Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of professional competence and leadership of principal on the work attitude and work performance of teacher of counseling in SMA-SMK in North Lombok. This research is an  causal associative study. The data were collected through saturated sample, where the population of the study are all 43 teachers of counseling in SMA/SMK of North Lombok. The data were analyzed with path analysis.The researcg showed that 1) there is a positive and significant effect of professional competence and principal leadership on the performance of teachers of counseling in SMA/SMK of North Lombok, 2). There is a direct, positive and significant effect of professional competence and principal leadership on the performance of teachers of counseling in SMA/SMK of North Lombok, 3). There is an indirect, but positive and significant effect of professional competence and principal leadership on the performance of teachers of counseling in SMA/SMK of North Lombok. Keywords: professional competence, Principal Leadership, Work attitude, Performance

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of profitability, growth opportunity, and capital structure on the value of company. The object of this research is companies in the sector of property, real estate and building construction registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2011-2014. This research is using purposive sampling technique in determining samples. There are 37 out of 54 registered in the sector of property, real estate and building construction companies selected as the samples. The data were analyzed using partial least square (PLS) analysis. The research showed that growth opportunity and capital structure have direct significant effect on the value of company, while the profitability has not affected the value of company. Growth opportunity indirectly has positive effect on the value of company through the capital structure. Growth opportunity has positive effect on the capital structure. Profitability has positive and significant effect on the capital structure while capital structure has negative effect on the value of company.Key Words : Growth Opportunity, Profitability, Capital Struture And Value Of Company.

Abstract

 This research is aimed at determining the effect of work motivation, satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of civil servant district unit of social home service in Lombok. This research is causal associative study with 181 civil servants in all social homes on Lombok as the population. The samples are 64 civil servant selected through Slovin formula. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The data were analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.  The research showed that work motivation has no significant effect on work performance, work satisfaction has no significant effect on the performance of the civil servant, and the organizational commitment has no significant effect on the work performance of the civil servant in all UPTD (District Unit of Service) in all Lombok districts.Keyword: organizational commitment, work satisfaction, work motivation, employees’ performance.

Abstract

Research objectives are (1) to know in a position quadrant which each of product portfolio cooperatives ksp work mandiri, (2) to see how development strategy business unit corresponding to applied by cooperatives work mandiri.The kind of research used is research case study is descriptive.The majority of informants interviewed in spoke to as many as 5, namely Ahmad Zulyadaen, as manager cooperatives, Ahmat Rifai analyst credit, Muhamad Nuh as analyst credit, Sahrul Anam, as a survey and L. Jufri Ihsan as a board of trustees. Instrument data analysis with matrik market growth of boston consulting group (BCG).This method used to measure the magnitude of a business firm and controlling plans that is created in order assess estimates the profit produced. Based on the calculation on using the matrix bcg, so can be concluded that (1) Based on third bcg ksp matrix position of independent jerowaru in 2014-2015 be on the cash cow or dairy cows showing that the position of independent ksp jerowaru are on the market relative high the compete in industry slow growth. (2) are in cash cow quadrant indicates a reminder that the future of independent ksp jerowaru must try to innovation new products to make the market unsaturated, and existence company stay awake.Ksp the work of independent jerowaru should use a strategy of defense fort (fortress defense) consisting of two a cluster of the act of retracting, namely increase customer satisfaction and loyalty pelangan and action simplify to the buy back service by consumers / customers. Keywords: strategy, a matrix BCG

Abstract

The research was conducted to analyse (1) The signification impact from internal marketingto job satisfaction at Region General Hospital Patut Patuh Patju West Lombok. (2) The significationimpact from job satisfaction to customer orientation at Region General Hospital Patut Patuh PatjuWest Lombok. (3) The signification impact from internal marketing to customer orientation at RegionGeneral Hospital Patut Patuh Patju West Lombok. This research is an assosiatif causal study. Thedata were collected by using questionaires distributed to nurses in Region General Hospital PatutPatuh Patju West Lombok totaling 150 people. The data was processed and analysed by Path Analysisthrough AMOS software. The results showed that: (1) Internal marketing has a positive andsignificant impact on job satisfaction. (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact oncustomer orientation. (3) Internal marketing has a positive and significant impact on customerorientation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. Abstract

: There are many health services facilities in Indonesia, they are able to give best quality service for people. The total of hospital and community health centre which are able to serve only five percent the total population, and this condition can influent the quality service that the people needs. The existence of private clinics are one the best solution to solve the problem. The according to health minister, clinic is one facility health service that conduct personal health service like based medical or specialis to promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative. It is has been proved that Elang Merah Clinic has been operating for five years and do it’s best to serve the community. The services are full satisfaction for patient, so that patient will come from time to time to check their health. Many ways to do like the clinic, increasing the room, knowledge and skill of medic and nurse, all of then are the aim to increase satisfaction, trust of clinic and loyalty intention to patient. Loyalty intention to the patient is the aim of clinic management, with the loyalty intention, the clinic will get value, the patien will come again to spend their money to have the best quality health service provide. Key word : satisfaction, coorporate trust, loyalty intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Patient satisfaction in hospital services is an indicator for the service quality. Mental Hospital of Nusa Tenggara Barat (RSJ NTB) as the only one technical institute  in West Nusa Tenggara, specifically cover of services and development of services in mental  health field has responsibility to support the realization of vision and mission of local governments to carry out the basic tasks and function as well as possible, including the success of the implementation of the national health insurance. The purpose of this research is to compare and analyze patient satisfaction before and after the status of management application become PPK-BLU in psychiatry ward in Mental Hospital of West Nusa Tenggara. The analysis used in this reserach is comparative descriptive with cross sectional approach. The research conducted in treatment room of Psychiatry ward in  Mental Hospital NTB. The total number of respondents was 158 respondent. Patient satisfaction level was calculated using Parasuraman model (Responsibility, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy, and Responsiveness)), whereas the hypotheses with  different two mean test for observation satisfaction before and after the local public service. Recommendations of this research is as an input and evaluation of the quality of health service in Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital West Nusa Tenggara province. Expected later there are beterment of comfortable and improving service quality of each units that the goals to patient satisfaction continuously. Keyword: Patient satisfication, BLUD

Abstract

This study is based on two-factor theory of Herzberg aimed to explore the influence of motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Local Government institutions. This type of research used in this study is exploratory. The population of as many as 108 employees with a total sample of 51 of Civil Servants in East Lombok regency Regional Secretariat on the work unit is in the coordination of the General Administrative Assistant III. The sampling technique used is the technique Proportionate Stratified Random, data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) using software SmatPLS 3. The results stated that the motivation positive and significant impact on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and a positive effect significantly to the performance, motivation indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction as a variable intervenig. The implications of this research uses only motivating factor of two-factor theory also has other limitations that situational variables. work behavior and work is an integral Herzberg assume a correlation between satisfaction and productivity. However, research conducted by Herzberg emphasis on customer satisfaction and productivity neglect. Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity, Partial Least Square
