In designing and implementing the application design, waterfall method which iswell known as classic life cycle model was used. This waterfall model is a classic modelwhich is systematically able to build software. This model involves some steps whichare: (1) requirements definition, (2) system and software design, (3) implementation andunit testing and (4) integration and system testing.The implementation and the trial of this system used Embarcadero Delphi 2010.From the trial it was found that the data produced by the system was already appropriatewith the data calculated manually. Base on this result, this decision supporting systemfor employee’s work evaluation for position promotion by using AHP (AnalyticalHierarchy Process) and WP (Weighted Product) method was already suitable with theAHP and WP calculation, and it also can be said that this system was already reliable toused at The Samaya Ubud Bali Hotel.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaranTeam Assisted Individualization, dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penerapanmodel pembelajaran TAI.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada Singaraja, di manamelibatkan siswa kelas XI IS 2 (28 siswa) tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Desain penelitian iniadalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Data yangdikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar dan respon siswa terhadappenerapan model pembelajaran TAI pada mata pelajaran TIK. Data hasil belajar siswadikumpulkan melalui tes kognitif dan lembar observasi afektif serta psikomotor,sedangkan data respon siswa dikumpulkan dengan lembar angket tertutup.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajarsiswa. Hal ini terlihat dari ketuntasan klasikal siswa yang diperoleh pada siklus I sebesar64,29%, dan pada siklus II sebesar 82,14%. Hasil belajar ini mengalami peningkatansebanyak 17,85%. (2) rata-rata respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaranTAI tergolong positif yaitu sebesar 44,96. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penerapanmodel pembelajaran TAI pada mata pelajaran TIK dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar danmendapatkan respon positif dari siswa.

This study aimed in: (1) Designing Text Mining Applications With Association Rule Methods for Documents Searching. (2) Implementing Text Mining Applications With Association Rule Methods for Documents Searching. In the design and implementation, researcher was using Text Mining with Association Rule Analysis Method which has three stages: (1) Parsing Text, (2) Stopwording, (3) Stemming. The input of this application is Indonesian language text, whereas the output is searching result which are documents to be searched. The testing process used blacx box testing (functional) and the white box testing (conceptual / structural). The results of this research is the Text Mining Applications With Association Rule Methods for Documents Searching named “Text Miner”, which is implemented by using the Delphi 7 programming language. Based on trial results, it is known that the application "Text Miner" has been able to do searching well so that it can be concluded that the application"Text Miner " can help to search documents.

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui peningkatan hasilbelajar siswa kelas VIIB6 pada mata pelajaran TIK di SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja tahunajaran 2011/2012 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowballthrowing; 2) mengetahui respon siswa kelas VIIB6 pada mata pelajaran TIK di Negeri 4Singaraja tahun ajaran 2011/2012 terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatiftipe snowball throwing.Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yaitu siklus I dansiklus II yang terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan yaitu dua kali pertemuan pembelajaran dansatu kali test evaluasi akhir siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 28 siswa kelas VIIB6 SMPNegeri 4 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2011/2012 dengan objek penelitian berupa hasil belajardan respon siswa dalam materi perangkat lunak program aplikasi melalui penerapanmodel pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing. Hasil belajar siswa diperolehdengan menggabungkan nilai tes akhir pertemuan dan nilai test akhir siklus yaitu satu(1) kali nilai test akhir pertemuan ditambah tiga (3) kali nilai test akhir siklus dibagi 4.Rata-rata skor hasil belajar siswa dihitung dengan membagi jumlah seluruh skor siswadengan jumlah siswa, dan untuk ketuntasan klasikal dihitung dengan membagi jumlahsiswa yang memperoleh skor ≥75 dibagi jumlah siswa dikali 100%. Untuk respon siswapengambilan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang terdiri dari 25 item pernyataan.Rata-rata respon siswa dihitung dengan rumus jumlah seluruh skor respon siswa dibagidengan jumlah siswa.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui: (1) terjadi peningkatan rata-rata hasilbelajar siswa sebesar 10,56% yaitu rata-rata siswa pada siklus I sebesar 69,84 menjadi80,40 pada siklus II. Ketuntasan klasikal meningkat sebesar 50%, yaitu siswa yangdinyatakan tuntas pada siklus I sebesar 50% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi100%. Jumlah siswa yang dinyatakan tuntas pada siklus I sebanyak 14 orang, dan siswayang dinyatakan tuntas pada siklus II sebanyak 28 orang, (2) respon siswa terhadappenerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing pada mata pelajaranTIK khususnya dalam materi perangkat lunak program aplikasi adalah positif denganrata-rata sebesar 75,29 dengan kualifikasi setuju.

