Abstract

This Clustering method is used to group items in two types, namely fast moving and slow moving. By grouping goods into these two groups, the handling of goods according to their types will create efficient goods turnover. This research was compiled to provide an overview of how a computerized clustering method determines the category of slow moving and fast moving in the inventory at the SAT NGUMBAN SURBAKTI store produced. Data collection is done by going directly to the field and consulting with employees and supervisors, there is a programming language used to solve existing problems using Visual Basic 2008 language and MySQL database. From the discussion, the author can draw the conclusion that computers will be very helpful in solving problems faced and support the creation of work processes that are very fast, precise and accurate.

Abstract

Supermarkets are one of the shopping places that can provide comfort, cleanliness, speed and neatness of products for consumers. Many consumers prefer shopping at supermarkets than in traditional markets because supermarkets can provide comfort and neatness of their products, but not a few of consumers complain about product layout in supermarkets. Determination of product layout (layout) at supermarkets is an important thing that must be considered by the supermarket management. In this thesis, we will explain how the implementation of the k-means clustering algorithm is based on consumer shopping habits to produce a product brand layout based on the type of product. This study uses data obtained from shopping receipts at the Delimas Lestari Kencana Lubuk Pakam supermarket. K-means clustering algorithm is used to partition data into clusters so that data that has the same characteristics is grouped into one and the same cluster of data that has different characteristics grouped into other groups. The results of this study produce a product brand layout (layout) based on the type of product that can facilitate consumers in getting the needed items.

Abstract

Assignment of employees in an office is a complicated matter and often has difficulty in the division of tasks which causes instability in the performance of employees. Employee assignment simulation in writing this essay was made to help the company. Applications using POM QM For Windows make the process of assigning employees very easy to get results as efficiently as possible. This resulted in the need for optimal assignment arrangements for the company. This employee assignment problem is solved by creating an employee assignment optimization model by maximizing the efficiency level of the use of POM QM For Windows software to minimize the level of employee dissatisfaction with the applicable tasks. The purpose of this study is to find the maximum value of employee assignments that will be applied by PT Ria Sukses Mandiri Medan. In searching for the maximized value the method used is the Hungarian algorithm. After doing the results of calculations using the Hungarian method, the company should implement this method in order to be able to place the employees to be worked on.

Abstract

Skin disease in rabbits is one of the diseases that are often experienced by rabbits, one of which is Demodexcosis. The main cause is the attack of parasites or fleas that are very small in size. This disease can attack rabbits as well as adults. Symptoms that arise from demodexcosis are skin redness, thickening of the skin and swollen follicle fur, disrupted growth. However, many people experience difficulties due to the lack of knowledge about various diseases that attack rabbits and the inadequate and healthy rabbit feed. To detect a disease that is being overwritten and thus we can take the right steps to treat it without bringing the animal to an expert or veterinarian. In this case the expert system can provide knowledge designed to model the problem solving ability like an expert. An expert system was developed in order to be able to assist the tasks of experts with the help of a system that has knowledge, without having to have an expert working in that place. There are several methods that can be applied in expert systems, and one of them is the dempster shafer method. Dempster shafer is one of the mathematical theories to prove hypotheses based on belief functions and plausible reasoning, which are used to combine separate pieces of information or evidence to calculate the probability of an event. The application that will be used in building this system is PHP using a MySQL database.

Abstract

The progress of knowledge and technology in the present day is developing very rapidly, so that the information and data needs that are increasingly fast, precise and accurate are needed by the community. One example of a government agency that has made computer use one of its needs is the Langsa State Treasury Service Office in terms of data and information. In addition, the Langsa State Treasury Service office is a government agency that is close to the community and is a service office, especially employees who work with the government. This requires continuous changes along with the development of increasingly sophisticated science and technology. This research develops an information system that makes it easier for employees of the langsa treasury service office itself, and this research begins by collecting employee data, analyzing and designing systems.

Abstract

Karaoke is an entertainment facility that allows one to sing well accompanied by music without having to memorize the lyrics of the song. Another facility at a karaoke is being able to adjust the high and low tones of a song, adjust the tempo of the song, adjust the background sound and vocals of the singer. To manage a karaoke properly, a guest queue is arranged to enter the room and the song is played. Song playback on the karaoke room is done on the server computer or on the client computer using computer network facilities. The server computer is useful as a source of data for guest data, song data and billing data. Because the karaoke room is limited, then to arrange the queue of guests who want to enter the room is arranged by the Serve In Random Order (SIRO) queue method. By using the SIRO queue method and LAN network on karaoke management, the making and reporting of karaoke receipts can be made quickly.
