Modeling three-dimensional (3D modeling) as one of the development of information technology to produce three-dimensional objects (3D) in the virtual world (virtual). In the virtual world, all objects can be explored such as the original world, can run in all directions, looking in all directions, and explore all of the objects in the virtual world, just as real. Progress modeling 3Dimensi also evolved as one of the media conduit of information to know the layout of the room of a building. PLN Technical High School has a storied building with twelve floors. From each floor enabled to where lectures each department. Sometimes the students, especially new students feel difficulty in recognizing the layout of the room. Writing this approach consisting Sutopo Luther-stage concept, design, collection of materials, manufacture, and testing, while for the design of three-dimensional modeling applied using Google Sketchup and Unity. Through this writing applications that are expected to be made as a medium to deliver information to students / i especially new students in the form of the introduction of the model space and layout of the existing space in 3D.

Achievement of the purpose of an enterprise face many challenges and changes that need a strategy for effective measures and efficient resource utilization. One strategy is important and increasingly used is the utilization and increased support for enterprise information systems. The implementation of this strategy on a mission elicits information system whose fulfillment requires an integrated way in the planning, implementation and control are aligned with enterprise business strategy. Development strategy for the fulfillment of the mission of information systems starting from planning to identify information needs and the possibility of using technology innovation to increase the performance of the enterprise. This planning can take advantage of Enterprise Architecture Planning methodology that produces data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture and implementation plan for the enterprise direction. Implementation plan in the form of a sequence of application development and migration / acquisition technology platform elaborated according to aspects of the business as a key driver, organizational aspects for the determination of the role of the resources of the perpetrators of implementation, the environmental aspects of information systems and information technology to bridge the state systems of today and that will be realized , as well as aspects of the application development mempertautkan the development stage with other development stages.

Today there was a transition of the media campaign carried out manually into a decision to utilize the electronic media campaign, using information communication technology (ICT) implementation. In this research discusses the development and utilization of electronic media campaign to support the birth “Posdaya” in the empowerment of education and public health, by using technology ICT (Information Communication Technology) in the form of electronic records page. Research methods and data collection at this research is using the research, and field work research. In this research, the development of pages as promotion of electronic technology using Information Communication Technology (ICT) can be implemented as a public service and a media campaign in order to inform about the birth of “Posdaya” in order to empower the education and public health, and for further research is necessary to develop implementation strategies for the empowerment of environment and economics.

Excess burden ( overloading ) is not only due to the excessive load vehicles but can also be caused by the increased volume of traffic . One of the roads that run into problems , namely excessive load Jalan Soekarno Hatta Palembang in South Sumatra . Based on the survey conducted obtained calculation of traffic volume on Jalan Soekarno Hatta - Jalan Tanjung Api - Api in 2015 amounted to 1705.35 smp / h while on the opposite lane of traffic volume amounted to 1826.5 smp / hour . In addition, at Jalan Soekarno Hatta require added thick layer ( overlay ) of 4.8 cm to 8.7 cm and the ideal load for the actual load with the rest of the life of the existing pavement structure can only support the weight of excess ( overloading ) for 2 years and 6 months from a design life of 20 years.

In buildings , the electoral structure of the core wall are concerned, of the type of core wall core wall is open or closed wall cores , material , shape and others . Because a stiffener in high-rise buildings are also basically behaves as the core of the building whose function is to eliminate lateral forces such as seismic forces , the forces of wind and others . Required core strong wall that can withstand lateral loads that exist . Selection of the type of core wall efficiently to cost, quality and time for a multi-storey building can be done by determining the type of material used and also form the core wallnya . It is based also on the shape of the building to be made as well as the function of the building later.

Delivery secret information in a short message with SMS is not secure. This is case study research on UPT Pendidikan XII Kemang Bogor which is part of government intitution on education and culture of republic Indonesia which has responsibility for supervision business processes in public schools, one of the existing business processes in UPT are sending confidential information such as schedule unannounced inspections for supervisor ln public school without any security on the SMS, so easy to read by anyone. So, we need a security application in order for the SMS messages sent can be kept confidential. One way to secure the message is to use cryptographic, this technique wil encode message before sent (encrypt) and people who will receive message have to open message with key (decode). The algorithm used in this application is AES Rijndael algorithm 128. This application using system development life cycle Waterfall and using SMS Gateway features. Applications built using Java programming language and uses a MySQL database. Conclusion for this research is implementation AES Rijndael 128 algorithmto SMS security application can protect confidential information that is sent by operator to supervisor Education at UPT Kemang Bogor XIIwithout change message.

The supply of goods and services used to be done manually every vendor that came Client then ask the client procurement what is required by the client. But with the internet can change the behavior of these business processes that previously this process takes a long time and mamakan enough money. With the Internet is the business process can provide ease of administration for both the buyers and partners as the vendor / supplier. The application system is connected to the Internet to make the process of purchasing administration can be done anytime and anywhere.The main advantage transactions of goods and services providers to the Internet include saving money, time, and the extra work load that is normally associated with the write-menulis.Keuntungan work is also not just bigger to saving money alone but also simplifies the whole process. Fuzzy clustering is a technique to determine the optimal cluster in a vector space based on the normal form for the Euclidean distance between vectors. Fuzzy clustering is very useful for modeling fuzzy, especially in identifying fuzzy rules. In cctv21.com companies already using the previous ERP for billing invoice to the customer can be seen from the menu customer aged balance / overdues report. The determination of employee uses an alternative method to produce a decision. Methods for generating decision alternatives for employees who are entitled to travel is the method of Weighted Product. Weighted Methods Product has a consistent pattern in its calculation formula so that the calculation formula kesederhanan remains stubbornly high accuracy to four decimal places. determination of weighting between the criteria of benefit and cost criteria are within the powers of formula distinguishing numbers with positive and negative values so the calculation becomes easier. Simplicity in calculation and the value of high accuracy is needed because the predefined criteria of ten criteria so that the result is very selective. This research was placed as a tool which is used prior to decision-making, for the alternative decision in determining employees in following official travel based on the criteria. This application required for the emergence of budget problems are less, the use of the budget surplus of the budget is predetermined. With this application, is expected to assist in the administration of official travel and provide the first step in saving and adjusting travel budgets in each of its parts.

The strategic location is no longer a guarantee of the company to achieve profitability. It takes more than just a consideration of growing degree of economic and sociological factors of local communities for the agency / company to open the outlet / branch in a new place. The lack of literacy goods or services offered to potential customers around the sales area can result in loss of business while the outlet / branch established strategic place though. Geographic Information System currently has an important role in the business world and help in opening new outlets as well as to prioritize the target market segmentation. Address data assets stakeholders (clients / customers or suppliers or distributors) owned can be optimized to support the business strategy. By using geocoding and data viewer heat maps, the address data can be used to display a blank-spot area where the target market segmentation needs to be done and be considered for the establishment of outlet / branch new.