This study aimed: (1) to design the application to translate Indonesian language to Balinese language by using rule based method. (2) to implement the application to translate Indonesian language to Balinese language by using rule based method. In the design and implementation, researcher used a rule based method that has 4 stages, there are: (1) Parsing Text, (2) Stemming, (3) Searching of the meaning word, and (4) Rule Matching. The input from this application is Indonesian language text, while the output is Balinese language text. The testing process used the blacx box testing (functionality) and the white box testing (conceptual / structural). The result of this study is Indonesian language to Balinese language translation application named “Translator Indo-Bali” which is implemented using the Delphi 7 programming language. Based on trial result, it is known that the “Translator Indo-Bali” has done the translation from Indonesian language to the Balinese language well. So it can be concluded that the “Translator Indo-Bali” can assist people in learning the Balinese language.

This research aimed to design and develop an application that can be used to count the number of objects in digital image by using mathematical morphology method and connected component labeling technique. The input and output from this application is a bitmap type image. The implementation of mathematical morphology method and connected component labeling technique on this application produces an application called CITRAcounter developed by using Borland Delphi 7 programming language. This application is able to process the RGB image, grayscale image and binary image. CITRAcounter has three main processes, those processes are : the binary process, morphology, and labeling. The definition of objects on this research are regions in image that are white. For the image of objects which have simple shapes, the counting result is very accurate. However, for the image of objects which have accumulated position will produce inaccurate counting result.

In teaching learning process, the form of teaching learning cooperative typed STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) is able to be done when it is applicated in the school. Media e-learning can be used the teaching learning type STAD and can be done everywhere. E-learning is the conventional of cooperative that is used in digital format though the internet technology. With casting the concept of teaching learning of STAD to the e-learning, it will make e-learning to be more innovative. This research will be developed in one of media e-learning based on the type of teaching learning cooperative of STAD (Student Team Achievement Division). This research is the fundamental research, so in the implementing use the method of standard in improving that use the method System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with model Waterfall. The improve or expand the software in Waterfall model begins from the level system and move to expansion of the advance steps from analysis phase, desain, coding, operation and maintenance. The output of research is the media e-learning in teaching learning model of cooperative type of STAD (Student Team Achievement Divison) that has been designed in using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) with the three entities that are administrator, teachers and students. The media has been expanded or built to use the language program of PHP and MySQL as the base of data. This media has been equitable with the step of teaching learning cooperative type STAD so it has been one of media alternative that can simflity the teachers in teaching model of teaching learning cooperative type STAD (Student Team Achievement Divison).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peningkatkan hasil belajar TIKsiswa kelas X.5 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada melalui implementasi model pembelajarankooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT), dan (2) respon siswa kelas X.5 SMANegeri 1 Sukasada terhadap implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipeNumbered Head Together (NHT).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang direncanakanberlangsung dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X.5 SMA Negeri 1Sukasada pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2011/2012, sebanyak 28 orang yangterdiri dari 17 orang laki-laki dan 11 orang perempuan. Objek penelitian adalah (1) hasilbelajar TIK, dan (2) respon siswa terhadap implementasi model pembelajarankooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT). Data hasil belajar siswa diperolehmelalui tes dan observasi sedangkan data respon siswa diperoleh menggunakan angket.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar TIKsiswa kelas X.5 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada melalui implementasi model pembelajarankooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT). Besar peningkatan rata-rata skor hasilbelajar TIK siswa adalah 11,47 yaitu dari 59,87 dengan kategori cukup pada siklus Imenjadi 71,34 dengan kategori baik pada siklus II. Besar presentase peningkatanketuntasan klasikal adalah 17,86% yaitu dari 57,14% pada siklus I menjadi 75,00%pada siklus II, dan (2) respon siswa terhadap implementasi model pembelajarankooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) tergolong dalam kategori positifdengan rata-rata skor respon siswa sebesar 46,43.

This study was aimed to design and implement a plagiarism detection application on the Indonesian documents texts using Rabin-Karp algorithm. The input of this application such documents which have text file (*. txt, *. html, *. php, *. xml, *. doc, *. docx, *. rtf) and the output of this application is the percentage of similarity of two documents. The result of this study is an application which is called "PlagiaTor" which was developed by using Borland Delphi 7 programming language. This application was able to detect plagiarism synonym words on Indonesian language document. On the PlagiaTor application there were five processes to detect the similarity of two documents, there were: casefolding and tokenizing, filtering, synonym recognition, stemming and string matching. The testing was done by trying out cutting document in any part of that document then the words were replaced by that synonym of those words and using different k-gram. Based on the testing, could be obtained the result that the application was able to detect plagiarism on synonym word well.
