Abstract

Nowadays, the auction of goods / services are often done by arranging directly a meeting between goods / services providers and consumers. Arranging a meeting between goods / services providers and consumers directly have some weaknesses; one of them is the probability of conspiracy. It will take a long time if there are a lot of participants of tenders and it sometimes makes them tired of waiting. Besides that, the difficulty which is usually faced by the consumers is they often face a situation where they have to choose one of choices provided. In taking a decision for the best choice, the data and information which have been measured by certain value are needed. The capability of taking a right decision is really needed. The decision support system as one of approaches to solve the problems above has to be very effective and efficient which be able to ease the committee to decide the winner of the tender. The process of taking the decision by using TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method uses several stages of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) procedure. The stages of SDLC used consist of (1) the stage of collecting data by using library research method, observation and interview, (2) the stage of software requirement analysis by using TOPSIS method, (3) the stage of software designing, (4) the stage of developing or software implementation, and the last stage (5) testing stage. This software is implemented by using web-based application with the PHP programming language and MySQL as its database. The result of the implementation of the method and application is the decision support system which can be operated easily and helpful in taking the decision. It also makes the process of tender selection in Health Polytechnic Denpasar which usually takes a long time and boring becomes more efficient and effective.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran teknologi informasi komunikasi pada siswa kelas VII-B SMP Negeri 3 Mengwi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan Pendekatan pembelajaran masalah terbuka (open ended). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-B SMP Negeri 3 Mengwi tahun ajaran 2011/2012 yang berjumlah 42 orang siswa. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran teknologi informasi komunikasi. Data mengenai aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa ini dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian. Dengan tindakan yang dilakukan ternyata hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa secara klasikal dalam pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dari kategori sedang menjadi tinggi. Hasil belajar klasikal mengalami peningkatan dari 76,19 % menjadi 90,47 %, siswa mencapai nilai ≥ 75. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tindakan yang dilakukan pada pembelajaran teknologi informasi komunikasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan hasil yang memuaskan.

Abstract

This research aimed to increase 1)student motivation 2)student learning result in learning TIK with subject using word processing aplication 3)describing student response demontration learning model aplication on assisted guided inquiry based pictorial riddles. This research were class action research involving 35 student from X1 class in Karya Wisata Singaraja senior high school at second semester on school year 2011/2012. the Object of this research are: 1) students’ motivation, 2) students’ learning result , 3) students’ response, 4) the demontration learning model aplication on assisted guided inquiry based pictorial riddles. Students’ motivation data were collected by questionnaire, student learning result were data collected by using poll. The result of research showed that mean score of student motivation before the action 78,03 with low category. After the first cycle action, mean score increased to 95.83 with medium category, and after the second cycle action, score increased to a high category. The average score of learning result in the first cycle with classical completeness 74.9 80% were classified as unresolved. The average score learning cycle II increased to 77.9 with classical completeness 91.1% were classified as complete. Average score of the students responses are 56.6 were classified as positive category. Thus, demontration learning model aplication on assisted guided inquiry based pictorial riddles can increase student motivation and learning result in ten one class at Karya Wisata Singaraja Senior High School on school year 2011/2012.

Abstract

This research aimed at (1) designing learning media, interactive CD by using picture and picture method to be used to teach about internet in SMPN 1 Banjar at grade nine, (2) implementing interactive CD by using picture and picture method to be used to teach about internet in SMPN 1 Banjar at grade nine, and (3) describing the responses from the ninth grade students and the computer teacher about the interactive CD that was designed to teach internet subtopic. The kind of this research was R&D (Research and Development) which the development models implemented were Dick and Care model and waterfall model. The subject of this research was the ninth grade students of SMPN 1 Banjar in academic year 2012/2013. The number of the students that were participated in this research was 10 students from IX A class.  To acquire the aim above, several instruments were used in collecting data, such as interview guide and checklist. Interview was conducted to know the problems faced by the teacher in teaching about internet in grade nine. Meanwhile, the checklist was used to collect the data from teacher and students about the media that was designed.    The result of this research was seen from the students and teacher checklists which shows that  the distributions of the students and teacher weres 100% positive. Further, the responses from the computer teacher and the students show that the interactive CD is interesting and suitable to be used to teach internet subtopic for the ninth grade students of SMPN 1 Banjar.

Abstract

This research aims to (1 ) increase ICT learning student activities class X.4 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada  through implement model two stay two stray,   (2 ) increase ICT student achievement class X.4 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada through implement model two stay two stray and (3 ) Know student response class X.4 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada through implement model two stay two stray  in ICT learning. This research is Classroom Action Research  that consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: action plannings, action performing, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Subjek of this research is student class X.4 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada school year 2011 / 2012 as much 32 person. while the research object are (1 ) learning student activities, (2 ) Students Achievement and (3 ) student response to ICT learning through  two stay two stray model .  Data about activity and  student achievement student were gathered through testing and observation methods and student response data be gathered through questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this research indicate that increased student learning outcomes, in the first cycle average learning outcomes and student of classical completeness 76.88 and 75% in the second cycle to be 80.23 and 87.5%, for learning activities on sikus I at 8.25 on a 9.48 second cycle. The results of the analysis of students' response to the application of the two stay two stray learning in teaching ICT was positive with an average score of 39.47.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) meningkatkan motivasi siswa, 2) meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dan 3) mendeskripsikan tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIE SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran dengan tahapan tiap siklus yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/evaluasi, dan refleksi. Data hasil belajar diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar setiap akhir siklus. Data motivasi belajar dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Data tanggapan siswa dikumpulkan melalui angket. Data-data yang telah dikumpulkan tersebut, selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: 1) penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek meningkatkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa, yaitu dari 76,05 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 72,73% pada siklus I menjadi 82,42 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 100% pada siklus II, 2) penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek meningkatkan nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar TIK siswa, yaitu dari 75,39 dengan standar deviasi 11,10 yang berada pada kategori tinggi pada siklus I menjadi 83,58 tandar deviasi 9,65 dengan kategori juga tinggi pada siklus II, 3) tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek sebesar 42.58 dengan kategori positif.
