Abstract

The success of marketing all business products is closely related to how to overcome marketing obstacles. One is the use of digital tools. In other words, there are many challenges that digital marketing tools can identify and solve. For this reason, the researchers have studied data from many international publication journals that discuss the study of marketing agricultural products in various contexts. Furthermore, the researchers examine by involving a data analysis system, rigorous evaluation of the data, and extracting the digests relevant to the formulation of this study's questions. Based on the discussion of the study data, the researchers believe that our findings are valid and reliable. The researchers succeeded in identifying the challenges of marketing agricultural products in developing countries, including the crisis of human resources operating digitally, so that they are often wrong in marketing applications, are reluctant to innovate, and lack professional marketing ideas. Hopefully, the results of this digital marketing study will be helpful for many further studies. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Agricultural Products, Management Challenges

Abstract

Tanpa kita sadari, suksesnya sebuah bisnis itu salah satu pengaruh dan hasildarim e e tin g - m e e tin gyang diadakan suatu perusahaan secara konsisten. Bagi seorang pimpinan, manager, ataupun leader dari sebuah grup, pastilah perlu untuk melakukan koordinasi dengan bawahan/anggota tim yang lain. Oleh karena itu tak peduli dimanapun, kapanpun m e e tin g atau rapat pasti perlu diadakan. Akan tetapi masalahnya terkadang jalannya m e e tin g itu tidak selalu semulus yang diharapkan. Di PT. BARCO INDONESIA pengaturan jadwal m e e tin g kurang efektif dan efisien karena cek ketersediaan ruangan m e e tin g , dan b o o kin g ruangan m e e tin g masih menggunakan cara manual dengan menulis pada f o r m b o o kin g m e e tin g r o o m . Dengan cara manual tersebut lebih banyak lo s t tim e dan sering terjadi kesalahpahaman penulisan sehingga sering mengakibatkan bentrok jadwal m e e tin g . Selain itu prosentase kehadiran cukup rendah karena peserta m e e tin g lebih sering menghabiskan waktunya di lapangan, sehingga informasi m e e tin g di email tidak cukup sebagai media informasi. Dengan dibuatnya Sistem Penjadwalan M e e tin g dengan penambahan fitur S M S G a t e w a y sebagai r e min d e r ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah u s e r untuk melakukan pengaturan jadwal m e e tin g . Abstract

Achievement of the purpose of an enterprise face many challenges and changes that need a strategy for effective measures and efficient resource utilization. One strategy is important and increasingly used is the utilization and increased support for enterprise information systems. The implementation of this strategy on a mission elicits information system whose fulfillment requires an integrated way in the planning, implementation and control are aligned with enterprise business strategy. Development strategy for the fulfillment of the mission of information systems starting from planning to identify information needs and the possibility of using technology innovation to increase the performance of the enterprise. This planning can take advantage of Enterprise Architecture Planning methodology that produces data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture and implementation plan for the enterprise direction. Implementation plan in the form of a sequence of application development and migration / acquisition technology platform elaborated according to aspects of the business as a key driver, organizational aspects for the determination of the role of the resources of the perpetrators of implementation, the environmental aspects of information systems and information technology to bridge the state systems of today and that will be realized , as well as aspects of the application development mempertautkan the development stage with other development stages.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah merambah dengan cepat ke berbagainegara maju yang sangat merasakan arti pentingnya teknologi informasi dalammenunjang pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat berdasarkan data yangakurat baik dalam bidang perekonomian, politik maupun ilmu pengetahuan.Melihat manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari teknologi informasi telah membuatnegara–negara berkembang untuk ikut memanfaatkannya pula semaksimalmungkin dalam membantu proses pembangunan negara yang bersangkutan.Demikian halnya pada teknologi kelistrikan, khususnya dalampengendalian kontrol listik dan permesinan, tidak kalah dalam mengambil manfaatdari teknologi informasi. Pengendalian kontrol listrik konvensional yang hanyaberupa wiring (pengawatan) dari kabel – kabel kontrol dan motor – motor listrik,beberapa tahun lalu sudah mulai menggunakan sebuah pengontrol yang dapatdiprogram yaitu PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) yang dalam pembuatanprogramnya harus melalui sebuah Console atau bisa menggunakan PC (PersonalComputer) menggunakan software tertentu.Tidak hanya sampai disitu perkembangan teknologi kelistrikan yangdidukung oleh teknologi informasi, kini sudah mulai diterapkan sistem – sistembaru yang lebih canggih guna mendukung pengontrolan dan monitoring kontrollistrik, seperti halnya DCS (Distribution Control System) ataupun SCADA(SupervisoryControlAndData Acquisition) yang merupakan pengintegrasian sistemkontrol listrik dengan teknologi informasi. Dengan DCS ataupun SCADA, datadanDevice (peralatan IO) pada PLC dapat dimonitoring dan dikendalikan secaraRealtime.Dalam penulisan ini akan dijelaskan teknik untuk pengkoneksian antaraPC dan PLC sebagai pengintegrasian bidang informatika dan bidang elektrokhususnya kelistrikan untuk membuat sistem yang mirip dengan sistem SCADA.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan manusia meningkat. Termasuk kebutuhan akan informasi. Olehsebab itu, pengiriman dan penyimpanan data melalui media elektronik memerlukan suatu proses yang mampumenjamin keamanan dan keutuhan dari data tersebut. Untuk menjamin keamanan dan keutuhan dari suatu data,dibutuhkan suatu proses penyandian.Enkripsi dilakukan ketika data akan dikirim. Proses ini akan mengubah suatu data asal menjadi data rahasia yangtidak dapat dibaca. Sementara itu, proses dekripsi dilakukan oleh penerima data yang dikirim tersebut. Data rahasiayang diterima akan diubah kembali menjadi data asal. Dengan cara penyandian tadi, data asli tidak akan terbaca olehpihak yang tidak berkepentingan, melainkan hanya oleh penerima yang memiliki kunci dekripsi.Sistem keamanan yang akan dibahas adalah sistem keamanan dengan menggunakan algoritma Rijndael. AlgoritmaRijndael dapat mengenkripsi dan mendekripsi blok data sepanjang 128 bit dengan panjang kunci 128 bit, 192 bit, atau256 bit. Semakin besar bit yang digunakan maka data yang dienkripsi akan menjadi semakin sulit untuk bisadimodifikasi ataupun diambil oleh orang yang tidak berkepentingan. Suatu aplikasi enkripsi harus memperhatikanlamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan suatu proses enkripsi sehingga aplikasi tersebut dapat menjadiaplikasi yang baik.

