Abstract

ANALISIS SISTEM APLIKASI SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TELKOM (SCMT) UNTUK TEKNISI DI PT TELKOM KANDATEL LANGSA. Sistem Aplikasi adalah sub kelas dari perangkat lunak (software) yang memanfaatkan kemampuan komputer langsung untuk melakukan suatu tugas yang diinginkan pengguna. PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. PT Telkom juga menyediakan pengadaan bahan dan pelayanan untuk pemasangan perangkat jaringan internet. Pengembangan sistem aplikasi pengecekan aktivasi pemasangan barang material ke pelanggan dan dapat membantu admin dalam melakukan proses pengecekan aktivasi pemasangan barang material ke pelanggan. Pengembangan aplikasi SCMT ini telah berhasil melakukan pengecekan aktivasi pemasangan barang material ke pelanggan. Dengan begitu admin dapat melihat aktivasi pemasangan barang material ke pelangan. Pengembangan aplikasai SCMT ini di buat menggunakan DFD untuk membantu memahami sistem aplikasi, serta pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan ERD untuk menentukan relasi antar tabel.

Abstract

During the rainy season, several regions in Indonesia experienced floods even to the capital of Indonesia also flooded. Some of the causes are the high intensity of continuous rain, clogged or non-smooth drainage, high tides to accommodate the flow of water from rivers, other causes such as forest destruction, shallow and full of garbage and other causes. Every flood disaster comes, often harming the residents who experience it. The late anticipation from the community and the absence of an early warning system or information that indicates that there will be a flood so that the community is not prepared to face floods that cause a lot of losses. Therefore it is necessary to have a detection system to provide early warning if floods will occur, this is very important to prevent material losses from flooded residents. From this problem the researchers designed an internet-based flood detection System of Things (IoT). This tool can later be controlled via a smartphone remotely and can send messages Telegram messenger to citizens if the detector detects a flood will occur.Keywords: Flooding, Smartphone, Telegram messenger, Internet of Thing (IoT).

Abstract

Tides can be defined as waves generated by the interaction between the earth, sun and moon.  The peak of the wave is called the high tide (High Water/HW)  and the tide is called low tide (Low Water/LW). The tidal period is the time between the crest or trough of a wave to the crest or tide of the next wave. The time of the tidal period varies from 12 hours 25 minutes to 24 hours 50 minutes. The results of preliminary observations to the desa nelayan in Kuala Langsa found that most of the outskirt fishermen and anglers always look for fish and other marine animals in high tide conditions. Nevertheless, they do not know for sure when the sea water will rise. They detect sea level rise using only a simple tool such as a stick attached to the river and from their house poles under the water. This condition can be detrimental to fishermen both time and economically. The author also began to think about how to create a detection tool that can provide accurate information on sea level conditions at any time to fishermen and anglers via smartphones. The author finally got the best idea, namely creating a "Sea Level Detection System in Kuala Langsa for Fishermen and Anglers Using NodeMCU and Internet of Thing (IoT) Based Waterlevel Sensors and Telegram Messenger. This research has been successfully carried out, where the IoT-based sea level detection tool can work well during experiments in the laboratory and during implementation at the Kuala Langsa estuary, Langsa City.

Abstract

The house is a primary need for humans because as a place to stay and carry on life. Having a house is certainly not an easy matter because it requires a very large cost for it. This large amount of capital has made the community take a short and practical path by choosing half or full subsidized housing loans. Only with a capital of 20 million housing mortgages can be placed. However, the case of the house also considers the size, area, model, size of the remaining land, and location to be crucial in the selection. At present the types of KPR houses consist of types 36, 45, and 54. All three types have subsidies from the government so that they are affordable by many communities. However, from the results of field observations many people felt that it was not appropriate to choose the type of house. Let's say someone wants a type 45 house but ends up choosing type 36 with an estimated objection to paying monthly installments, even though they are capable. And vice versa who take type 45 then object to paying the monthly installments. Based on these problems, the authors try to help the community through the bank with the application of a decision support system (SPK). With this system, people who have filled out the registration form on the system will get a recommendation for the type of house. This system was built using the simple addative weight (SAW) method.Keywords: House, KPR, Type, SPK, SAW.

