Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of stock mispricing on the return reversal in size of company and book-to-market as controlling variable in share registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The population of this research are all companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sample of the research are 148 companies selected through purposive sampling. The data were collected through documentation and examined with multiple linear regression using EVIEWS 9 program. The research showed that mispricing level had positive and significant effect on return reversal at the time of first week regression after the period of mispricing. In the second, third, and fourth week. The share had followed the process of mean pricing, which means that the return gradually went back to the appropriate return.Keyword:Mispricing, Return Reversal, Size, Book-to-Market

Abstract

This reasearch is aimed at determining the effect of materialism, hedonistic motive on the online impulsive buying and compulsive buying trend in students of Mataram University. This research is causality study using purposive sampling. The populations are all students of Mataram University and the samples are 120 selected students who have made online transaction purchasing fashion at least twice within the last three months. The data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The research showed that variable of materialism has positive and significant effect on the impulsive buying. The materialism also has positive and significant effect on the compulsive buying trend. Hedonistic motive has positive and significant effect on the compulsive buying trend. There is no effect of the impulsive buying on the online compulsive buying trend in the students of Mataram University. Key words: Materialism, Hedonistic Motive, Impulsive Buying, Compulsive Buying Trend.

Abstract

This research is aimed to design the accurate strategy to be implemented in integrated Sukarara Tourism village development and marketing according to the village environment condition and to identify which strategy that has to be prioritized by the government and local participants. Data that used in the research are primary and secondary data. Primary data were mainly obtained by interviewing the local stakeholder, while secondary data were taken from library study and government data. Result of this research suggested the main strategy that can be implemented in developing and marketing Sukarara tourism village are develop the alternative tourism attraction while still maintain the songket weaving as main appeal of the village by preparing the new design which more interesting to the visitor, prepare the internet promotion, organise the local people as culture tourism guide and arrange the village spatial design.

Abstract

            This research is aimed at analyzing health human resources in health centers by calculating the work load, need number and competence of each unit and category of health human resourcesof health centers and the need of the development in West Lombok. This research is descriptive study with quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative data are analyzed with Workload Indicators of Staffing Needs (WISN). Qualitative data are analyzed with Miles and Huberman through the analysis of organization, work, and personal needs. The sample of health center and informants were selected through purposive sampling method. The selected samples are Gunung Sari Health Center and Meninting Health Center. All 168 health staffs are respondents and 10 of which are the informants of this research. The data were collected through documentation, questionnaires, in-depth interview, and focus group discussion (FGD). The reseach showed that 8 work units and 8 categories of health staff in Gunung Sari Health Center and 7 work units and 7 categories of health staff in Meninting Health Center have the high ratio of work load (WISN ratio <1). Low work load ratio (WISN ratio >1) are in 4 categories of health staff in Gunung Sari Health Center and 1 unit and 4 categories of health staff in Meninting Health Center. Gunung Sari Health Center needs 114 staffs, and only 98 are alvailable, so it need 16 more additional staffs. Meninting Health Center needs 87 staffs, and only 70 are alvailable, so it need 17 more additional staffs. The analysis of human resource development showed that nurses need to be upgraded into Diploma III, training for emergency action, diagnostic test to support doctor. Management training is needed by trasurer and good procurement staff. Training of service administration is needed by all staffs of health center. This research recommend that health center make planning for staff recruitment, inter-unit rotation, and health human resources development as recommended by WISN analysis and health center development need in West Lombok. Keywords: workload, WISN, health human resources development need, health center

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of return on assets (ROA) on the price of share with dividend payout ratio (DPR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) as the moderating variabel in manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) in 2012-2015.The population of this research are manufacture companies listed in Indonesia stock Exchange (ISE) in 2012-2015. The samples are 10 manufacture companies selected through purposive sampling. The data were collected through documentation. The data were examined using Moderated Regretion Analysis with SPSS.The research showed that: (1) ROA has negative and significant effect on the share price, (2) DPR has positive and significant effect in moderating the share price, (3) DER has negative but not significant effect in moderating the effect of ROA on the share price in manufacture companies listed in ISE in 2012-2014.Keywords: return on assets (ROA), dividend payout ratio (DPR), debt to equity ratio (DER), share price.

