Abstract

This study was to see how much influence mediation of mindset changes has on human resource development and economic growth. The study used questionnaire aids, from which the questionnaire results were processed with Smart PLS 3.0 and the Sobel test, which is used to look at the indirect influence of mediation variables. Respondents involved in this study were the Karimun Regency community, with as many as 120 respondents taken using random sampling techniques. The results of hypothesis testing in this study are: first, human resource development has a significant influence on economic growth with an influence value of 14,407, more significant than the value of t value 1.96; second, human resource development has a significant value in changing mindsets of 40,679, greater than the value of t value 1.96. Third, the variable change mindset significantly influences the economic growth of 11,696 and is greater than the value of t = 1.96. Fourth, there is a significant indirect influence between human resource development and economic growth mediated by a change in the mindset of 306.25, more significant than the value of t values of 1.96.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the application of educational and financial management in planning, implementation, evaluation, and financial accountability of education at MAN 1 Banjarmasin. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach, namely research that describes what is happening in a particular field, field, or area. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The sources of information in this study were the head of the madrasah, the treasurer of the madrasah, the head of administration, and the staff of the madrasah treasurer. The results showed that financial management implementation at MAN 1 Banjarmasin was carried out very well. The management process begins with the planning, implementation, evaluation, and accountability processes. Financial evaluation and accountability are carried out routinely orally and in writing through working meetings, coordination meetings, and reports through online connected applications. All reports on the use of funds are accountable to the government through the Ministry of Finance.

Abstract

Anger is often a weapon for all creatures to defend their lives through the most natural way or mechanism, namely attacking other animals who are bullies or threats, not even a teacher, also has an angry agent like other living creatures. This study aims to examine anger management to manage anger for PAUD teachers to conduct the learning process calmly, not depressed, and not stressful for children. This research uses qualitative methods of this type of case study with a purposive sampling approach conducted at the Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Islam Kalibuntu Probolinggo institute. The informants in the study were principals, group A teachers, and group B teachers. Results from anger management research in improving teacher performance in schools show that first, analyze the causes of the problem. Second, personal approach and place oriented. Third, reflection so that every teacher knows the extent of their ability to manage anger. The implication is that teachers should remind each other in controlling emotions, especially when in the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive and simultaneous influence between prophetic leadership and work motivation on employee performance. This study involved employees at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This study uses a pre-experimental one-shot case study research design. The data analyzed in this study were obtained from survey results distributed to respondents, with the validity and reliability of the instrument first being tested. The number of instruments distributed to respondents is 10 items, with the answer choices using a Likert scale. Based on the analysis results, it is shown that Prophetic Leadership has a significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, the value of R. Square is 0.343, and 65.7% of employees' work motivation is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This research has implications for the importance of leaders in giving great attention to their employees to produce optimal performance

Abstract

This study aims to understand the construction of madrasah quality improvement through a leadership system in building human resource capacity building in one Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Bandung Regency. The researcher tries to understand the meaning behind school quality assurance activities by using a case study qualitative approach. Researchers conducted interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain accurate and valid information related to the research theme. Collecting, reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions are carried out in data analysis. The research results show that the construction of improving the quality of madrasas through a leadership system in building human resource capacity building in one Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Bandung Regency is carried out through policy analysis organizational commitment, management support system, workforce development, and continuous innovation improvement. This research has implications for the importance of leadership and capacity building that must be adequately managed to increase the competence and skills of existing personnel, thus giving birth to commitment, loyalty, and good performance quality.