Abstract

Huruf adalah sesuatu yang setiap hari dilihat oleh manusia. Manusia dapat mengenal berbagai macam karakter huruf dalam tulisan dengan mata dan otaknya. Setiap huruf memiliki pola dan karakter yang berbeda-beda. Jenis huruf pada huruf latin terdiri dari 29 huruf. Saat ini huruf latin terdiri dari ratusan jenis huruf (font). Dengan banyaknya jenis huruf ini dapat dikenali dengan mudah oleh manusia. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mencoba menciptakan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengenali berbagai jenis huruf dengan jenis font yang berbeda-beda. Program pengenalan huruf ini dibangun dengan aplikasi Matlab 2017. Pola image yang menjadi inputan adalah citra hitam putih yang memiliki warna latar belakang putih dengan format file bitmap (.bmp) 16 bit, A-Z, a-z, 0-9, beserta tulisan tangan. Untuk dapat mengenali jenis huruf penulis merancang dan membangun aplikasi berbasis Neural Network dengan metode Perceptron. Metode perceptron diyakini cukup baik dalam proses pelatihan dan pengujin pengenalan huruf.

Abstract

The use of social media in Indonesia is currently developing tremendously. Even so, the development of information technology life in the real world is not in accordance with life in cyberspace.Social media is now delivering news on false information (fraud), provocation, slander, intolerance and anti-Pancasila attitudes. Technological advances in the era of globalization made information so quickly sent wide. So from that information system is intended to educate the public, in order to be able to distinguish between truly deceptive news. The method used in this information system uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method which is used as a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is a goal, which is discussed by factor level, criteria , sub criteria, and so on down to the last level of the alternative. So from this information system we can see which news is true and which news is lying, by looking at the results of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) process which graphs the results.ABSTRAKPemanfaatan media sosial di Indonesia saat ini berkembang luar biasa. Meski begitu, perkembangan teknologi informasi kehidupan di dunia nyata tidak pararel dengan kehidupan di dunia maya. Media sosial kini dipenuhi berita informasi palsu (hoax), provokasi, fitnah, sikap intoleran dan anti Pancasila. Kemajuan teknologi di era globalisasi membuat informasi begitu cepat beredar luas.Maka dari itu sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat, agar dapat membedakan berita yang benar maupun yang hoax.Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem informasi ini adalah menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) digunakan sebagai suatu representasi dari sebuah permasalahan yang kompleks dalam suatu struktur multi level dimana level pertama adalah tujuan, yang diikuti level faktor, kriteria, sub kriteria, dan seterusnya ke bawah hingga level terakhir dari alternatif.Jadi dari sistem informasi ini kita dapat melihat berita mana yang benar dan berita mana yang hoax, dengan melihat hasil dari proses AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process ) yang berbentuk grafik hasil.

Abstract

Limitations regarding the process of applying for employee leave at the Central Bureau of Statistics in Langsa City tend to be ineffective and efficient, so that in the process it makes both employees and leaders feel difficult. In addition to the piles of leave submission files, sometimes forget to process them when an employee applies for leave. The research objective is to produce a web-based leave application program so as to provide convenience to users in applying for and processing leave without always repeating data entry due to operational difficulties. In addition, the time needed is faster and the data entered is more accurate.

Abstract

Application systems are a sub class of software that take advantage of the ability of a computer directly to perform a task that the user wants. PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. PT Telkom also provides the procurement of materials and services for the installation of internet network devices. Development of an application system for checking the activation of the installation of material goods to customers and can assist the admin in checking the activation of the installation of material goods to customers. The development of the SCMT application has succeeded in checking the activation of the installation of material goods to customers. That way the admin can see the activation of the installation of material goods to customers. The development of the SCMT application is made using DFD to help understand the application system, and the development of this application uses ERD to determine relationships between tables.

Abstract

Since the arrival of the corona virus or covid-19 outbreak from the city of Wuhan, China, washing hands is very important, because the virus can easily enter the body through the mouth, nose and eyes. Therefore it is very important to wash your hands with soap or with an antiseptic before and after touching other objects, especially food. A portable sink is equipment used for washing hands, accompanied by using liquid soap as well so that germs, bacteria, and viruses die. The implementation of activities is carried out by making and providing portable sink assistance that are ready for use by schools through their respective school principals and also socializing its use at SD Negeri 1, SD Negeri 2, SD Negeri 5 and SD Negeri Bagok Panah Lhee Kec. Darul Aman, Idi, East Aceh. Community Service Activities have been carried out smoothly in the form of portable sink assistance. It is hoped that the school can make the best use of it and take care of it so that it can be used for a long time. In the future, it is hoped that it can provide even more assistance to schools in the form of other equipment for preventing Covid-19..

Abstract

The progress of knowledge and technology in the present day is developing very rapidly, so that the information and data needs that are increasingly fast, precise and accurate are needed by the community. One example of a government agency that has made computer use one of its needs is the Langsa State Treasury Service Office in terms of data and information. In addition, the Langsa State Treasury Service office is a government agency that is close to the community and is a service office, especially employees who work with the government. This requires continuous changes along with the development of increasingly sophisticated science and technology. This research develops an information system that makes it easier for employees of the langsa treasury service office itself, and this research begins by collecting employee data, analyzing and designing systems.