Abstract

Companies are required to maintain the employees by paying attention on the occurrence of turnover intention before the end of turnover. This research is aimed at detrmining and analyzing the significant effect of work stresses on the turnover intention, the significant effect of burnout on the turnover intentions, the significant effect of work stress on turnover intentions with burnout as the mediating variable at the employees of four star hotels in Mataram. This research is associative-causality study witf primary and secondary data. The data were collected through interview, documentations, and questionnaires. The population are all employees of the operational department; front office, food and beverage service, food and beverage product, housekeeping, and engineering of the four star hotels in Mataram. All of the them are 333 employees. The samples were selected though Slovin formula that took 182 resmpondents obtained from the stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed with PLS. The research showed that work stress has positive but not significant effect on the turnover intentions, work stress has positive and significant effect on the turnover intentions, work stress has positive and significant effect on the burnout, burnout has positive and significant effect on turnover intentions, work stress has positive and significant effect on the turnover intentions with burnout as the mediating variable. The Implication of this research for companies is that the companies need to maintain the work stress to the optimum level to get the positive effect for the company and to make sense of responsibility of employees, to provide program to support the spirit of work for employees by giving more space for the creativity of the employees to avoid monotonous work.  Kata Kunci : Work Stress, Burnout, Turnover Intentions, Hospitality Industry, Patial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

This research is aimed at 1) determining the effect of transformasional leadership of satisfactory of employees of Bappeda (Planning and Regional Development Agency) of Mataram, 2) determining the effect of incentiveon the work satisfactory of employees of Bappeda of Mataram, 3) determining the effect of organizational culture on the work satisfactory of employees of Bappeda of Mataram. The population of this research ware all employees of Bappeda of Mataram. The sample of the research ware 39 employees selected through census method. The data ware collected through questionnaires, documentation, and interview. The data were examine with multiplee linear regression using SPSS program. Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of transformational leadership, organizational environment and work discipline on the performance of private universities employees in Bima. The analysis is also to determine dominant variable affecting the performance of employees performance. This research is causal associative. The population is the employees of all universities in Bima from which 69 respondent were selected. The data were collected through questionnaires. The test is conducted with validity and reliability test. The data then were analyzed with multiple linear regression along with determination test (R2) t-test (partial), standardized coefficients beta. The research showed that (1). there is significant effect partially of transformational leadership, organizational environment and work discipline on the performance of employees, (2) work discipline is the most dominant affecting variable on the employees performance.Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational environment, work discipline,

Abstract

This research is aimed at (1) determining the significant effect of leadership on theorganization commitment, (2) determining the significant effect of work load on the organizationcommitment, (3) determining the significant effect of work environment on the organizationlcommitment.The data were collected through census method. The population the research are all 57employees working as guard in Correctional Institutions of Class II A Mataram. All of them are therespondents of this research. The analysis is using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version17.0.The research showed that the organization commitment of the guards is very high. This resultis supported by the leadership of the head of Correctional Institutions during the well running of hisfunctions, the work load of the guards is quite hard, and the work environment as the guards felt isvery good. The statistic analysis showed that : (1) the leadership has positive and significant effect onthe organization commitment. This means that the better the head of correctional institutions runshis function, the better the organization commitment of the guards and vice-versa, (2) the work loadof the guards has negative and significant effect on the organization commitment. This means thatthe more work load of the guards, the worse the organization commitment of the guards and viceversa,(3) the work environment has positive and significant effect on the organization commitment.This means that the better the work environment for the guards, the better the organizationcommitment on the guards and vice-versaKeywords : Leadership, Work Load, Work Environment, and Organization Commitment

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the correlation between promotion mix and behavior intention with regularity as moderating variable of Wardah consumers in Mataram. This research is quantitative study. The populations are women users of Wardah cosmetics in Mataram. the samples are 190 woman respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis or interaction test as the hypothesis test with the special multiple linear regression in which the regression equation consists of interactional elements (dual or more multiplication of independent variables).The research showed that promotion mix had some significant effects on the behavior intention which meant that the better the promotion mix, including advertisement, sales promotion,  publicity, personal selling, and direct marketing was, the better the behavior intention reflected through loyalty, propensity to switch, willingness to pay more, external response to problem, and internal response to problem was. Religiosity moderated the correlation between promotion mix and behavior intention. This meant that the higher the religiosity was, the stronger the correlation between promotion mix and behavior intention was. Religiosity was a moderating variable that cannot be an independent variable. Keywords: promotion mix, behavior intention, religiousity.
