Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Wom, Reputasi dan Webqual terhadap Keputusan Konsumen pada Pengguna Lembaga Kursus Bahasa Inggris secara simultan dan parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan metode simple random sampling untuk diberikan kuesioner yang nantinya akan dilakukan pengujian meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, kemudian pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. berdasarkan hasil pengujian keempat hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima, dimana nilai signifikansi t dan f hitung untuk masing-masing variabel memiliki nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05. dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen dijelaskan oleh e-wom, reputasi dan webqual sebesar 25,1%.

Abstract

Consumptive Human development is one indicator of achieving economic development. Granting human development increases every year, inequality in human development is motionless discernable between districts/cities in the province of Bali. Furthermore, this study aims to determine the effect of life expectancy, literacy rate, average school length and real expenditure per capita on economic growth. The data used was secondary data downloaded from the Central Agency in Statistics of Bali Province and was a 2012 - 2019 time series. The descriptive qualitative method applied to analyze the data in this study. The results of data processing were consisted of life expectancy has a positive effect on economic growth, literacy rates have a negative effect on economic growth, the average school length has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth, and real expenditure per capita has a significant negative effect on economic growth of Districts / City in Bali. Formerly, The Government is expected to increase further performance that is capable to improve the quality of education in the Districts / City in Bali. Education level must be considered thoughtfully to promote better economic growth and per capita expenditure needs to be stabilized every year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the partial and simultaneous influence on perceived quality, aesthetics and conformance aspects on purchasing decisions in Shopee Food E-Commerce Chatime Kediri. The participation of respondents was 200 people with purposive random sampling methods. Statistical methods use multiple linear regression, partial test, and simultant test. Each aspect of research uses each of the 3 indicators as a step to know the dominating role. The results of this study showed that the conformance (X3) aspect with X31 code is very dominant from the descriptive side. The results of this study stated that the partial influence of Perceived Quality amounted to -3,248, Aesthetics by 3,006, and Conformance by 7,006, while simultaneously amounted to 28,896. The dominating aspect is Conformance, because it plays a big role in the Purchase Decision in Shopee Food E-Commerce Chatime Kediri.

Abstract

Distro is a world of self-produced clothing models, brands and also issue their own design and also their own marketing. This study is a dive into the strong factor of moderate demand at the Denpasar City level. This study peddles primary data with expolatori factor analysis techniques. This study peddles the demand factor affecting distros in Denpasar City as a whole as the main factor is that the future state consists of one approximate variable and the arousal of exactly four variables. Looking at the study of factors affecting demand in Denpasar City becomes a factor forecasting the future situation in the form of one variable and factors that are in the second position are estimates and tastes.

Abstract

This study aims to see how big the influence of the company's internal factors, namely profitability (ROE) and the company's external factors, namely Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Inflation on stock returns of the Infrastructure sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012 to 2019 as many as 19 company. The sample was determined using purposive sampling method, while the analytical method used was multiple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that both internal and external factors simultaneously have a significant influence on stock returns. While partially the effect is different, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Profitability (ROE) each have a positive and significant effect, while Inflation has a negative and significant effect.