Abstract

The development of the motorcycle industry in Indonesia has developed quite significantly from year to year, the BPS (Central Statistics Agency) noted that in 2019 the number of motorcycle sales reached 106.657.952 units, and the AISI (Indonesian Motorcycle Industry Association) in 2020 the type of scooter (matic) of 2,696,557 units or 87.9%, this automatic type of motorbike is the largest contributor to two-wheeled vehicles and is the favorite type of vehicle for Indonesians. Automatic transmission or what is known as CVT (Continuous Variable Transmission), which is an automatic speed transfer system according to engine speed using a V-belt. In previous research, the use of IoT (Internet of Things) is used as an automatic air quality monitoring control system, air quality conditions can be seen quickly and accurately from the monitor. The goal of this study is to use a vibration sensor and the CBR (Case Based Reasoning) method to solve damage to matic motor components. The results of this study are (a) the case average value is 0,76, (b) the CVT component parameter is 80% the average value is 0,94, (c) the CVT component weight parameter is from 60% the average value is 1,26.

Abstract

SDIT Al-Ikhlas is a company or organization that is engaged in education and has the aim of building moral and moral citizens of the country. There are several problems that sometimes arise at SDIT Al Ikhlas when accepting prospective students including SDIT Al-Ikhlas which has not implemented web-based student admissions, so admissions are still done offline using paper-shaped forms which are certainly time consuming and less efficient. Leaders who only receive reports when the process of accepting new students has been completed, and the report is still in the form of paper which is of course easily damaged or lost and difficult to find when needed. The use of the system in accepting prospective students is very helpful for SDIT Al-Ikhlas as well as prospective students and their parents in registering. Therefore, the authors design and create a system to accept new students and the waterfall method is used to develop the system, because this method has a clear flow so as to minimize errors so as to speed up the development process. With this system the above problems will be overcome, this system was built to help especially the school in implementing activities to accept prospective students

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in the 21st century is characterized by a high volume of flexibility and knowledge. The two features have gained a great and renewed relevance as competitive advantages in a globalized economy. The classical industry structure has transitioned into a smaller focus and higher decentralization which is a major indicator of global development. Global competition has increased as technology changes due to the rise of economic liberalization. Today, there is a belief that fostering a nation's competitiveness translates into fostered entrepreneurship. The fourth industrial revolution has brought in technological innovation, therefore, spurring a transformation in production. There are two facets to this transformation. One, the need to integrate and upgrade systems, and two, the emergency of new systems based on artificial intelligence technology. The increased application of technology speeds up the restructuring and structural upgrading of the global industrial chain, therefore, enhancing the spirit of entrepreneurship. The purpose of this paper is to review the literature on the globalization substance, industrial revolution 4.0, and the role of the associated technological innovation for economic development towards entrepreneurship. First, the paper will present a theoretical background of these phenomena synthetically from globalization, industrial revolution phases, associated technological innovation and milestones in economic growth, and their role in enhancing entrepreneurship. The paper will highlight the role of technology-driven profile in the new global economy, spearheaded by innovative business strategies towards entrepreneurial initiatives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Perceived Usefulness on Behavioral Intention, to analyze the effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Behavioral Intention and to analyze the effect of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use together on Behavioral Intention. The scope of this study focuses on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, as independent variables, and behavioral intention as the dependent variable. Henceforth, these variables will be analyzed to what extent these variables affect the process stage of consumer behavioral intention (the dependent variable) in PayTren application users. This research was conducted on 100 Paytren application users in the Greater Jakarta area. This research was conducted by providing questionnaires in the form of online questionnaires using Google Doc media and data collection was carried out over a period of two months from March to May 2022. Based on the research that has been done and the results obtained, the conclusions that can be drawn in research regarding the analysis of the use of the PayTren payment system in fostering consumer behavioral intention, it can be concluded as follows, the variable perceived usefulness has a partially significant effect on behavioral intention. The perceived ease of use variable has a partially significant effect on behavioral intention. The variable perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use simultaneously has a significant influence simultaneously on behavioral intention.

Abstract

Determine the relationship between organizational communication, training, and development, and teacher performance is one of the objectives of this study. 58 people totaled as respondents in this study, which used a saturation sample method. The basic data used in this study was collected through giving teachers questionnaires. The analysis approach used in this study, multiple linear regression, is carried out using the SPSS 22 program. The findings of this study suggest that training and development, organizational communication, and teacher effectiveness are all significantly impacted. Teachers' performance is concurrently greatly impacted by organizational communication, training, and growth.
