Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher performance, commitment and professionalism on student learning outcomes at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin City. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all teachers, namely 52 teachers. Sampling in this study is by saturation sampling. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS statistical 22 programs. The results showed that there is an effect of performance on student learning outcomes, there is an effect of commitment on student learning outcomes, there is a professional influence of teachers on student learning outcomes, there is a simultaneous effect on performance, teacher commitment and professionalism towards student learning outcomes at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the tahfidz branding strategy by Islamic boarding schools to build public trust. This study uses a qualitative approach, using interviews, observation and documentation to obtain valid and accurate data. The data analysis was carried out circularly, starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and concluding. The results showed that the branding of tahfidz Al-Qur'an at the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid and Pondok Pesantren Modern Sahid in building public trust was carried out through sima'an activities, syi'ar through You Tube media, Musabaqoh Al-Qur'an, delegation to caravans in various activities. This research has implications for the importance of designing a superior product for educational institutions as a medium to increase public trust.

Abstract

Women's leaders have begun to play an active role in organizational activities in various fields, including education. Therefore, this study aims to analyze women's leadership in creating change, synergy and empowering existing human resources in madrasas using a descriptive and qualitative approach. This study used data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is divided into three current flows of activity: data reduction, data display, and concluding. According to the findings of this study, women leaders lead in several ways, including creating change by applying several principles of being open, insightful, and skilled; being disciplined, authoritative, and responsible; engaging in routine observation and discussion; and improving quality by participating in training. Furthermore, by creating synergy by applying the principle of cooperation and involving all human resources in decision-making that is consistent with decisions and policies, Then, in empowering human resources, women leaders apply the principles of assigning tasks and responsibilities according to competence, collaborating, granting autonomy, and facilitating human resources so that they are freer to develop themselves, especially those related to improving the quality of their learning activities. Based on these findings, this study is expected to serve as a model for women leaders to follow to become quality leaders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the formulation of improving the quality of graduates carried out by universities in facing the world of work challenges. A qualitative case study type approach is used in this study. Interviews, observations and documentation are used as data collection media. The data analysis was carried out systematically, starting from data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The study results show that the formulation of improving the output quality of STAI Al Maarif Way Kanan is carried out through planning, implementing and evaluating the quality improvement of graduates in a planned and systematic way with the principle of continuous improvement. This research provides implications for the importance of strategic management to create graduates who are competitive and ready to use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning Arabic from a methodological and psychological perspective at UPT SMA Palopo City. This research is a type of field research whose study is descriptive-qualitative to reveal the meaning behind the reality of learning Arabic at UPT SMA Palopo City. The data collection method was through interviews which were then analyzed qualitatively using data reduction, data presentation and research conclusions. The results showed that: Learning Arabic at UPT SMA Palopo City includes three processes, namely: 1) The planning process for learning Arabic at UPT SMA Palopo City includes making syllabus, lesson plans and learning media to be used; 2) Implementation, learning Arabic at UPT SMA Palopo City includes initial activities, delivery of material and closing. Implementing learning Arabic at UPT SMA Palopo City could be more optimal; 3) Evaluation, which includes evaluation of students in the form of semester exams, assignments and so on.
